Maybe this isn't a location thing, but I can't stand the gasoline policy. First seems like the gauge goes down right after I leave the lot (past two rentals). Second, going as fine as 7/16 is inaccurate and hard to tell whether I got there. Last, feels like a trick to make money. If I go over, you keep the extra gasoline I paid for. If I'm under, you charge. Just make it fill to Max, or give customers benefit of doubt. I ended up putting in 5 gallons for 20 mile drive because gauge moved slowly whole I was filling

when in to drop my transporter their was no room for me to go in with my truck because the parking lot was full i had to disconnect my trailer and push it in! do you know how much work that took? need to have a better system on the drop special on busy night when no one is there to assist.

I am extremely super pissed. I will never do business with this location again. Double charged for a $19.95 a day vehicle, that upon it's return should have been a $101. They were supposed to put a hold only, on my credit card, of $75, and not process it, because I gave them $101 cash. Not only did they process it, but they took my cash as well, which ended up putting my account at the bank in deficit, causing me a snowball effect of overdraft fees of $102. The person who signed me up should have had me hit a red X in the card reader, but didn't inform me to do so. Because of that they screwed me up to where I paid for this $19.95 a day truck about $300 for less than 24 hours of use. I'm beyond livid and I have an extreme fever and should be in bed or in the hospital instead of trying to fight this, in person, with the very people who screwed me up, and taking no accountability or offering me any compensation for my loss. They're just giving me the "Oh well. Sorry. Nothing we can do" bullshit. Well there's something I'm going to do about it and tell everybody that I was treated poorly here and suggest they find another facility to do business with in the future, as I will now do.

I want to commend the efficiency and great service of the employees at the facility. I was moving some large and very heavy display cases and ran out of room in my truck. From the time I called the Belmont location and got a reservation number to getting the trailer was less than 30 min. It's great to receive such outstanding service. I will recommend this location to others and will use this location for any future rental needs. I'm sorry I cant remember the employees names but the young lady who did the paper work and the young man who hooked up the trailer on 12/31/2017 should be commended for their great service and professionalism. I would appreciate being able to park my car at the site. I had a rental truck and had to park my car elsewhere in an area that had 2 hour parking. That was not convenient. Other than the parking, it was a very good experience.

I drove the truck over 400 miles and thought, gee, this is super loud, maybe this is just how these trucks are. When we when to drop it off, the uhaul employee said it definitely shouldn't sound like that and should have never been aloud to leave the lot. He said he couldn't believe it made it the whole way. Overall, this uhaul experience was one let down after another.

I got a truck with 16/5 of gas left in the tank. And we have to fill gas to finish our trip. And the sales gave us false information leading us filling more gas as needed. They should fill up the gas when giving to customers. Leaving 16/5 is a scram to get more free gas filled by customers. Shame!!

I booked the pickup location for Redwood City a week in advance, then got a text less than 24 hours before saying I needed to pick up from Belmont. What's the point of making a reservation if it's changed last minute and not what you want?
