On 10/28/17, during reservation, first quote for price per mile was incorrect, never told of weekend price difference. Appliance dolly given to me was broken but the price for the dolly was reimbursed upon return. Truck offered to me on 10/28/17, during reservation, was way too large for the move when I picked it up on 11/4/17. Truck given to me had 108,200 miles on it and it felt like it has never been serviced. I'm not a mechanic but I believe the tie-rods on that truck are shot and will cause a major problem to the next renter. The front end needs major work or retire that truck.

Shady the manager is on point and very knowledgeable, now on the other hand they uhaul over all is a sub par company, trying to reach someone to resolve an issue is like waiting for the results of an AIDS test absolutely painfull and robotic. I have started a new business and I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT Rely on the scheduling a rental without visisting the store. Trying to set a rental over the phone once again is PAINFUL. I am a repeat customer o rent 4-6times a month. There really needs to be some sort of training on how to speak to another human. Very scripted very robotic VERY unprofessional. The end

I had a horrible experience. First one location gave me a different rate which I agreed on. The equipment wasn’t available so I went to this location and the rate the agent gave me didn’t exist. Imagine how furiated I was. Luckily the agent here gave me a better rate but when accidentally charged me for additional days and said the system would work it out. I trusted that. As I checked in the rental not only did I not get refunded I got charged 200 plus more then my agreed rate. A 300 visit became a 600$ visit. After arguing on the phone a manager fixed it but the next agent confused me and only said I was getting reembursed a small amount back which was insane. After visiting the location it all got fixed but this is after there is already a hold on my account for 200+ plus than what intended. So I’m annoyed and I most likely will not use U-Haul again. I definitely will not do the commercial rate again because I got screwed in the process and now have to wait 4-5 days for my refund. GREAT and it’s the weekend - talk about a weekend killer.

The trucks should be inspected more often. I didn’t have a great experience with the truck I rented, it made huge wrecking noise and brakes on the the truck wore not so great.

Our truck was not there, we had to wait for it, next time you should call your customers and tell them of delays, we also paid for 10 furniture pads and never got them!!! For this we were only given 10$ off, and had to deal with starting late and not having what we needed to move.

Everything and everyone was great. Our trucked leaked inside and the day I moved it downpoured my mattress got wet a little and ad soon as I returned the truck matter was handled great. My overall experience was very good

Only issue I had was: I wanted to rent a 10’ truck and specially asked if it sat 3. Reservists said yes but unfortunately when I went to get in - it didn’t! Manager was nice and handled the situation.

My experience was horrible. I rented a truck for Saturday, September 30th, 2017 with a pick up time booked for 3:00. I waited 45 minutes to get my truck. I purposely registered online to save time, which did not happen. Your customer service rep, in the Abington, MA store was tremendously rude to me. She also neglected to tell me that the dolly that I paid for was not in the truck. I got home and the dolly was not on the truck. I had to drive all the way back to get the dolly and I was CHARGED for the extra miles and gas. I IMMEDIATELY made a phone call and put in a formal complaint. I want my money back.

Perhaps on the first of the month more than 2 employees should be working. 35 people waiting in line. 2 people working. Seems like poor upper management to me. Employees were great! But get them some help when you know a busy day is coming. People rent these things in advance, it’s not like you were blind sided.
