Your old trucks use about 7 miles per gallon! You advertise a $25/day rental but I ended up paying over $80 for an old, smelly, noisy, shaky truck I used for less than 2hrs and drive for less than 20 miles. And that did not include all the ‘insurance’ your company tries to sell me which I turned down. The amount charged my card is a rip off in my books...

Provide signage that says where to park the truck if all of the parking lot spots are full. And I didn't find the signs that showed where key drop off was very instructional, I ended up walking around the parking lot twice trying to figure out these two solutions. And no, I'm not a blonde nor am I stupid.

We didn't realize all the steps we needed to do while checking in and it wasn't clear to us so there was a bit of confusion in the beginning. Also, we weren't told we had to check in the exact time of our registration. I tried checking in a couple minutes earlier and kept getting an error and that our u-haul was not available any more so it would be great if we knew prior. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Staff was unhelpful and a little clueless. This location didn’t even have dollies either, so we had to get them from a second UHaul location (even though we had ordered them at least a week in advance). We also weren’t told when we ordered our UBoxes that this location just doesn’t have those - so our move was split between driving to two uhaul locations to deliver the boxes ourselves, since you guys weren’t able to bring them to us. I would strongly discourage friends and family from using UHaul or the UBox method in the future. It was extremely inconvenient and made our move significantly harder.

The staff could improve on several fronts: They could be polite and greet the customer with a smile. They could be accurate in their billing process, and not roll their eyes when an incorrect charge is brought to their attention. They could stop being unprofessional by telling the customer that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that UHaul's copy of the reservation is accurate. Finally the staff could use common sense and realize that if they choose to behave as though they don't care whether or not the customer goes rents a moving van from them, then the customer will respond in a review such as this telling the staff to go fuck themselves, and will go rent a moving van with a competitor the next time.

Everything worked out perfectly. However, the auto transport we rented had a bad spring. So when we stopped the trailer would “crash” into the back of our SUV. Attendants at the pick up and drop off places were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped us a lot. When we discovered we may not make it to the drop off location due to unforeseen traffic problems, the schedules called in advance to inform the place we might be late. As it turned out we arrived with 6 mins to spare! Whew! Scheduler was very helpful and offered an alternate drop off place in case we needed it. Keep up the great work!

Equipment (Yard) guys were very helpful and courteous. Better than other time's I've been to Uhaul. I don't get the purpose of quick check-in available on the website. After spending 5 minutes filling out the information on the website including uploading the front and back of my driver's license, I was still required to show my DL and CC which took another 5 mins.
