At this location, I asked if they honored military discounts. The attendant said yes, but instructed me to call in transit to my next destination for it to apply. I called while in transit, and the representative I spoke with said the military discount had to be done at the pickup location. I explained what the attendant at the pickup location instructed me to do, but he did not care. He was utterly unhelpful. I hung up and decided that I would use a different company for my future moves. I will pass along my experience to other service members as we often move for various assignments and utilize multiple moving companies.Osbert D.

So your online method to pick up a reservation made did not work,ibspoke with others and they said they do not use it because they had the same problem with it. Also the wait time is to long, something should be done to speed up the pick for a vehicle if your not doing it online, which... again i tried online to speed things up but did not work.Vincenzo D.

Rate and charge are not well explained. For example, I paid for 30 miles and used 17 miles but I still was overcharged another $45 after returning. I still don't understand. Also, I ordered some equipment to help with moving which I paid for but was never given.Hamadou D.

There was a start-up issue with the truck - wrench icon lit up and pushing the gas pedal did nothing. The truck should be looked at, I mentioned it to Customer Service when I returned it.Matthew S.

The people there were nice/polite and everything was clean but both of the dolly's they had for me to rent had some mechanical or lighting issue we found after hooking it up so we had to use a car trailer instead. Each time we had to change was a long wait so we ended up being there for quite a long time total. Also, there were many non-employees hanging around the facility (and in the lot) that were playing music, drinking and smoking pot. The smell of pot was strong and everywhere. Again, the employees were good, facility and equipment... not so much.Brad S.

When a reservation is made in advance, you don't tell the customer you do not have the vehicle available especially when there is a move out date. It caused me undo stress. My friend who had to drive a bigger truck had a difficult time maneuvering the truck and when bringing the truck back to the facility after hours, the drop box for the keys was nowhere to be found! Then to add insult to injury my friend was charged an additional $29.30 to her account the following day! I tried call customer service and was placed on hold for a ridiculous 40 minutes! The recording says, â€œif you don't want to wait, please use our live chatâ€. I did that only to be told â€œsomeone will respond to your chat in 20 minutes â€œ . Really!?!!! Is there something wrong here or what??? And this survey now asking how you did??!!! Simply put.. POORLY!Patrick P.

The people at customer service are very nasty, in a way very discriminating towards the Spanish, that was the feeling I experienced.
