The vehicle was blowing extremely hot air at the feet of the driver and passenger. It was not regular heat it was way hotter so it must have been coming from the engine compartment somehow. Did not feel very good driving and actually couple of time it felt like I was getting burnt.

I wish I had learned the name of the excellent person who helped me with picking up, and most especially at drop off. This young lady was very professional, friendly and helpful. She did an amazing job at drop off by managing 3 customers at one time without any other employee's help. She is great!

My check in was not properly entered on Saturday afternoon and I got a call on Sunday asking where the trailer was. It was sitting on the lot.

The van we rented was not set in front of the store for us to pick up, it was in the back of the shop blocked in by other vans, so we had to call the 24 hr service and rent another van but we couldn’t get the key code because there wasn’t a WiFi signal so it would not download to our phone and we had to recall and start the rental process took over 2 hrs before we could get it we could have avoided this if the store had prepared our van like they said they were, terrible service, no WiFi to be able to get key code and the van we finally were able to get only had a1/4 tank of fule

Employees need to be more aware of what key they are handing out. I had to call and get my things settled for the return. Because they gave us the wrong key, which didn’t reflect on the truck. A little diligence would go a long way in an otherwise well run system.

When I went to request a rental truck the general and the help me West arrogant and also heathen talk about immigration rules when I said the morning him and the lady that was from this never answer back I am Hispanic ethnicity A US citizen Make me feel discriminated I think they should have better customer service and that make people feel like they're not welcome when they're renting a piece of equipment when I return The equipment also they were not too friendlyYou guys should have a better customer service than that

The manager was very rude, and I was charged for the dolly on the truck that I did NOT use... I was checking the truck in using my mobile when the other guy came out and start check me in on his device, which caused the over charge. Then after I realize that I had been charged for the dolly and called the store he was very rude saying that I hadn't returned the truck, so I had to turn and go back to the location only to wait over 15 min for customer service to be rude! If the call is records upper management need to review calls often... How you refund me for the dolly but the taxes that I paid don't change!!!! It's others ways to move and NOT use Uhaul!!!!
