My truck had one more mile than specified on the rental agreement. I called the number on my contract as I left the facility and was put on hold twice. After 7:00, I hung up and decided to take the $1.59 hit. Not cool. Location was great - phone customer service was not.

We got a padlock and the key didn't work and reallly affected our moving strategy. I called the office and told them it didn't work and the lady I spoke to said someone would call me back but no one did. Plus the branch was too far to drive back to pick up the right key. It was a super pain and slowed sow our move since we couldn't pack at night and leave our belongings in the truck.

itn was great to be able to return it at night. That made this SO convenient. But no one called me the next morning to let me know thaty the trailer I rented was received back and the my receipt was already in the email. Otherwise, Excellent experience overall and I know I will be back!!!!

Left the counter and walked out to the year to pick up a 4x7 trailer, with three kids 8-12 in tow. The guy in the yard got out of his truck holding a 10" bong, reeking of marijuana smoke. "Wassup bro'? Hey kids!" puts the bong down on the counter and walks out to hook up the trailer. The kids are all standing there staring at it. You've got to be kidding me. Seriously, is that what you consider acceptable?

Seamless. Really seamless. I called and reserved, picked up 15 minutes later, went to get my new-to-me sectional, drove it home, unloaded, got gas, and dropped off. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only hiccup was that I was going to be charged for two days of insurance ($28) even though I wasn't going to keep it for two days, just 24 hours. Other than that, it was perfect.

Unfortunately, very disappointed. No customer service at all. Express lane?? What express lane? People were complaining, They need more staff with good csr and professionalism. We dropped the truck and one of the staff saw us and just ignored and left. That's unfortunate. We were planning to buy our own Franchise but this is not the one..

App didnt work so i couldnt complete contract. Person called me and tried to resend the link but still didnt work. No ome knows about billing for tolls on Golden Gate Bridge. Truck was brand new and drove great. 9' van. Good stuff.

I made the reservation over the phone a few day in advance and was not told that one way with the trailer I was renting was twice the amount of money. I didn't know until I picked up the trailer that one way is twice as expensive. I was told by the rep. at the counter after payment that if I had picked up the trailer in San Jose which was the end point for me that it would have been half the price. I would have picked up the trailer in San Jose to save money and brought it to San Mateo and back. I feel taken advantage of. Also, the guy hooking up the trailer did not know what he was talking about when it came to attaching the trailer.

Service is the worst given me a drop off place to a customer and customer refused to take the truck. I had to run around and has to call in sick to take care of this. complained to uhaul customer service and got a reference number and no one ever contacted me. The WORST SERVICE. never again with uhaul.

Ricardo is an excellent employee--knowlegable, hard working conscientious and polite and professional as is the other lot man I believe he is edwin? Big guy, Latino, he was on the lot the day I rented either the auto transport or the 6.12 utility with ramp. Both good men, especially Ricardo.
