I got over charge I have been renting almost every weekend a truck and the last time the worker when I return the truck he told me I don't fill it up but I show on the paper he gave the gas gage marked he said not the same I have to argue with him the he said the truck not clean from the back and for the last two weeks I have been renting the tucks no body complained so he insist to charge me 20 dollar for cleaning the truck I got mad and I think I would never come back and rent a truck from you I think that not far I have been renting a truck for long time with other places I never got treated like that I don't lose business you lose it thanks

I got charged an additional $57 fee for extending a day despite having called to let the staff know that I wouldn't be able to get the truck to their location until the evening due to traffic in San Francisco. Considering its San Francisco and traffic is horrendous, you would think your office would be a little more understanding and not charge an additional fee when I still returned the vehicle on the day it was scheduled to be returned but a little later than planned due to traffic which is out of my control.

rented truck and requested hand truck--again stated needed hand truck when at counter. Was given truck, I did not check is=f hand truck was inside and counter person did not walk outside to check either, just gave me the keys. When I arrived at . moving destination, opened moving truck to find no hand truck! Fortunately was able to borrow one from a neighbor but quite a disappointment and did not fell like going back to uhaul to pick up. At least i was not charged.

Please check your vehicle before releasing it. We almost had an accident when the right door opened wide. Good thing we were not in the freeway. We cannot close the door. I have to hold it to make sure it won't open. Left window glass was defective too.

Milage was not worked out properly. Even though I droped-off the van a day early to my credit. And they changed my drop-off location to futher away and i returned the gas tank better than I got it , I was still charged fo 14 miles more. Not good customer relations. Return place not very cordial.

I painstakingly made sure the fuel level was the appropriate level that I was instructed to return it with. I filled up twice right before returning the truck because I was a little unsure the first time. I was told to return the truck between 1/2 and 5/8 full which is a difficult amount to judge since there are no tick marks between 1/2 & 3/4, but the fuel gauge was the width of the gauge above the 1/2 tick mark so I thought I would be fine. Turn the truck in, I ask the guy if we are good, he says yes and as I am driving home receive the emailed receipt and notice there is a charge for 2.3 gallons @ the $5.25/gal rate. I did not turn around since I was halfway home but your guy just basically stole about $12 from me. Everything else about the experience was wonderful.

Roderick and his team are great! As I’ve said before, those guys get me in and out quickly and with a smile. The trucks are always in tip top condition and ready to go. Upon return, I can always look forward to Mayra’s smiling face when I go in for my printed receipt. I prefer the printed receipt as it’s easier for me to keep records. Jesus and all the employees know this, so I never need to ask. ‘‘Tis the season, and the Belmont crew could really benefit from a raise. ??

Better signage to show entry and exit points and on what to when returning a vehicle. There is nothing that tells you what to do when you pull into the lot. You know where to stop, but you expect someone to come out and instruct....

I wanted to rent furniture pads. The man at the counter told me all of the pads were reserved so I was out of luck but I could buy some. When I opened the back of the truck, there was a pack hanging with a zip tie. When I asked the same guy later he said he doesn’t know which trucks have pads & what don’t. Pretty ridiculous.

I paid for rental in full because someone else was picking up..come to find out the pick up person was charged an additional amount for insurance that I did not need. After a handful of messages to the “manager” to have them refund that amount.. still nothing . This location is a rip off!

Again, the drop off location without any notice. Went to the designated location and was told that they do not have "PARKING" space for the truck and was redirected to another location. Was charged $0.40 for an EXTRA MILE!!!! That is very professional.

i rented Uhaul storage since 2009 and moved out 2 days ago. Half of my valuable stuffs damaged with water cuz of broken pipe Uhaul failed to informed me and just noticed it few months ago.
