The trailer I rented was well used but clean and in condition mechanically. The rental rate was less than I was expecting. The staff in Belmont California are ver professional and thorough. What more could you ask for!

I have never had this horrible experience with any company in my life. Declined to give us our truck as per contract, my wife and I had the worst week of our lives since we had to settle for a smaller van and move other stuff in our cars. Customer care and on-site staff were not helpful at all as they kept pointing me to talk to different departments. If our friends and family woudnt have helped, we were prepared to keep our furniture on the streets.

the van engine light was on and apparently it was a known - it would help if the customer is notified of this earlier. . also it would've helped if the customer was provided with a detailed breakdown at the beginning. I did not expect some random GALLON charge being applied in the final receipt. This may be known to all but i was a first time customer.
The drop in key is hidden. It took us a long time to find it and we were in a hurry to go to work,

There seems to be a disconnect between the booking/sales department and the location staff. I was told on the phone during reservation that I could set up additional days after my initial booking. When I got to the location I was informed otherwise. The real problem was the lack in customer service and blatantly rude staff. I was accused of not understanding what I reserved and told if I really wanted multiple days I should of reserved the truck weeks in advance. That would be fine if I was informed any of this on the sales call. The manager when on to say he was nervous to rent me the truck because he thought I wouldn't bring it back. The customer service reps all started barking at me at once when I informed them I was giving bad info the phone. Zero customer service and rude unwarranted attitudes from all staff including the manager on shift. I left feeling very disrespected.
Very friendly and took very little time to get me going in the truck. Return took less than two minutes.
I completed the online check in but no one was outside to complete the process. I still had to go inside and wait 20 minutes while they pulled up my order and had me swipe my credit card?? This was all done online to avert this unnecessary COVID risk!!! Frustrating as all!!!

The team at this location was incredibly helpful. Really nice to talk to but also got us on our way really quick. When booking, we also had a great experience. With a low amount of vehicles, the representative (Rachel) was able to put in extra time to find us an available 20 ft. moving truck. Aces across the board especially during times like these.
