Easy and an easy out. The vehicles transmission does seem to be struggling, however, and stays in first gear for a long time before punching into second. Wasn't an issue for local traveling but if someone is going long distance they may want to check that.CHARLES F.

The equipment and moving pads were not in the truck then I picked it up. I had to come back for them later. The workers should check the truck before telling me everything is on the truck. This was frustrating. However my return experience was fabulous. The gentleman who reviewed the truck was thorough and quick. The woman at the counter was so helpful with my check out.joseph B.
I was assigned a drop off location in NYC even though I asked for a specific location near my furniture drop off location in Brooklyn. I tried to change it via a phone call to the New York scheduler. I ended up getting sent from person to person (10 in total and over an hour on the phone). Even got bounced to one scheduler in Wisconsin who said they couldn't help. Several of the other folks I talked to hung up on me when I tried to explain what I needed. Others were just plain rude and not helpful, then they hung up on me. Finally I got someone who got me the location I wanted but when I tried to drop it off, that location was no longer there. They had moved but left a phone number on the door. I called that number but said they would not accept trailers at the new location. I called the scheduler again and was given a second location but when I arrived, they said they didn't take trailers. I was given a third location that I'm rating above. They were good but the overall return experience was a disaster....3 locations scattered throughout a large area of New York city and well over an hour to make a return. Unacceptable!! I'm done with ever using UHaul again.David B.

The people at customer service are very nasty, in a way very discriminating towards the Spanish, that was the feeling I experienced. I called 20 minutes before I came to find out if truck is available and it was. over the phone. once I got there the lady behind the counter informed me that there is non available, I informed her about the phone call I made so she eventually said ok I have a truck for you, when I did go out to the parking lot I observed about 15 trucks, when I came back a few hours later to return I observed the exact amount of trucks still sitting there. I'll like to know why did she not want at first to rent me and why did she tell me all trucks unavailable. and yes, I look very presentable.AVRAHAMY C.
