AALIYAH NCustomer Service. At this location, I had a dozen blankets on my order along with a truck and basic dolly. Upon picking up the truck, I was told they had no blankets to give me. Did U-Haul call me inform me that my order could not be filled so that I could make other arrangements? NOOOO. The blankets were taken off my order but how does that assist me in completing my move w/o damaging some items? Simply, it doesn't. I had to go purchase a dozen blankets to ensure my possessions were not damaged. My order was placed several days in advance. In my professional opinion, there is no acceptable reason for U-Haul to not have the blankets ready. Why would your employee at this location not inform a customer that their order could not be filled in it's entirety??? The employee is incompetent in regards to customer service because he made no effort to remedy the situation. He made no effort to make my U-Haul experience what I am used to. Remedial training is what this employee needs in regards to customer service.

EDNA CCabin and storage area were not clean when received. Gas tank was not full so had to guess how much to fill up. Had requested an appliance dolly and furniture pads when booking but they were not available at the location and no one let us know until we went to pick up. Trucks steering was sloppy making maintaining lanes difficult.

JOHN GLocation was convenient, clean, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and efficient. Truck was clean, but right rear tire valve stem leaked air causing tire to constantly be at low pressure. Problem should have been caught by mechanic who maintains fleet.

Kenny TI would give this location 5 stars if they hadn’t had computer problems that caused about a 30 minute delay. These things happen! The rental agent remained helpful and pleasant, and did everything she could to complete my reservation as quickly as possible.

Spoke with Tony about it, he said the manager would be in the next day and to check back later. Spoke with manager the next day and we closed out the unit not knowing whom things were in B384 nor who's belonged are in there.

She get me set up with a uhaul in a very timely manner and explained the details of what to do on return down to how much she estimated by gallon i would need to fill up after travel and she was exactly right at 8 gallons of gas. She's great! Give that lady a raise!

Wasn't clear when they were talking to me on all the stuff an when they asked how long I might need the truck I was trying to figure it out an they said we'll it's not really that hard to know. They had no patience at all. Also they didn't check out the truck at all before I had left. Didn't want to leave there seat in any way

Quang HThe agent misinformed me about ny reservations stating that I had an upcoming reservation there and that I would be contacted by a third party vendor to assist with the upcoming move. On the day of the move, went back to the location which I was told that an existing reservation was in the system and was told that it is at another location one and two, they didn't have a contact for the vendor because I explained that I wasn't contacted ahead of the move as I was previously told. Moving help, poor services, don't use them.. Poor service.....

Benjamin F | Overall ExperienceI would recommend storage for short term. The facility was not kept clean. The last 3 visits, at least a week apart, I made the same trash was in the hallway. The 1st day I needed to get in the storage, I couldn't. I thought that was the purpose of the access card which I had but the rep didn't tell me there was an additional charge for extra hours. Also the late fees. Most late fees occur after 30 days. Uhaul charges them EVERY 15 days. People are already struggling and you nickel and dime them with fees.
