Great unit - most did not have a 10X30 available, but Argyle did. :) The automated gate and card access system was much easier than using a PIN. Thanks for helping make our move easier.

The employee working behind the counter when I returned the truck was extremely rude. He wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence we had no issues with the actual rental but his unpleasant attitude has definitely changed my outlook on renting from U-Haul in the future.

I didn’t know the Safari browser on my iPhone had to be turned on in settings to open the link to Return Truck. I had to call the 1800- I did get it resolved.

We had an amazing last minute reservation experience. I have to let you know that Mario was amazing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable with our reservation rental. Everything went smooth, fair prices and the customer service from the guy that set everything up at the counter was nice and helpful (don’t remember his name but I know he was the 20year military police retiree and I’m sure that narrows it down enough at this location). Only criticism is that I did have a tech related problem (not a big deal, just more of an inconvenience) when dropping off the truck and attempting to self check out after hours. The website requires you show your location on your phone to verify that you’re dropping off at the correct location (which is completely understandable). The website was unable to detect my location after I had turned on all location service settings, and even used different web browsers just incase(safari and chrome). I know this could be something I did wrong on my end, but being as I couldn’t continue the next step of checkout until my location was verified, i had to just leave without finishing the process. I’m sure other people have run into this problem but UHaul doesn’t know about it because to them, it looks like the customer just dropped off the truck and left without checking it out (which then allows UHaul the right to charge extra fees). Maybe another simple option would be to give each location a unique QR code that is on or near the building, that customers can scan with their phone’s camera as an alternative method to verify they’re at the correct store, in case the customer has problems with location services on mobile devices. Other than that, great service!

Figure something out to expedite the pickup and drop off procedures. We just got an appliance dolly and it took nearly 20 minutes to get it 10-15 to drop it back off.

Rude associate Tony, original location didnt have what I reserved, so I had to go 8 miles further, which resulted in additional mileage. Associate said there was nothing they could do about it. Van had a 10 inch crack in the windshield also. Evening return guy Tony was the worst I have ever dealt with and he was rude to all customers that came in.

our initial confirmation was for the San Jose property pick up and drop off there because it was close to our destination when the equipment was it made available we had to pick up from Blanding an inconvenience and extra mileage the staff at Blanding was wonderful but it was not the primary location thank you

The back of the facility was always stuffed with junk where the elevator entry is located. When visited there was always 1 or two roaches . I feel I should have been given a prorated refund back.

They need to explain what they are doing first I rented a car and they just like to see your identification instead of taking picture of it, they don’t take a picture of your driver license, and I ask the associate and he said yes it is mandatory to take a picture of my driver license. That is not through because I been helping my friend and they never have to do this.

Both Service agents were great. Thank you. Next comment deals with corporate marketing practices (the local service agents do not control my next issue) or stipulate marketing, Corporate does. When a 15ft truck is advertised, it should be 15ft of depth of walking space in the bed of the truck, not 12ft bed plus 3 ft balcony/attic area. Misleading advertising and marketing.

Cigarette outlet on van never allowed me to charge my phone beyond 3%. I basically travelled alobe for over 1000 miles with a dead phone. I also requested to use a different card for my final rental payment with the husband and he went in to talk to his wife, she came out and completed the transaction usingvthe card on file without my permission, she charged it before I was totally clear on the charges, never asked me if I wanted to use the same card like her husband did. I didn't like that and I wont be using that location again, nor recommebd them.

Excellent except a cat accesses the property under the fence. Also, the rodent traps are obstructive to space in the unit and dump green powder in the unit if bumped - there must be a better way.

I used this facility for 2 years. Considering I had very heavy furniture that was on the second floor with NO ELEVATOR I was hesitant to move. My price went up almost every 6 months.
