This was my first time renting a box trailer and the experience was nothing short of incredible. Shannon got me checked in and hooked up in no time. Friendly and professional is how I would describe her.. When I returned it, the young gentleman opened early and had me on my way in minutes! Great experience all the way around. Thank you.

It was the end of the night and one of the workers seemed grumpy, but he was helpful when asked for help. Otherwise, it was a quick and easy trailer drop-off from a cross-country trip.

I was asked to provide a second phone number as a “mutual insurance”, but when i checked in on the app, it was an optional thing so i didn’t provide it. They were trying to get numbers incase i don’t return the equipment. But is it “required”, not per their own app. Also they said they would refuse to rent to me if i didn’t provide another phone number. They also didn’t have a privacy notice they could print and provide when i asked them.

Make rental prices clear . Paid $326 for a rental for 1 day and a half . Only moved 7 miles away and my receipt was unavailable for viewing so I’m unsure what I paid for and why .

The long 3 in a half hour drive turned into a 7 hour drive because the fan inside wouldn’t go off and it blew hot air the whole way there😒 it took a lot of gas ⛽️ and our phones we had to keep unplugging because the heat made them too hot to charge 😒

I was asked to leave the truck with the key inside for check in. It would be preferable to have the truck checked in while the customer is still there in case any questions arise.

The male that work there is very unprofessional with his speech. Used a lot of profanity when talking with customers. Also, overnight or very early in the morning, when trying to return the U-Haul, the guy was very rude and disrespectful in the parking lot. He needs to speak professionally to customers and have better patience with the customers. His tone was aggressive and confrontational.

I have used your service numerous times from moving to various apartments and now our new home or new to us. Also moving my mechanic tool boxes, carts, cabinet, wheel bearing press, strut coil compressor, 30 gallon air compressor and everything else I need.

Manager was rude I tried renting for 2 days but instead wanted me to rent for only 1 day dolly bracket was broken and they closed the store earlier than stated on their own sign of 7pm and I had to do self check out terrible attitude from all employees i will never use this location and warn all others against using this location id rather carry my stuff next time than use this uhaul location

I did my reservation online and was scheduled to pick up at 5pm and drop off at 8 pm but when I arrived to pick up truck I was told they close at 630 and are not responsible if after late drop off robbery and I would like to be notified of information like that when picking certain time even though I was able to drop off before they close I did not like the thought of I had to hurry to avoid any worst case after hours scenario thank you besides that it was great service

One word of caution....The truck interior REEKED of too much "air freshening fragrance". If a customer had an allergy to synthetic fragrances, they might've had an INSTANT migraine, vomiting, etc. WAAAAAAAAY TOO MUCH fragrance had been sprayed in the vehicle.

The people at the counter at this location did not want to explain to me why they could not do overnight vehicle drop off despite the fact that there is a drop box for keys for overnight dropoff. One person told me it was possible, and then another employee cut him off and said that I would not be allowed to do so. I asked why and they were insistent on not giving me any explanation what so ever. Let alone the fact that I know they have receptacles for over night dropoff. The employees were rude. I will not go back and will let others know to avoid this place.

They made my return smooth also set me up with a Storage. If you decide to go to any U-Haul this is the one and the guys are handsome

The female customer service rep working inside the facility had a nasty attitude, she was very rude and shouldn’t be working in a customer service setting. The gentleman working outside was very helpful and should possibly be working inside because he was very friendly and helped with all questions i had regarding my storage unit.

I loved the " all in one place ordering". However the help was not satisfactory at all. I got calls from all kinds of people stating their prices when I thought I had already agreed on a price. But other than that everything was fantastic!

Literally the worst experience i have ever had when renting a storage unit. First off, the staff are completely disrespectful and rude, why are they allowed to degrade and harass customers and then when i called and report it there are no repercussions. Not to mention ive had to call several time on that mean white lady that works the front desk. I will be leaving a terrible yelp and google review very soon. Second, every time i went yo the storage to either put something in or take something out, they were blocking the storage entrance and when asked to move the unhauls they completely ignored me and rolled their eyes. And this happened so many times but the worst part is even after reporting all of this, uhaul did absolutely nothing about it. So shame on all of you and i will he continuing ti report you guys as well as show videos and photos of proof of what you guys did. Not to mention i was harassed by the manager who tried to get me to enter the bathroom ??!? I should have called the police

Uhaul came in handy when a family emergency came up and needed an affordable storage locker .
