There was a nail in the tire woke up the next morning to a flat called aaa to come out and fix. Had to have the truck back bye 12 And I called costumer service they charged me another day and the representative on the phone was rude. But I will say there was a young individual that helped me out at the location where I returned the truck he was professional and understanding when he seen the nail in the tire. Who ever took my call when I called to let them know I would be late so to the flat tire was very unprofessional and made me feel like it was my fault. They charged my wife card another 79.00

Nothing. The vehicle we had was awful. It was in need of either a wheel balancing or a front end alignment. After driving 600 miles it shimmied so bad some of the bolts that hold furniture together came loose. It was to late to get a different truck because of the time schedule we had with our movers. Janel picked up and dropped off my Uhaul box, from Tacoma Park to DC, and she was fantastic. She was so kind and helpful. She made my experience with Uhaul great. If person makes a reservation online and its gives them a different location, be considerate and honor the time. To improve your service, I recommend you either reduce the mileage fee or even better since they are leaving the state, make the mileage free and unlimited because the mileage rate is unreasonable and it causing your potential customers to go else where the mileage is free.

Called the local office to tell them not to pick up on the day that they were supposed to because we had something happened in the move was pushed to later we started to unpack the Box that night didn't finish so we left it for the next day since they were not supposed to pick it up. They picked up broke a ton of our furniture because it was in the middle of being unpacked as we told them not to pick it up we were not expecting them to pick it up . I was then told it was my fault that those pickup still happened because I didn't call the driver's cell phone number , But instead called the office to reschedule the move like I was supposed to. Your drivers in this state are lucky that I am in Nevada because if I were there I would end up in gaol over how furious I am over this I don't think I will be happy unless the driver in those responsible in the office for not noting the change of schedule are fired

Not very friendly service. Items that I ordered (pads and dolly) were not in the truck. The top of the truck was not cleaned off from the snow days before creating possibly dangerous situation on the roads.

Moving forward I will never use Uhaul again for a moving truck. I would rather pay the extra money and have the reliability that comes with it. I was scheduled to pick up a 26 foot truck at 4pm. When I arrived there after a 30 minute drive, the truck was not there. I was told to come back at 6:15 for a truck. I drove back home 30 minutes, only to return at 6:15 and the truck not be available. I had movers coming the next morning and I had to return home without a truck...again. It wasn't until the morning of the move I got a truck. No discount on the truck or anything for my inconvenience. My problem isn't with this location per se, but the entire Uhaul company. Don't make reservations for people that count on your moving trucks and you don't have them available. And your "reservation is guaranteed or will give you $50" is a complete joke. Give that $50 to your employees at the locations that have to deal with customers that you make angry by overbooking. Never again. Stay away from Uhaul!!

All three loading docks were taken, 2 by cars that didn’t even reach the docks. There were only 3 moving carts and all three were being used by one person. There should be signs posted specifying one per moving TRUCK so others can work simultaneously.

The woman who took care of us, I believe her name was Charlene, was extremely rude and judgemental going so far as to pose the question "why do you need this for 2 days?" I will never again rent a UHaul from that location and someone needs to have a conversation with her about professionalism in the workplace. As a paying customer who treated her with respect and kindness, I was appalled by her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. The employee at the counter commented that "at least U-Haul stock is up" ....I bloodied my tongue in restraint to not say "Must be that Professional Customer Service Your buddy provides" .... Your computer check in system was not working, so everything had to be done manually, which took time. On the plus side, the counter person got it all done and then assisted in hooking up the trailer, which was appreciated. The return check in went smoothly. Good job overall.

The staff is not helpful at all and the one staff told me I wouldn’t have to pay on the 3rd day after payment was due as long as I move my items out by midnight which was a lie because they locked my storage and I couldn’t get in it I had to pay for 3 days storage that’s horrible!!! When I got there my truck was gone because the guy again told me once I have the reservation it’s ok to come whenever that day big lies because the truck was gone and I had to use a caravan from them that end up costing me more to get someone else’s truck which was inconvenient. Never again I rather leave them under a bridge!🤷🏾‍♀️

A 26 foot truck does NOT fit a 4 bedroom house...I had a 3 bedroom house and no way. I had to go back twice. Double the time and effort I expected to spend on this.

There were 3 people working inside behind the counter and only 1 was actually helping people. They were rude. As far as truck, the interior was dirty and smelled of smoke. There were coffee cups left under the seat. It was raining when I was checking out the truck. I noticed a smudge without the X marked and they said not to worry about it, not what they are looking for. They didn't want to go outside and get wet.

Truck was dirty inside. Had multiple exterior areas marked with ‘x' which I was told was a marker used to show uhaul was aware of previous damage. You should have an option of a visual inspection with a representative rather then downloading pictures that not all of us our technically able to do.

They had no idea that the truck was there it only had 1/4 tank of gas also no moving blankets where at the font of a gentleman told us to pull up to the front of and pick them up we waited for him to come never did we had to go in to the store and pick them up also asked for the truck to be ready to pick up at 9am was told it would not be available till 3 pm the inside of truck was dirty. The personal in that store where not customer friendly at all.

