lots of gravel all over the inside of back of truck when we received it. had to clean it out before putting in furniture. had only 1/4 tank of gas when contract issued said 7/8. notified uhaul agent for correction and she was rude about having to adjust contract. Had to go straight to gas station to get fuel. Not good to issue vehicles with no gas.

your ap for getting rental is cumbersome and difficult. The person at the desk had an attitude and was less than friendly. And the truck windshield was so dirty the first thing I did was to stop at a gas station to wash it.

The entry and exit area is very cramped; I suggest vans for rent should not be parked there, especially on week-ends. Also, I think the advertising for the "motorcycle trailer" is misleading. The "notch" in the front wall of the units is billed as a "chock" for safe motorcycle transportation. It is in no way a chock and does very little to make is safer or easier to tie down a motorcycle.

Nothing to improve in my opinion. We got very please and satisfied with the service. The store manager Keven Palomo give us several options to choose in order to cover our needs. He really assists us with excellence, with knowledge and experience, he is very efficient in his position. We definitely will come back to your store and for sure refer to our friends for this location

Have your staff understand that when a customer tells them that they are going to do something. They don't need to be asked Are You Sure Your Going To Come Back. To me it's disrespectful to question a clients integrity. I for one mean what I say and say what I mean. Thank you.

The truck’s windshield was filthy and the windshield washer reservoir was empty. Could hardly see through the windshield. Not good. Something like this is very easy to manage properly for a better customer experience.

The online check-in process is cumbersome and privacy invasive and took 45 minutes to complete in this case. Steps should be taken to confirm driver identity ahead of time and have an unlock code to quickly get the vehicle.

The first location at Valerio gas station was not a great experience. They accidentally loaned the van out to someone else and did not look at their system to verify my pick up time. I think they lied to the operator and said the customer didn't bring back the van on time but they told me in person that they didn't see my reservation and that it was a mistake. No apology on their end.

Advise customers that the retractable back door will shoot up and get stuck if you do not guide it. You will then need to either release the door with a hammer or other tool or call an expert, which is totally unacceptable. This is actually a nightmare that needs to be addressed by U-haul if you really care about customer experience. Serious practical PROBLEM.

I am using the water for cleaning the Windox but didn’t work I believe don’t have water. However, the customer service was excellent I forgot to asked the name of the guy who’s help me but he is amazing. Also when I return the truck the lady who check me out was so polite. 10+ to you guys.

The equipment was clean and maintained OK. However, they had used a HEAVY DOSE of cleaner, solvent or something to clean the inside. It just smelled, abosultely stunk of chemicals---that can't be healthy. I could smell it on my clothes later and on the couches I moved. Disgusting and the couches still smell!!!!! Gross!!!!

We were given a truck that was completely dirty. We had to sweep it out ourselves (with our own broom, there was not one given to us) We were also not offered any equipment, we needed a dolly and we’re not given one. Neither were we given move In mats. Our card was ran multiple times with differnt amounts, with no explanation from the associate other than she couldn’t help. We were In the store calling the Uhaul number trying to pay and we were put on hold and then disconnected 3 times. This experience was awful and we are very disappointed.
