Be more considered. I rented two vehicles in one week and the one broke down on me and they had to come out and exchange the battery which was too little for the truck I had. The dispatcher I spoke with that night gave me a reference number to let them know that my vehicle was down and I guess to compensate me for that but of course the manger there was very rude and said that the problem was the dome light and it was cold outside so that would make the truck not start. Ok my thing is stop renting your trucks when it’s cold outside if that’s the case. So I asked to speak with someone over him and he was like they are going to tell you the same thing. I wasn’t happy at all it was cold outside and I had the truck loaded and ready to go and for him to act like that I will not rent from them again I would rather go to Penske where the people greet you with a smile and respect their customers.

Every time we use U Haul at this location the people and their procedures change. Today they charged us more for gas although we only went 13 miles. We put $7.00 of gas into the vehicle and they charges us $6.00 more.The vehicle is never cleaned off and the back door is frequently frozen shut. Every employee there gives us a different story as to "company policy"

The gas gauge was incorrect. I tried to tell Jeremy and he smugly asked why we didn’t come back in and tell him. We explained they had some confusion with assigning a truck due to where it was located in the lot and with confusion we didn’t check until we drive away. I should have taken a picture for proof. A word to the wise....take pictures of all aspects of the vehicle as they will not even discuss with you the idea that they could possibly have mistaken. I believe the mileage was incorrect and the gas gauge was incorrect. The 19.95 truck cost me over $120 for 4 hours.

How do a person not use all the estimated miles and still get charged extra! I was forty under what I estimated, and was charged $46 extra dollars ??????

This was an awful experience and I will not be renting again. First the online check in app is awful. It is slow, clunky and if you go back it resets and you have to start over. Second, I got the truck when it was just below 1/4 a tank. They rounded up and said they have it to me with a quarter of a tank and I did not notice. I drove the truck 20 miles and then was told to put gas in the truck or I would be penalized, using NO common sense that I just drove 20 MILES! All I was told, is it was in your paper work and I should have told them if it was below 1/4 of a tank. I had to put 3 gallons of gas in a truck I drove 20 miles. They were very rude and unprofessional about the entire process!!! I will not be back and will do my best to inform social media of this ridiculousness!

We were told about a switch that had to be turned off after we returned the truck so that it would consume less gas when empty. After we filled the truck up on return had to go back and put more gas in the truck. When I called customer service they said the young lady does not recall telling us this. If I wasn’t told this I would not know anything about it. I definitely will not be using haul again. Now they are saying it was only for when you tow something and that you have to manually turn it off. Poor customer service period. I recommend anyone to go else where to rent a truck!!

I was going to use the 24/7 app but it did not work at all for me. When I logged in and began the process, the app did not register that I was at the Uhaul location even though I was standing inside the facility. Yes, my location was on on my phone. The saving grace was how great the cashier/agent was at the location - efficient and professional.

Where to begin, well let's see, you charged my credit card twice and can't get it back till Monday when the manager gets back from vacation and every one there acted like it was their first day on the job not trained very well especially the girl at the register, went back yesterday about the double charge,she called another store, I guess to talk to the manager there,it sounded like he didn't know what he was doing either,this issue needs to be taken care of now!! Not Monday,that's it for now

Teach your employees how to inform customers of after hours drop off. They expect you to read everything on the signs in the store and charge you a 20.00 convenience fee if you drop off and don’t use your mobile phone to check it back in. That only convenience is for them to make 20 dollars off you. Don’t recommend them. Will use Penske from now on.

Before allowing customers to hire moving people through you, customers need to be informed of rules regarding money reimbursement. We hired for 3 hours. It only took 1 1/2. We were told that we will only be getting 30% of the overage back because we had given the payment code to the movers before requesting the overage back.

Tried doing pickup through the website. I expected to pick up the truck with minimal delay. After providing photos of my license and a headshot I waited about 20 minutes for approval. Finally had person at the counter handle the transaction. He did a good job. I won't do the website method again.

Truck was dirty, could hardly see out of windshield, brakes were bad, did not order dolly’s that were rolling around in the back, assistant manager Jeromy did not give me a dozen of protective covers I asked and paid for, I am a local realtor I will definitely not recommend this location or company to clients in the future, we have over 300 agents in our office and I will be sure to past this along.
