I get to the Phoneix location and its incorrect they had no storage. The next location 8miles down the road, internet was down along terrible customer service. I was advised all the wrong information the whole time and on top of speniding over $1100 the exprience was the worst I ever had.

Both locations were great. The uhaul app and online experience were very frustrating. You should be able to find the nearest location by merely having your location services turned on. Very frustrating to have to put in the city and then have to scroll through dozens of locations or somehow find it on the tiny app.

Delivering the U-haul back was great, the guy who helped me was nice, helpful and quick. Picking up the keys was a different, the guy was rude and not friendly. No customer service. My mom passed away so I'm out of sorts trying to get her place emptied and he was was very abrasive. All he had to do was give me a key, he didn't even need to get up out of his chair. So why so rude? For that, I wouldn't recommend this location very Uhaul overall was great. The man I spoke to over the phone was GREAT!! Five stars!!! Thank you.

The truck was a little dirty the outside, but that wasn't a big deal. The issue was there was a homeless person who was sleeping in the cab of the truck when I opened the door! I had to call the gentlemen working the front desk to help me. The man had run across the street as we were walking to the truck and the employee wiped down the interior for me before I left. It added time to my schedule and I was late for a few drop off appointments I had for dropping off furniture. I wouldn't recommend this location because if it is a known thing that the cars are unlocked I wouldn't want any of my female friends ordering an early am pickup and having to deal with a similar experience.

I picked up the truck here which was several miles from my home because I needed to drop off the vehicle where we delivered the furniture. I was offered a savings to take the vehicle to another location. I agreed. The other location was in excess of 35 minutes from where my initial drop off was. Very very very inconvenient. Do not offer anything if it will be more distance and more of an inconvenience.

Very bad customer service I reached they front desk and waited for like 10 minutes nobody was there at all they I took a look at the maintenance shop somebody was there and and was starting at me so weirdly like he don't want to do his job at all he didn't come to help with me with my reservation plus after I checked myself out using mobile check out the car was dirty and not fully filled with fuel after I returned it I put fuel that I didn't found when I picked the equipment up. I would totally NOT recommend this dirty and unsafe location.

Stop quoting customers a price that is $300 less than they will have to pay at pickup. If taxes will be added them they should be included in the quote. You're taking advantage of people by charging extra at the last minute, knowing they need the truck right then. This truck, while clean inside had damage to the window seals on both side doors, and drove like it was going to fall apart. The engine continuously revved into overdrive even when trying to maintain a steady speed. It's unlikely I'll use this location ever again.

I refused the extra coverage when I reserved online. When I picked up the van, the gentleman asked me if I wanted the extra coverage, I said no and had a witness. When I returned the vehicle, the same gentleman charged me for the extra coverage that I had twice refused. It's only $10 but it's the principle of the situation. This is typically where I fill my propane tanks but I won't be going back unfortunately.

The U-Haul 1-800 number is a long process so it takes a long time to get to the targeted Storage Facility phone. It would be nice if the Customer Service can provide a phone number of - i.e. E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ Storage Facility.

When I did my mobile check-in my truck was nowhere to be found, so the gentleman who helped me (he was great, wore a mask) had to grab another one. There was a guy who was not wearing a mask and kept getting within 6 feet of me. The truck I left with reeked of cigarillos so much that when I got to my destination so did I.

This is a review on uhaul and not the guy that helped me. Hold time on your phones is ridiculous and the location never answers phone. I ended up placing my order online while I waited In a very long line that was taking forever! Then the mobile check in didn't work. So had to continue to wait in line. The guy that helped me was nice. Came to return equipment and waited outside. No guidance on how to return and people pulling in behind me where being helped before me. Super disorganized. Your systems and disorganized, too many steps to rent a truck. Your stores are disorganized!

Ordered truck online with a dolly. Did the mobile app pickup. Got to my house and no dolly. Could not move couch and returned U-Haul. Absolutely useless. Last time I ordered a uhaul with dolly it was in the truck so I assumed it would be this time. I need a full refund because the app never told me to go ask for a dolly.

Had a glitch with switching credit cards which wasn't handled properly so I got a late fee for non payment which was later reversed but it too three phone calls and finally a trip in person to the facility to get the late fee refunded. Call center was great but never got a call back regarding the late fee from the storage facility which was annoying.

Agents were not wearing masks! Separate pathway not available to maintain social distancing during exit. Desired pickup/van or small small truck unavailable. Had to rent larger size without discount and it was only available for 4 hours, at full day charge. No apology, “It is! Take it or leave it!” Attitudes very criptic and unapologuc! Truck was not maintained, driver mirror would not hold its adjustment setting (vibrated down to view of rear tire/road surface) safety issue! Engine would not start in Park with brake depressed, had to move shift indicator to neutral and it was very difficult to position the shift to Park. Additional the Toe/Haul woul automately engage with no trailer attached each time the vehicle was placed in Park or shut off. I was able to complete my move.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodated changes I needed to make for drop off arrangements. Unfortunately, this did not get communicated effectively with the staff when we returned the truck and this caused a LOT of stress, when dropping off.

The passenger side door to the truck we rented was smashed in and could not be opened and closed from the outside. The dolly for towing our car behind the truck did not have lights that worked. We were sent to another location to get a second dolly. They gave us a dolly with a sheet of paper on how to hook it up and pointed to the dolly or said that they would charge us $20 to help hook up the rental. What a total bullshit policy ... you are charging for the equipment and do not even check to see if it is hooked up and working well without changing $20 ... pathetic, absolutely pathetic. They did not at any time check to see if everything was ok and it was not. The 2nd dolly we were given was missing parts and your personnel closed and went home without checking if we ok or needed anything. We had to take parts from another dolly that you had on the lot to make the one we were given work. We should not have been charged full rate for equipment that was beat up and not even working. Not planning to use Uhaul again.

The customer service was a little lacking, I mentioned to the associate that checked me out that the brakes had started to act up and that they headlights were not aligned and caused some sight issues at night and he was very concerned as to what a headlight was and then thought I was telling him that we got in an accident and that he might have to charge me. Fortunately after telling him about 6 different times what the issue was he said that he wouldn't have to charge me for that. It was not a very good check out experience.

Stored a vehicle here for a year and a half. Very convenient to the airport. Access was easy for quick entry and departure from the facility. Staff was always very helpful. Only recommendation would be to provide two access cards rather than just one.

My only comment is that sometimes rules should be bent or modified in certain situations. While I found the staff to be overall helpful there were a few instances that flat "no" could have been a "maybe". One such example was I arrived early at the facility to get some things out of my storage. This was about 20 minutes before the units were to open (unless you had 24 hour access which I did not). I was told no and had to wait. My only other concern is that I get charged for a lot of little extra things that my current storage offers for free. This is one of the reasons why I left. Value and economy. In times like this its very important.

When moving out, I was alerted that an object of mine was on the roof. Upon inspection it was a jar. The wire roofing seemed pulled up. I now notice im missing my bike and bag of suits. UNIT 1513.
