Anna and Nathan at the 26th st and Indian school location in Phoenix, AZ were AMAZING. We had trouble getting the lights to turn on and they went above and beyond to get the wiring on our vehicle corrected to get us on the road safely. They are exemplary employees you are lucky to haveCRYSTAL H.
I was almost asked to drive across Phoenix and drop it off at another location.....after driving 2000 miles. I was told the furniture dolly was $7 and was not told $7 per day. I even said â€œ7, that's a no brainer, I was going to buy that one there for 30, this will save me 23 dollarsâ€ and the associate agreed. I turned in my trailer and the dolly ans they charged me 28 dollars. 2 dollars more and I could have owned it. I told the manager that was not clear when I signed and she said sorry that's the policy. Why would I rent for 28 when I could buy for 2 dollars more?Anthony A.

I get to the Phoneix location and its incorrect they had no storage. The next location 8miles down the road, internet was down along terrible customer service. Both locations were great. The uhaul app and online experience were very frustrating. You should be able to find the nearest location by merely having your location services turned on. Delivering the U-haul back was great, the guy who helped me was nice, helpful and quick. Picking up the keys was a different, the guy was rude and not friendly. No customer service. My mom passed away so I'm out of sorts trying to get her place emptied and he was was very abrasive. All he had to do was give me a key, he didn't even need to get up out of his chair. So why so rude? For that, I wouldn't recommend this location very Uhaul overall was great. The man I spoke to over the phone was GREAT!! Five stars!!! Thank you.Jaclyn F.

The truck was a little dirty the outside, but that wasn't a big deal. The issue was there was a homeless person who was sleeping in the cab of the truck when I opened the door! I had to call the gentlemen working the front desk to help me. The man had run across the street as we were walking to the truck and the employee wiped down the interior for me before I left. It added time to my schedule and I was late for a few drop off appointments I had for dropping off furniture. I wouldn't recommend this location because if it is a known thing that the cars are unlocked I wouldn't want any of my female friends ordering an early am pickup and having to deal with a similar experience.JOY A.

I picked up the truck here which was several miles from my home because I needed to drop off the vehicle where we delivered the furniture. I was offered a savings to take the vehicle to another location. I agreed. The other location was in excess of 35 minutes from where my initial drop off was. Very very very inconvenient. Very bad customer service I reached they front desk and waited for like 10 minutes nobody was there at all they I took a look at the maintenance shop somebody was there and and was starting at me so weirdly like he don't want to do his job at all he didn't come to help with me with my reservation plus after I checked myself out using mobile check out the car was dirty and not fully filled with fuel after I returned it I put fuel that I didn't found when I picked the equipment up. I would totally NOT recommend this dirty and unsafe location.HASAN A.

Stop quoting customers a price that is $300 less than they will have to pay at pickup. If taxes will be added them they should be included in the quote. You're taking advantage of people by charging extra at the last minute, knowing they need the truck right then. This truck, while clean inside had damage to the window seals on both side doors, and drove like it was going to fall apart. The engine continuously revved into overdrive even when trying to maintain a steady speed. It's unlikely I'll use this location ever again.Clark B.
I refused the extra coverage when I reserved online. When I picked up the van, the gentleman asked me if I wanted the extra coverage, I said no and had a witness. When I returned the vehicle, the same gentleman charged me for the extra coverage that I had twice refused. It's only $10 but it's the principle of the situation. Had a glitch with switching credit cards which wasn't handled properly so I got a late fee for non payment which was later reversed but it too three phone calls and finally a trip in person to the facility to get the late fee refunded. My only comment is that sometimes rules should be bent or modified in certain situations. While I found the staff to be overall helpful there were a few instances that flat "no" could have been a "maybe". One such example was I arrived early at the facility to get some things out of my storage. This was about 20 minutes before the units were to open (unless you had 24 hour access which I did not). I was told no and had to wait. My only other concern is that I get charged for a lot of little extra things that my current storage offers for free. This is one of the reasons why I left.
