The rep placed insurance/ coverage on my ticket after I verbally declined. After noticing it on my receipt before I drove off, I walked back in and it required us to go through another 30 min process because no one knew how to "remove it". This was total bs and delayed my moving process. When I received the receipt after I returned the truck, I was charged for gas that I'd already taken care of. After a refund the charges are STILL a few dollars off. This location penny pinches you and wastes your time.

I booked and paid for my U-Haul online with the understanding that I would not need to show my credit card at the U-haul pick-up location. Online it was advertised that this was a better way to protect my credit card information. When I picked up the truck the U-Haul worker requested my credit card. I explained to him that I had paid online that did not seem to matter to him and it took just as much time to pick up the truck as if I had not paid in advance. I don't like that the trucks are given to you without a full tank of gas. It is difficult to tell where the gas is looking at the gas gage and it seems that it forces you to leave more gas than you started with or return the truck with less gas and pay for not bring it back at the same level.

The service was terrible. The system the employees were using was not the correct site. One of the customer service persons called into your service center and they provided them with the correct site they should have been using. This same kind of issue happened around 2 years ago when I attempted to rent a storage container. The employees should be trained how access your system to process a customer's rental requests in an efficient manner and with professionalism. You should update your system to process products by scanning the products rather than tying in the numbers from the products to be purchased which is very time consuming. The customer service experience  needs to be improved immediately.  It should not take almost an hour to get a rental when you have made a reservation in advance.

I was happy with the uhaul truck and equipment that I used that came with it. What i was not happy with was the customer service I received from the 2 gentle that work there. We were confused about how to get the uhaul since we purchased everything online. After 15 minutes of trying to figure out and call customer service, the one black comes over and says, "You struggling over here, what are you here for?" The better thing to say would be, "You seemed to having a hard time, how can I assist?" Please train you employees on customer service. It goes a long way.

I was doubled charged for my rental when i returned the next day i waited for about 45 minutes and was told the manager was not there until the next business. So i could not get a refund.

It would have been great if u haul refunded the extra gas money I put it in the cargo van. It’s not fair how when I return the truck and it has less gas you charge for it but when it’s more then I was supposed to bring it in i don’t get refund for it

He seemed a bit rushed, but it was a one man operation and he was hustling to make it work and not inconvenience any customers. Have patience with those you do business with and life is good. He unhitched and even gave me my special plug adapter with out me asking. I’m happy!
