I have to say everyone there was friendly, but the guy that hooked up the trailer went way above and beyond, I have a loose wiring harness and the lights weren't working properly, must places would have sent me away to get it fixed and come back but I had to get this item moved today and this young man spent 10 minutes fixing MY problem. I wish I'd have got his name, but he saved the day!! I'll be using you for all my moving needs I'm going to stop by and give him a tip tomorrow for his generosity and skill.WILLIAM S.

Hi you need to really check the reservation system still a lot of flaws on it I have a reservation in N Las Vegas then they sent me a message that I'd should pick up in Henderson , call the U- Haul Center and they confirm this. When I got there they don't know anything about it but luckily they found my reservation and they have a truck. Next day I was on my way to Ca and received a call from the U-Haul place were I was originally to pick up the truck to letting me know that they still been waiting for me and that the truck still available for rent. This is not the first time I have this problems your service is great but reservation system still very bad and ineffective. Thank you. !!!Juan L.

Pick was amazingâ€¦on time, super knowledgeable, and they did a great job setting the U-Box Containers so they were easily accessible. Drop off was another story. Driver didn't know how to operate her truck at all. Got stuck in the ditch by the driveway. List a whole day of unloading because we had to wait for a tow truck. Once she got out of the ditch, she ripped up my driveway and my front yard. Couldn't get the U-Box containers where I wanted them. Just more work for me. Also, got her forklift stuck and I had to help her get it unstuckâ€¦so I worked for 2 hours as well. The pick up of the U-Box containers in the end was great. She knew how to work the forklift and no new marks were made on my driveway and lawn. Overall the experience was just Meh. Would've highly recommended them had they not completely messed everything up on delivery. Thankfully nothing was broken other than my driveway.William R.

They could at least clean the windows and mirrors Speaking of mirrors why is you can't adjust them they are tighten and locked down with Allen screw so tight they won't move....also I only drove 33 miles 1/16 of a tank of gas my wife sat in drivers seat while I topped off gas every $5 we checked the gage no movement on gage key on and off start every $10 the gage never moved until $50 then it jumped from 1/4 to 3/4 $50 later I only paid $29 rental for the 15 foot truck but $50 for the gas.... ridiculous I inquires as to what action could be taken to fix the situation and the attendant said nothing so will I ever go back again no neverERNEST JEFFERSON B.

Very disappointing experience for a customer that always uses Uhaul . My truck was overt 6 hours late on day of pick up, I lost my moving crew labor , had to spend the night , pay for hotel and lose 1 day. The truck ran well, however someone needs to check windshiel wipers that were totally worn out. Good thing I had good weather or that could have been a huge safety issue . The truck also pulls to the right , so front end alignment/tires should have been inspected . I potentially will not use Uhaul in the futureROBERT C.
We drove over 300 miles and the truck had no oil!!! Uhaul Carlsbad had to add 4 qts oil to register oil on the dip stick. We spent hours on the phone and on chat to resolve this issue.TERESA S.

Not sure if it's your website or the semi rude employees you have, but I booked a truck 3 times and twice I went to pickup and no truck. Then the snot nose guy wants to argue and say they called me. So I scroll my phone down and look there no call from Uhaul since I have that location in my phone. Then I show him the 50.00 reservation guaranteed and he wants to be the man on that too. I marked no on survey because not bothering these guys to do their jobs to keep hard plastic floor clean in the truck. People want to act bothered and after dealing with Mr.knows everything inside I wasn't in the mood. I like Uhaul and what your about but this location and the Stephanie location need help. Not really sure this comment section works anyways. All you guys care about .59 a mile so have a great dayKEITH DAVID E.

I have had 2 experiences in the last 2 years with Uhaul, and both time I was not satisfied. Each time I made a reservation in adequate time, and both times my reservation was not honored. This time I booked a 26ft truck almost 2 weeks in advance only to be told on the day of pick up the truck I reserved was not available and they had no other option. After 15 minutes of complaints and being told I would need to call on my own to other locations, the clerk found only a 17 foot truck for rental at another location. There was no adjustment or even apologies. If you want to improve for another customer then I recommend honoring your appointment. But I can promise you I will never use another uhaul product again. I'm sure no one cares and nothing will change and that is very sad, but just figured I would respond to your request as I think you should for your customer reservation requestsJERRY LYNN B.

The â€œHOâ€ trailer did not tow well, the electric brakes seemed to have some issues, the left rear wiring (brake)light was loose and I kept getting a fault warning, so I had to keep stopping and trying to push it in place. Additionally the ball connection and the coupler felt loose, never had that problem on 4 previous rentals, same style of trailerALBERT F.

Tried the 24/7 truck share app thinking it would save me time vs at the counter to get the truck. Between taking photos of my license and waiting for U-Haul cloud approval and having an alternate contact called by U-Haul, I do not think it saved me any time to get the truck. Then I discovered that the fuel in the truck was on Empty so I immediately had to go to a gas station. Not cool.Craig A.

I had the rental for two days started 6pm. They said I had to have it back by 10am, instead of 6pm. No big I was done by that time. But they should have prorated the price a little. 20 or 25 off would have nice, since I was doing them a favor and turning it in early. We had ordered a one way 20ft truck rental prior to the pick up date. When we arrived we were told they only had 1 20ft oneway rental and the person that previously rented it kept it longer. Also oredered help with 2 guys ($200.00) through u-haul to load the 20ft trailer @ 9:00am on the 18th. We had to rent a 15ft truck ($2,172.92) that would NOT hold all of our belongings. We then had to rent a 6 x 12 utility trailer ($661.09) and my husband had to finish the loading because the two guys had another obligation. The truck was very old and one of the worst rides I have been in. We had two younger employees that worked at this location that were very helpful.KENNETH M.

I was over charged by $50. The guy marked the paper at a different amount of gas and it was not honored so I got charged extra. I had 3 units at your facility for over 3 years. Everything was going ok until my wife contacted your office well in advance that we were moving our household goods. She was informed that our trucks could not park next to our units to load and you had two UHAUL trucks parked across the driveway. They were parked in a fire zone. The policy of only one card per unit is inconvenient for the customer. This is the only facility, i rented from others, that has this policy.
