The crew at the west division location are always on their game. I had a very negative experience with the location on 820 and I-30. I predominantly do most of my business at the west division location those guys are rock stars. This facility and rental was awesome. HOWEVER, please reference Reservation 71597468. This was my first reservation of the day, They did not have the supplies I requested and no one had checked, so none of this was known till I flew in, arrived and checked myself. Then I had to make THIS reservation. So although the reservation at this facility was wonderful and went well, the fact that this was the second reservation and location I had to visit that day is not acceptable.Jimmy B.

Aaron L. Crooker is very rude to his customers and yells and turns red he was acting so rude and talking very unprofessional to me. I paid my rent in full and decided to move across country 2 days later went back and moved out and gave Aaron final notice before I moved out and he yelled at me in front of staff and was very red and rude is temper was not needed I moved everything in with no help and moved everything out with no help. My original reservation was set at the location on Pioneer Parkway in Grand Prairie, and it was a terrible experience. I wish I could rate that one, as it was a 0-star experience. However, the woman who helped me at this location was fantastic. I can't recall her name now, but she was a lovely and helpful woman originally from Louisiana.Jason D.

I created a reservation several days in advance to pick up a 15' truck from a non-uhaul location. I was concerned there would be complications with this reservation, because I was picking up a uhaul from a seemingly random location. I was correct, when I arrived the shop employee told me that they did not have a uhaul truck, that this happened all the time, and I needed to contact customer service. I initiated a live chat online with uhaul customer service, and after a couple brief messages, was told to contact a local uhaul office and was given a phone number. I called the uhaul office and after 10 minutes on the phone, I was told there was a 15' truck that â€œshouldâ€ be available at a uhaul facility the town over from my location, in Arlington on Division St, since the previous reservation on that truck â€œshouldâ€ be finished. Once I arrived, the truck I was reserved was not there, because the truck had not been returned by the previous reservation. All employees were visibly frustrated and seemed to be in a bad mood, including the store manager whose name and photo was posted on the wall next to the register he was standing at. They had another 15' truck present, but told me it was already reserved. After a few moments they decided to give me the reserved truck because the reservation was late and hadn't arrived. Then, was told the equipment I reserved for the truck was not available, but the attendee did find half of the equipment, so I guess that's a silver lining. This experience was definitely a 1 star, but I gave a 2 star location to the location on Division St, because it wasn't really their fault. They were also suffering from the frustratingly inept business model of uhaul, which promises you inventory it does not have, and deflects responsibility to clean up the mess onto customer service and store employees.Joel B.

I wasn't happy that I had reserved a uhaul in Ft. Worth online and the next day was notified that I had to go to Arlington to get a uhaul. When you don't live there and have to spend extra money on a budget is not good. Plus, there was very little gas in the uhaul and I was informed when it was turned in I would be reimbursed $35. The unit itself at ( 2315 W Division Arlington, TX 76012) no complaints however the building advertised climate controlled at around 60 degrees Fahrenheit yet the thermometer where the sign and the thermometer are read 97 degrees Fahrenheit. I went to the office but it was after hours on Sunday so only the unit was accessible. I called a few days later to make sure they were aware of this issue and the front office worker became extremely defensive saying I could move out when all I was doing was ensuring they knew about it . I asked when it would be fixed he pretty much said never . Therefore I asked if us customers would receive some type of credit or discount until the issue was corrected he was very rude and said no because the plans to control the temperature haven’t been approved and to just move my things out after I already told him I didn’t want to . I think it’s because the insulation in the building is rotted hot and falling down into peoples units … I have photos / receipts to support my claims . I had a horrible experience with Uhaul in Arlington TX I had my brand new camper parked there, and somehow someone snuck a camper into the gated area where the larger vehicles and campers are parked and they managed to smash into my camper tried covering the damage to mine and repaired the damage to their camper. Uhaul never removed the trespassing camper from the lot and I had to file a police report that did get me the help I needed to charge the other person with the damages and I had to file a claim to get my camper repaired at a cost on $10,000 in damage and it won't be available until after summer 2022.
