When a reservation is made in advance, you don't tell the customer you do not have the vehicle available especially when there is a move out date. It caused me undo stress. My friend who had to drive a bigger truck had a difficult time maneuvering the truck and when bringing the truck back to the facility after hours, the drop box for the keys was nowhere to be found! Then to add insult to injury my friend was charged an additional $29.30 to her account the following day! I tried call customer service and was placed on hold for a ridiculous 40 minutes! The recording says, â€œif you don't want to wait, please use our live chatâ€. I did that only to be told â€œsomeone will respond to your chat in 20 minutes â€œ . Really!?!!! Is there something wrong here or what??? And this survey now asking how you did??!!! Simply put.. POORLY!Patrick P.

The truck was filthy. Had bags and dirty rags in it. Smelled horrible. I brought it back exactly how I got it and the guy working there extremely rude and threatening to my husband.. While the truck was clean and I. Good shape cosmetically, it was not in good shape mechanically: the transmission slipped, the steering was very loose, and it had no pick up. We would recommend this truck going to the shop for a check up. But it got us there!Joan M.

I was very surprised when she told me that I need a smartphone to process my rental. I don't have one and I'm not planning on getting one. you should know that this location is right near boropark which has a large religious orthodox neighborhood that don't have smart phones to stay away from the dirt an addiction that these phone have I hope that this will change at least by this locationmendel B.
