I was over charge due to bring the truck back early. The contract didn't state what would happen if brought back early.You all need to let the customers know the pro's and Con's when bring a truck back.The customer should not have to find out the charges thru email. I also call 4 times and was hanged up on three time .
Due to being a busy place from time to time, you might need to go to the back building to find a flat cart to use.
I just wish that the access hours were 24 hours.

We had a very nice and friendly manager get us information, a quick tour of the unit, and got us started with our much needed storage unit. Excellent customer service!
The only part that really upset me is that one of the representatives called my husband “a f*cking idiot while trying to park the penske truck. I get it, people aren’t always a great driver. But to say that while he’s trying to park a 26 foot truck in such a small gated facility. I mean, it’s completely disrespectful. Of course, the rep apologized when i realized i was in the office when he said it. But still... you’re trying to run a business and literally call someone out who is paying you on their parking skills. It’s a little outrageous. It’s like me calling someone an a-hole in front of their wife for not putting the shopping cart in its proper place on the parking lot once you’re done using it. You just don’t do it. I’d still suggest going to uhaul, just not the one i was renting out of.
The managers were rude they talked down on people. They were in their pajamas twice when we went up there
