Did not have the equip I ordered. Only had a 26 ft ir a 15ft. I ordered a 20. Also ordered furnuture dollies, tbey had no equip for moving anything. Kind of defeats the purpose. At my dismay with the problem, the Manager suggested I could try another location. Serioysly, on moving day? When plans ate set? Terrible!

We reserved a van - then were told at pick up that it could only be reserved with credit card and not debit card, so we switched to a box truck. We reserved a utility dolly, but then found out that this location did not have any and nothing they could do about it... Very rude employees. The obviously have issues with the corporate office because they told us that they have complained to corporate but have not received any results.

I was charged for gas and also dropping the truck off sooner than return date. If I had been aware I would have returned it day of. My bank account was overdrawn. So , no I had a bad experience in moving from one state to another. The computers were having issues so we were there for a long period of time. But the staff were okay and emphatic.

I was charged extra for fuel even when I left the fuel level at its original pointer. First of all the fuel policy should be Full tank to Full tank. This place's policy is 7/8th of the tank to 7/8th. As a customer it is so annoying, as there is no easy way to identify what 7/8th tank is. Even when at the end, when I left the fuel tank to the original level, I was charged extra !!!!

Our first dropoff, Bob's Market was extremely rude and would not accept the return even though it was scheduled to be returned there. Terrible service. The 11815 Colonial location was super! I would recommend them highly.

I'd like you to recognize the manager at this location, Jorge Mercado, as very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. He was able to compensate for an error made at the originating U Haul location. This saved me a lot of heartache, time and money. Thank you Jorge!

I scheduled a mobile pick up for 7:30 AM and when I arrived I was unable to pick it up. When I checked in I was told by the website I had to wait until 9. This was extremely inconvenient as I had reserved an elevator to move from 9-12. I saw an employee named Jorge as he opened the store and asked him if he could help and he completely ignored me and walked away after I approached him. By the time the store finally opened, and I’d been standing outside the store for 90 minutes, other people in the same situation showed up and were waiting outside. Lines formed inside the store and I didn’t even end up driving away until between 9:30-10. After loading the uhaul and driving to the location I had less than an hour of my 3 hour elevator reservation left. I also had to talk to three different customer service reps until finally one was able to help. Deidra Lambdin was fantastic. Overall I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and will likely avoid Uhaul completely for my next move. All for profit. Not for safety of their customers. These guys rented me a truck with a gaping hole in the gas tank. I drove for more than 50 miles before I even noticed. I stopped to get gas, and as I'm pumping it's just pouring on the ground. I have pictures a video of the incident and based on the white evaporation stains, this isn't something new. They knowingly rented a dangerous vehicle to someone. And then uhaul wants to charge me for this trip like I wasn't just rented a death trap. Bad business. 0 stars across the board. I'll be calling corporate for my refund.

The Cargo Van I rented had a dirty cargo area with a liquid spill. Also the console was dirty. I was under the impression that I would be able to rent a furniture dolly since the web reservation allowed me to reserve one. However, when I picked up the van, I was told they have not had those furniture dollies for months. The rep did not seem to care that this was going to cause a huge problem for me and told me the college kids didn’t return any of them. I had to but one which was an extra expense not accounted for. No bonus miles were even offered for me to go get one at another location. I was very irate and just needed to leave before I caused a scene. I was very disappointed with the way this was handled. Even though this location is closer to me, I will not return to rent anything from them again.

Was not told about the new 20 dollar fee for returning after hours without confirmation. Have dropped off after hours previously and never had to download the app to confirm dropped off. Apparently it is a new policy within the past 2 weeks. Not sure how you expect customers to magically know your policy has changed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went 3 times from the 1st time i rented the unit and all 3 time i had to go insidebso they can move some trucks that were blocking my access to my storage unit.. very disappointed.

This was not my original location I picked for drop off. The original location refused to take my vehicle because they said their lot was full even though they had several available parking spots. They then directed me to another location which was a sketchy car repair shop who told me the person who does U-haul had left for the day. I found the third location above on my own, but they told me I couldn't drop off there because I was assigned to another location (even though when I made my reservation, the website said the dropoff location was a suggestion not a commitment. Although they had just closed, they helped me switch the dropoff assignment, but would not process my truck eventhough I told them I had to catch a flight. I had to do it online which took longer than expected.

The air conditioner worked half the time, the molding around the windshield came off on the rip and made a terrible flapping noise real loud on the whole trip . The wipers were terrible I had to stop 3 x during the trip when it was raining . I got to a rest area at the beginning of the trip and raised the hood to see if the windshield fluid bottle was filled with windshield fluid . It was broken as well , the tub that feeds the fluid to the wipers/wind shield was broken it looked like it was dry rotted . It was nice and clean on the inside of the cad part. and the staff there were nice and real pleasant . After driving about 973 miles with the noise and bad wipers and a con-stint humming irritating noise the radios helped drown out some of it .

There was a scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle that I thought I saw on the picture becaude the picture was small and I couldn't zoom in. I am really really upset about this- it cost me almost $200 additional. I don't think it should be MY responsibility as the customer - your employees should have to take pictures every time to prove that there was no damage. I will never use UHaul again.

The returns lane was full and it was difficult to decide where to leave the truck. I think we made a good decision; however, more space seems to be required for the number of trucks being returned after hours.

Truck had refuse in it, it pulled left and right as though it was driving on ice, and the turn in process was a little weird. This store has a tiny parking lot that is wholely insufficient.