When you promise a reservation on a certain time and day and A convenient pick up location it should be honored! People are moving and to be told the night before that there is no equipment for you Is unacceptable. If you cannot provide what was ordered (WEEKS IN ADVANCE) you have no business making the reservation!!!

We were supposed to pick it up and check in through our mobile device. They did not have the truck available...we found out after about 20 minutes on the phone with the 1-800 number. Then they gave us a van (not big enough) and when we went to get the key...it was gone. We had to come back 3 hours later when people were there and we lost our team of movers in the process because we were so late. When I showed up at 7:00am to talk to someone, the woman was angry that she had to deal with me. She was not apologetic and although she gave me the $50 refund it was with an attitude. When I returned the van, the people were nice but did not seem to know the extent of this issue and did not offer anything further for my time. Frankly, I should have not had to pay anything for the aggravation, attitude, and lack of services/materials at the time I needed them. Please help me to find some fairness. I needed to rent a trailer but my truck didn’t have the wiring so I rented a truck one way. My facility didn’t have one so Tyrell Owens in the Allentown store called the Easton store who had some. When I got to Easton they said they didn’t have any. The young man didn’t even look he just said he didn’t have it but then he looked after I said Allentown called and had the truck. Tyrell Owens and staff in Allentown was wonderful but Easton was horrible.

This entire process has been nothing short of a disaster. The uhaul box drop off in NJ went very well, as did the pickup of the box. The issue is more at the communication level when calling the 1-800 Uhaul number. Because we originally had 2 separate uhaul orders in the system, I initially called in to cancel the order that we didn't want, prior to the original drop off of the Ubox. Unfortunately for us, Uhaul cancelled the delivery of the ubox to the final destination, so the ubox sat in interim storage facility in Allentown for several weeks. Only after a phone call to Uhaul was it determined that it was not shipped, even though the ubox dashboard state otherwise. I have spent hours on the phone trying to arrange delivery, with seemingly no internal communication taking place by Uhaul, constant transferring of calls from one traffic region to another, and no promised return phone calls. We were surprised when we found on the morning of Oct 6th that our Ubox was scheduled to be delivered, even though the date had been set for Oct 17th. And to top it off, Uhaul had it scheduled to be delivered to the wrong address in the wrong community, so it would have been dropped off to another customer. The delivery driver was outstanding though, and she worked with us in determining that it was in fact our Ubox, as well as getting the box delivered to us, although we had to scramble on short notice to be there. Also, the combination lock was so badly damaged en route, that it had to be cut in order to access the box. Fortunately, although we still haven't been able to evaluate all of the contents, there doesn't appear to have been any damage to the contents. We will only know after everything has been opened. In addition, due to the delay caused by Uhaul, we have been docked an additional month of storage fee, and we are not getting anyone from Uhaul to assist in having this charge removed. Just want to share our story. The pick up and drop off delivery drivers were outstanding. Every other aspect of this experience has been terrible. I would not recommend using them ever again.

I reserve a truck on one location. When I went to pick the location had none. I had to travel extra miles to get the truck. At both location stating they had same problem a few days before. Rep at location stated it was not there problem or fault. They couldn't help me. I was not happy. It I reserve the truck at one location it should be there. It was It responsible from the company. This is not customer friendly.

Deliver the correct truck, atvthe reserved time. I was given a smaller truck, 9 1/2 hours after I reserved it. My help was gone by then and i had to make multiple trips with my 80 year old father. I would NEVER use uhaul again!

From the online booking and confirmation. To checking in online was so smooth. Once I was there on the day of the pickup it was a quick five minute check to make sure it was me, explain the drop off options and exit. The move went smoothly and I brought the truck back and checked it in online. Quick, simple and easy. The staff was excellent as well. Very professional, friendly and COVID compliant. I felt safe and well taken care of.

My experience with Uhaul was very pleasant. The security is very well detailed and secure. The fact that you have to swipe to enter and swipe to leave the premises give you the extra peace of mind and tranquility. If there is something I would like to implement is that, I would've preferred to see staff quickly react to alarms when tenets do not swipe for access to their units. Making the security purposes more secured. The alarm is for a purpose, and it means someone's unit has been open without card access to open the unit.

The White Lady That Worked There Was Very Rude And Had An Attitude The Whole Time We Were There. Monthly rate continuously increase from $40 to $58 by the time I was done. Define and penalties during the Corona situation and confiscation of others bins knowing this was a difficult time for all was unacceptable and the final draw. Your manager makes excuses by saying it is the corporate situation without ever contacting corporate to promote a change.

Check out process didn't make sense to me. Was instructed per online written directions to clean and leave the access key in my storage unit, but then I got stuck inside the elevator when trying to leave because I needed a key to select a floor. It also wouldn't let me open the door to get out without a key. So I was literally stuck.
