I rented from you guys twice in the past month and you tried scamming me both times. You say there's more gas in the tank than there actually is when I pick it up and report less gas than there actually is when I return it. I absolutely believe it's intentional to rip people off. I called directly to the branch location to check on my trailer installation and got bumped to the reservation desk. NO Help...dropped my call! Called again...and again and could not get to the branch. Ended up Dropping my car off today with a rep at the Abington MA branch for the installation of trailer hitch and, after my wife and I were back on the road, received a call from the installer informing us NO PARTS WERE AVAILABLE at the site of my reservation. Huge inconvenience! Because you already billed me for the hitch, I will have it installed (whenever it is finally delivered) but, I will NEVER recommend you againCHRISTOPHER B.

Bad experience after getting a flat tire. Pulled into another uhaul location and could not find anyone to help or come up with a solution. Was continually placed on hold and transferred from department to department. Traffic division said they would call me back with an answer about swapping equipment with the other uhaul and never called me back. Ended up having to rent two trailers when I only needed one. The drop off area was full and there was nowhere to park so I parked in a different area. Staff told me to double park in the drop off area even though the U-Haul trucks were so packed one was almost in the street. I also got charged an extra 81 dollars for no reason.Jerome P.

Having to take pictures of the damage was difficult because there was barely anything marked on the truck but lots of little dings and scratches so I wasn't sure what to consider â€œdamage.â€ Prior to pickup I had info that I would get a confirmation call, which I did not. I also tried to do online check-in which didn't work. When I tried calling, first I was told online check-in wasn't working because the phone lines were down and the second time I was told I did not need to get confirmation/do online check-in.Victoria F.

My 11/25/21 move in experience was excellent! My attempted 11/24 experience was extremely frustrating! When I got to the unit I had previously reserved there was still a lock on it. The facility has storage options that involve the customer climbing a ladder for access this is silly, unsafe and not clearly explained in the website. The staff was very helpful but extremely slow to the point of annoyance. This was after I had pre registered online to save time. Staff advised me to get a certain type of lock but then did not have any in stock for purchase I had to buy a lesser lock and hope my things are safe. I have never been able to make my swipe card work. Therefore, every time I unlocked my storage unit, alarms sounded. I reported this issue to the office in at least 3 occasions but still, the alarms kept sounding.kathleen b. | Overall Experience
We were a paying customer since the place opened. We were given 30 days notice to leave because UHaul wanted to use the space for other priorities. I didn't have any where else to store my vehicle. After talking to a woman in the office trying to see if there was anything that could be done, any other space on the property I could move to or if she had any suggestions of what to do or where to go, I pretty much got the cold shoulder and was told to vacate. I have been a customer for over 2 years and pay automatically by credit card. My credit card got hacked and I brought over the new one which was added to my account, but old one was not deleted. Auto payment was declined on old card, so I was charged a late fee. Again, came to office and the desk staff deleted hacked card, it then accidentally deleted my account so had to set up a new one. I then paid for the month , but then got another late fee notice. In the meantime , every day I get 2 emails from you asking me to say why I left and how did I like being a new customer. We were impressed that the facility had alarms, a covered loading dock, carts, cameras, drinking fountains and bathrooms! We were sent to the unit only to find a plastic tie holding it closed. When calling the Abington number, an out-of-state person finally answered and told me to go to the office. I was in the office for more than 5 minutes calling out for someone, but it was completely empty. I called again and got someone from Arizona, who said they must be helping someone elsewhere. I took a pair of scissors from the workstation and went to cut the tie. Also, the mattress cart was too small for our mattress (most are now more than 8 inches thick), and the loading area was literally a sheet of ice.Alyssa P. | First Impressions

I would rate this as "excellent" or "above average" if not for the fact that I was unable to confirm my reservation on Tuesday or Wednesday for my Thursday move-in. The two people I was able to connect with (by phone) just transferred me elsewhere; one also said she would have her manager call me since she couldn't find the reservation. The manager never called.
