When I spoke to Patrick on the phone he was great, very helpful; I was looking forward to meeting him. When I got there he was not there and the guy that was, if it was my first time there I would not go back. We said we would be returning it after hours and he did not explain to me any procedures on what to do. Someone else was there returning their truck and showed me when to drop the key. getting the van he just said walk all the way around to the back you will find it, not cool!

The parking is a challenge for this location. I had to park across the road on a 4 lane Blvd and navigate across four lanes of traffic on foot. Their are trees blocking your view to see the on-going traffic. Very Dangerous.

the late check in app was a nightmare to get to work ...ended up going home to try on the computer, site still wouldn't let us give return info. We rented a trailer not a truck. Finally had to call the contact number which no one answered (on hold for crazy long time) then went back to the computer to the chat feature. It just shouldn't have been this hard!

The woman who checked us was nice enough to db check what equipment we had ordered. This saved us a few dollars and the hassle of carrying around things we did not need.

Inform the U-Haul person who is assigning the truck rental (or other vehicle) to the customer that time should be spent going over how the features of the truck work, particularly the mirrors! Thank you.

The customer service was below average. They were rude and unprofessional. Uhaul has “policies” that are not customer oriented and the employees take this to heart. The front desk employees are rude and uncaring. Uhaul just wants the money. I will tell everyone not to rent with uhaul.

Location was a bit out of the way. I originally had an reservation for a 17’ft truck outta RWC. However, the night before my move I received a call that there was no 17 ft avialble and was sent to Belmont for a 15ft. Staff at this location were not overtly friendly, truck was fine. Will not rent another truck from Uhsul if at all possible.

The crew at Belmont U-Haul is outstanding. Kevin and his new partner-I think his name is Jesus-run a very efficient system. I go in, they take my info, and I drive out about 5 minutes later. I rent trucks about twice a week on average, and this crew makes my U-Haul experience very good. All who work there give service with a smile and that is huge in customer service. Please don’t change anything at this location!!!

I really enjoy renting from this facility the people are always helpful and friendly and very accommodating I drive from South San Francisco to rent a Uhaul truck and people always ask me, Why don't you rent from some place closer and I always give the same answer because you could not find a better and easier place to rent anything than the Uhaul in Belmont. Thank you again.

The app for the iphone is terrible. The process is much much too long to check out via the app and then it asks for photos but there isn't a way to send the photo via the app. Finally I asked via the chat on how to send the photo, they said to go inside to rent the truck. Completely useless app.

The web site booking should be improved. I reserved a truck via the web site, booked helpers via the web site and 3 days later got a call to say the size truck I reserved is now only available at 15:30 instead of 8:30. All the help etc (also booked via u-haul) was already confirmed. I had to work with a smaller truck, which forced me to do 2 trips instead of 1. Vehicles shoud not be confirmed and then cancelled 2 days before the move

Don’t schedule 1/2 the equipment in Belmont and 1/2 the equipment in south San Jose. But if you do, at least tell the customer.
