I tried using the app and, in a world of app driven service, the process behind renting a truck on your app is a dismal failure. I get there thinking I am going to conveniently rent a truck and have to go through steps like uploading a photo. Then a picture of my drivers license. Then wait.......... then after much time I am told that U-Haul needs to phone a friend. If not for the staff at U-Haul, I would have walked away. But, I went in and rented the truck direct. To be certain, you should lose the rent by app thing. It is a failure.

The only issue was that I ordered my mattress cover online and paid for it and when I got to the store they said there wasn’t any record of my order. They then had to look for the purchase on my card. They found the proof of purchase on my card but didn’t have what I Purchased at the store. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the online store and the actual store and it’s an inconvenience to the employee and the customer.

Website reservation system is absolutely horrible. Was unable to complete my reservation. Ended up with multiple reservations for equipment that I didn't want; All just to be discarded once I finally gave up and went to the counter for in-person reservation. The fact that I cannot *edit* my equipment before final submission is a massive user experience defect. Kept forcing me to create an account, which I didn't want, and which still was unable to get me to my reservation (in an attempt to change truck size). I've been writing business software for 25 years, so I'm not just a non-technical person stumbling through. The use case paths are garbage.

Explain the customer why you are charging them 2 days rental on the one way rental and if , there is a way to waive the second day fee.
