Rental to clean up hurricane Irma. No discount full rate plus mileage Return fuel was full per agent 10 miles per gal. still charge me fuel charge of 7.60 beside the guy look at the fuel gage from passenger side if you look at it from driver side then it is full.

When I called to extend rental, rep was rude. No one told me about the 'clean up' fee, not at all, never. This was the first time I rented a pick-up; wanted it for yard clean up before the hurricane, so obviously it was dirty when I brought it back. Although I mentioned the intended use no one felt prompted to mention the fee.

The truck I rented pulled to the left while drivin down the road and the cargo area had a minimum of two leaks, probably more that I didn't see.

Improve - Give me a call and happy to give constructive feedback on improvements. What was excellence - The manager and team at Apopka location (near hunt club). From questions, to service, professionalisms, it was all excellent. I dealt with the manager on both picking up, droppping off, callling him whilst I had the truck and everything was brillliant. If there is every room from growth at the UHaul company or headquarters, the manger is highly recommended. It's rare to seem an individual be cool under pressure both on the phone, dealing with several customers in front of him (efficiently and professionally the whole time), leading his team and running a great store. Thank you UHaul.

I did the express check out so I wouldn't have to wait in line, granted we are expecting a hurricane but I didn't expect to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. Other than that I am satisfied.

We were running late and the store was closing in 15 mins. By the time we got there they had closed. I called on my way there and was told to get there as fast as I could that they would still be there. Randall said there was anything that he could do. We were picking up the tow trolly that had already been paid for. He ended up calling his manager who was able to turn the system back on and Randall got us straight. Apparently when I called, I spoke to someone in a call center who always tells people to go that someone will still be there.

We reserve the trailer with a ramp only to find when we got there a reservation did not include the ramp on the trailer. It's made it very difficult to move cabinets and refrigerator is for us. Once arriving to the U-Haul location Apopka, Florida it took one hour and 25 minutes for us to rent the trailer which is unacceptable. My husband was told to pull our vehicle around the side in front of the trailer and that someone would connect him. He did as he was ask and after waiting 20 minutes returned inside the building asking why someone had not come out to assist him yet. He went back outside to the vehicle and waited another 15 minutes. I waited inside the entire time and was very unhappy when an older woman came inside wanting to buy box tape and a pack of boxes and was upset that she would have to wait in line to pay, after all she wasn't there to pick up equipment she was only there to buy boxes and tape. So our sales representative who only works on weekends as he expressed, use his handheld scanned everything and rang her up in front of me and everybody else that had been waiting in line for over an hour. I expressed my dissatisfaction and that it was not right for him to of done that when everybody else had been waiting patiently for their return, the employee had nothing to say not even an apology. This is the second or third time I have rented from this location and each time have had a very long wait. I have never experienced this at other locations. This tells me that this is poor management and organization or even communication.

I think .79 cents per mile is a little too pricey. I drove 60 miles. With the rental, insurance and mileage it cost me 100 dollars. I had the truck for 5 hours. Three years ago when I rented one it was 39 cents a mile. That was my only complaint. Service was great.

Really wish you could figure out how to make the online checkin and validation actually mean something more than just guaranteeing that the equiment is available. Every time I go to a location and have answered all the questions and provided the information, I have to resupply the information in person, as well as wait in line behind people that did not take the time to make reservations online and prevalidate everything. I just want to show up, provide my ID to verify its me, check the equipment out and get on with my project. Not spend 20-45min waiting in line to get the whole sales pitch a second time before I can get the equipment.

I was told the initial fee would be a hold On my account. The fee was run and apparently an additional $12 (plus change) hold was placed on my account. My card information was stolen at that point and someone in tennessee started using my card #s. The $12 hold looked like a fraudulent charge as well and Bank of America identified it as the point where my card was run to see if it was active when my information was stolen. I was not told about the hold, nor did I receive receipt. I was placed in touch with a customer service rep that had a crying baby in the background and couldn't explain it in any detail. She took my info and had someone else call that explained that the fee would drop off of my account in a few days. This was a mess. I was not notified of an additional hold and you did not have authorization to do so. Bank of America has cleared up everything on their end. You guys should probably look into bumping up your cyber security. I won't be using uhaul in the future.

The 10' truck had awful wheel alignment and pulled seriously to the right - difficult to keep the truck straight on the highway. Was dangerous. Perhaps no one's fault, but maybe a test drive before renting by staff would have discovered this issue. The staff were all fine and helpful but this issue probably should have been found. Just a suggestion for the future - test drive before renting.

The location was great! The lady and gentlemen I dealt with was very professional. The service was great also, and the van I rented price wise was good. Improvement is always a good thing, but I don't see anything I can comment on for right now. Keep up the great work!
