This location was good, but I had a big problem how reservations is make, I lost almost 2 hours to find out where was the vehicle, after all I'm good because of the accident I got my money back, I will use uhaul again, and will recommend it to family and friends.

Your Customer service, definitely needs major improvement. Your communication/scheduling or answering system is completely unreliable and inefficient, your staff needs an intense training on logistics, you need to invest in more products or reconfigure your services and equipment availability and readiness.

Information about the whole process is all over the place. Sometimes you need to consult the record online, sometimes the printed contract. There is absolutely no reason why all the info in the printed contract wouldn't be online, makes no sense. Returning the truck was a nightmare, poor instructions and the online tool to return wasn't working, the guy working there gave terrible Instructions and looked like he couldn't care less about anything.

I've used this location many times and hv neve had a problem w the customer service. The guy at the desk could've work on his customer service skills . He seemed like he didn't want to be there and looked/sounded annoyed when I had questions. I don't care tht you're 6'4” and You think you are a giant and think you're going to intimate someone with you're size. Also they were moving the trucks back and forth like race cars . Wht the heck is wrong w them?

Misinformation is the only consist thing I received throughout my experience using Uhaul for my move. Rates were even changed during transit. After a few nights in an airb and sleeping on the floor, I gave in to the demands and paid the ransom to have my belongings returned to me.

24/7 pickup isn't 24/7 after all. Had truck reserved for 8 AM. Was assured by uHaul that it would be ready with the app by 8 AM. It was not, the app told me once I got to location that I have to wait until 9 AM to pick up the truck. Not good

I booked a 15' uhaul for my move from Brooklyn to Jersey City, i booked a one way trip, but for some unknown reason the booking got changed to an in town trip. I tried to call customer service to try to help me with this as it was already 10 pm and it was not feasible for me to go back to Brooklyn and drop off the uhaul and come back to jersey, after spending almost 1 and half hour on hold on the phone and speaking with 3 customer service representatives, i was told that there was nothing they can do and i would have to drop it off in Brooklyn or else i would be charged a really heavy amount. I still have no clue how the booking gor converted into an in town booking when i clearly booked a one way trip. The customer service representatives were able to verify that for me that for some unknown reason it got changed. Ridiculous and pathetic service.

they charge me $37 dollars for the one quarter gas , when i pick up the track the gas line was one quarter less than the stated on the contract , i told sales person who come and check confirmed and told me will change . i bring the track with the gas line exactly the same but anyway they charge me the gas for full tank. i want them refund my $37 dollars they charge for the gas.

I calculated on google maps to and from location. It was 8.6 miles but was charged 19 miles. Something is wrong and need to be fixed.
