Mouse droppings all through out my unit as well as a nest. I would highly recommend NOT using this facility. All that was done for me to reconcile my 10 years of storing with them and the extent of the damage and the amount of droppings was that I got my truck free to move out. Considering the amount of time and money spent here, I am not pleased that this is what I came too. The staff just said we'll we can't control what people bring in sobasocally it was an unfortunate thing that happened. Very extremely disappointing and dissatisfied with the condition, price, handling and over all experience here. Definitely should have been compensated for more than just the truck!! If I could give negative stars I would. Also, make sure if you don't have your key for your unit that your prepared to spend EXTRA money because they will not allow you to cut off your own lock. I had to pay a locksmith 156.00 to cut off my lock because UHaul had no one there that could do it for 50 dollars and I should have arranged ahead of time for someone to be there for me to have my lock cut off. Never knew that was a thing. Anyways, waste of money and just out to gouge people for money.
