The unit we reserved was not accessible due to holes in the ground from the rain, so I parked in a different spot. When I spoke to Uhaul staff, they were very understanding and courteous. No nos llevamos una buena experiencia. El día de salida se suponía entregáramos el trailer en nuestro county y cuando llegamos resulta que no había espacio. Llamamos a servicio al cliente y estuvimos alrededor de 2 horas para que nos enviaran a otra localidad. Cuando llegamos resulta que no teníamos acceso y la que nos atendió la llamada nunca nos brindó un código de acceso. Volvimos a llamar y nos enviaron a otra localidad donde al fin pudimos entregar el trailer. Estuvimos más de 4 horas intentando ser responsables para entregar el trailer ya que al otro dia entrábamos temprano al trabajo y por eso la necesidad de entregarlo ese mismo dia. The truck fumes get inside the cabin and it was impossible to drive the truck without opening the windows. You can feel the engine struggling. The back door was impossible to open because it was so rusted that I needed two people to open and close it. The only reason I didn't return it was because I was only making a 3 mile trip. People are the store were nice and helpful, the store was clean, but the truck was in really bad shape.Francis P.

we rent at this location all the time, was very disappointed this time. my husband picked up the truck. on his way to pick up the items, it started to rain and the wiper will not come on and the truck stop and was staggering, it was raining and he was stuck in the middle of the road, people beeping at him, honking horns at him, it was very frightening , could have caused an accident and killed innocent people or killed him self. he contacted road side assistant, they said they will call him back, it was absolutely a disaster, thank god he was an experience driver. he managed to return home safely. he dropped off the vehicle the same evening, we called in to the location on this, the manager said the truck was in good order and refused to do anything on the charges on the truck, all he said he can do a $15.00 in store voucher. he had no managerial skills to deal with customers and to acknowledge that this could have resulted in a big crash, caused lives , all he was concerned about was to get us off the phone. it was very disappointing and came to the realization that it's all about money and dont care about the customer, I was charged the full price and miles on this rental. if you need to callme, pls call 407-312-8375 , I asked for a higher person in charge, they give me a phone number and I called and left a message, never got a call from that person. so so disappointing. thanksSalima M.

I have rented 2x a month for the last few years from different locations for my work. Although most stores are run effectively, this one stands out as great. Everything about this place was professional, clean, and helpful. My only complaint was during move in, a white vehicle was parked directly our front of the area to load my stuff into the storage facility. I think he must be private security, because I have returned there many times to see the same car (with a man in it) parked there and in the area. I could have asked him to move, but figured if he worked there he would offer to move.his car to make my move in easier. They have great customer service. On-site parking was very difficult to find a parking space, especially, handicap parking. U-Haul's website is easy to use it made doing business conveniently. Great communication with all the bells and whistles.! I had one concern, the 2 terms to review were not shown till AFTER I acknowledged I read the terms got afterward. How UHaul has not improved Access to the storage units is beyond Me. I was told there would be a “gate” that closed at 7p, but after that there was Access until 10p. What they DIDNT Say that Access was through at standard size Door,, that had to be Closed after 5min otherwise the Alarm would go off! WTH how are you supposed to move furniture or other HHD goods through a regular size door, which wasnt a straight in and out door! This is probably because the Facility is not properly Fenced,, so they secure the Building instead of the Property.. how freakin stupid. How about doing BOTH!!dave r. | Overall Experience

I had my storage space for almost 3yrs. Until recently everything was fine. The manager on site had my checks as payment for October, but they were lost in transit to the home office. This caused no end in grief for me. The locking of my units, lien notices, etc. I then had to pay for stop payments for my checks, in the amount of $76. No reimbursement from U-HAUL. When I rented the outdoor space here I was told they had security cameras. Someone stole my trolling motor, fishing rods and tackle. About $1000 lost. When I reported the theft it took three weeks for the manager to tell me their office couldn’t see my boat on their cameras but they had a few more to check. I had two units and one of them got broken into, so I filed a police report and one of the staff members made a comment that they (the thieves) didn't get away with much (how would the staff know what's in my units?) and that she has worked for over 9 years and she has never heard of nor seen anyone ever get their unit broken into the whole 9 plus years that she has worked there, insinuating that I was lying about my valuables being stolen. Her attitude was so unprofessional and rude I'm surprised she made it passed 9 days working there much less 9 YEARS?!?! My unit was broken into on a Saturday and U-Haul didn't notify me until 9 days later! After all that B.S. they never helped me with filing a insurance claim on the stolen items< which totaled over $1700! I will NEVER use U Haul or recommend them to anyone ever again, U Haul is by far the worst storage company that I have ever used!Jason R. | Overall Experience

Unfortunately there is no gate or any protection for people using the parking storage area. The cameras alone are not enough. It should be brightly lit, gated with barbed wire to help prevent theft. My boat was broken into so I decided to move it to a more secure storage facility. Filing a police report and providing camera footage will not do anything to get my items replaced.
