I got stuck it had a faulty starter and I had to get road side assistance who showed up but didn't get it started my neighbor and I managed to get it going by tapping on the starter with a wrench until it finally started and I couldn't get gas to refill the van cause I couldn't turn off the van or it wouldn't start again so I had to take it back a day early and park it could only go from point A to point B so I don't think I should have been charged for not being able to refill the gas because of U-Haul having a faulty starter in the van

The location was great, but the uhaul checkin process that requires checkin via the app is horrendous. The location staff should be able to check me in. It is inefficient, time wasting, and all around ridiculous to go to the location for pick up, have a uhaul staff member there who could process me, but instead we are forced to stare into my phone together. Terrible process!

You’ve yet to credit our account. We rented the truck for two days and only used it one day. The mileage was one half of what we estimated and we returned the truck with more than when we rented it. You sent us a receipt for $53.45 but you’re still holding all of the $108.86 that you originally billed us. We survive on government assistance and need the money.

Desk clerk was professional, however the worker that received the trailer at the end of the trip around 2:30 on 1/24/26 was argumentative and hostile in a profane rant, demanded that remove the trailer myself. This person is a liability and should not be employed anywhere around people.

This was my inaugural experience renting a truck from a U-Haul facility. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and speed of the entire process, encompassing both vehicle collection and return. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and provided valuable assistance. The customer service provided was exemplary.

I havee rented 5x8 enclosed trailer. Unfortunately this location only had 5x8 trailer with a flipdown door. It was an extremely inconvenient for whatever needs I had to use it. U-Haul shouldn't be changing their original trailers with barn doors to a flipdown doors. It limits their usage

The woman at the front desk, sitting on the right side, showed extreme patience when working with me. She assisted me with checking in on my phone and answered all of my questions in a very supportive and professional manner. The people at customer service are very nasty, in a way very discriminating towards the Spanish, that was the feeling I experienced.
Two times I ask that I need a storage in a ground floor because I couldn’t lift heavy stuffed and the first time was given to me but the second time they refused because I didn’t come with the rented car, even though I had expended over three thousand in rents at you company..
