Fix your broken online reservation system. My online reservation showed my truck rental pick up at 7am and when I called to confirm my truck for the next day, they told me it was at 10am. It was a scramble to get the truck and I ended up getting it a 9am. The people at the Abington, ma location where very rude on the phone and left me on hold for over 25minutes to "see if they had other trucks available at 7am" I hung up and then they wouldn't pick up the phone and I ended up getting the call center. Then when I pick up the truck they where unable to print a receipt due to computer issues.

Don't call the customer an hour before their pickup time and tell them that there is another uhaul available closer to them right away and when they get to the new location there's no truck available for 3 hours that "might" be dropped off on time.

Sharon, the GM of this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never in my life experienced this awful of customer service. She talked over me, changed my reservation WITHOUT telling me and threatened to cancel it altogether. I will NEVER use or recommend Uhaul in my life. Not only was she rude over the phone, at check in she was completely incompetent. The person next to her checked in 4 people by the time she checked us in and was constantly asking him questions. On top of the fact the truck we got was worthless, thought it was going to breakdown, smelled like the engine was burning, didn't have a uhaul label. Absolutely a TERRIBLE experience.

Rented a car transporter the guy who hooked it up should be retrained!!!!! He could of killed someone!!! He checked the rear light for me and the blinkers and tail lights didn't not work and he said they where fine!! I later went to put the vehicle on the transporter and the trailer had unhitched from my truck!!! He didn't even secure it correctly to my truck!! I drove an 2 hrs like that thank god it didn't come off the hitch while I was driving on the highway. He should really be retrained before someone gets hurt or killed!!!!!

I made a reservation in July. The day before I confirmed that my equipment would be available I was told it was not. If you're going to take a reservation the equipment should be there. Ir don't take the reservation

I got frustrated as my first pick up address is 666 Bridge St, Weymouth, MA. I told him loud and clear i want to pickup truck at 7am Aug 26 but when i got text message from uhaul it said 5pm which pissed me off. So i have to call again and get changed my pickup address.

I dropped my equipment off the night before it was due (which was 8:15am) and was charged a second day when their own contract clearly shows I had dropped it off because they checked it in at 8:30am. And when I called the location I was immediately transferred to customer service and left on hold for 15 minutes. Now I'm still waiting to be contacted again. I would have used the company again but not after stuff like this!

I first made an appointment over a week ago and then two days before I got text saying I had to reschedule it and go to a place that will further away to get it. The day I was supposed to pick it up I went to the new place it wasn't there I sat for about 45 minutes and had to wait for them to try to find another truck for me. Finally I had to drive 35 minutes to get another track that was even further away from me. I was supposed to start moving at 11 with my truck I didn't start to almost one because of all this mess. Because of this I missed my time to move everything out the other person was waiting I was not happy I will not rent from U-Haul again because of this and I was not the only one at the store having this problem there was several other people and we all had to wait. This is why pre-booked a week ahead and it didn't matter because they all overbooked.

We got there, no one was in the building. After 20 minutes husband had to find someone in the parking lot. Then another 10 minutes and we could leave. Caused us to be 30 minutes late for our moving helpers who get paid for the time they wait, so we paid for 30 minutes of them sitting in their car.

I used the self service feature but when I got to the point of telling me where to find the key it said to go inside and show a customer service rep my phone and they would give me the key - this defeated the purpose of self service since I had to wait in line
