The employees at this location , specifically Jaedon Davis, we're helpful, accommodating and efficient. I reserved a storage unit which was changed multiple times between the San Diego pickup. I received numerous calls, online messages and texts asking me to move my pickup. It was terrible. I was told I had an â€œRV reservationâ€ which I never reserved so my rental wasn't available so I had to be put in 2 boxes. Again, thankful Jaedon and the staff accommodated because I was there with all my stuff and no storage at 6 pm on a Sunday. This location and its employees are excellent. Online Uhaul, not so much. I would not recommend UHaul period. My $19.99 rental with insurance, and mileage cost just under $100. Your charge for mileage is very high (89cents per mile).This does not include the gas I had to replace after using the UHaul.Diana U.

Damage was done to the floor board/ firewall interior and now they expect us to take it to Dodge and pay for the new part and repair and then submit a receipt. Quality work was not done and I should not be inconvenienced with having to take it to Dodge for repairs. This is a new vehicle we have only had for 3 months and is a $60,000 vehicle. This is probably the nicest and most organized UHaul Center I've visited. Everything went as promised. The team is very friendly and accommodating. I don't think you can have a better experience with a UHaul center!Paul S.
The engines we drove acted like it was going to blow up and break down. It had no power at all and were luck if we could reach 50mph. Get rid of the junk and take care of your trucks. The ones you have stink and you should be ashamed of yourselves renting those trucks.Edward J.
For the most part the staff was friendly except when I called the day before they were going to deliver the ubox to my home in Colorado. This location sucks! I rented a 15 truck for an entire day and I needed an extra hour and they were going to charge me for an additional day. When I returned it, they still charged me more than I could afford. I wanted to turn in the truck closer to where I live up north but it wasn't possible. Will not use again.Chasity A.

overall I'm happy that I got the ball hitch assembly installed onto my vehicle. There seems to be a disconnect because I contacted customer service on October 7 to update my order and the details were not added however the mechanic was able to change out the pole size rather quickly which was the main issue. Communication today was horrible. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning at 8:30 for a scheduled appointment it was around 10. I didn't get my vehicle back until after 4 o'clock. I called down several times to check on the status and each time the representatives on the phone had no idea what was going on. The last phone call that I had at 2:30 the lady was very rude to me on the phone and was not helpful at all. At the end I spoke with Jason and he apologized and said they had difficulty with the electrical wiring. I live in Boulder city and this location is in Henderson. The only complaint I have is improved communication could have save me a gas and time because I waited in Las Vegas for three hours not knowing if my vehicle was going to be completed today so I ended up having to travel back home wasting my gas and having to come back after 4 o'clock when they finishtheodore M.

I love the people at this location on Boulder hwy. This was the first time that my motorcycle trailer was Garage! The trailer had metal sticking out of the ramp that can damage any motorcycle as you load your bike. Second the trailer shook when you drove 45 miles per hour. That trailer definitely needs to be removed from the usable stock pill of quality trailers.Robert F.

I enjoyed using this facility for my storage needs. Over the years, the only problem I had was employees would park in front and block my outdoor storage unit. So I would have to stop and go into office and let them know, then wait until someone would come and move their car. Seemed to be the same lady most of the time. (Happened at least 5 or 6 times during my many years with Uhaul. I asked her aren't they provided employee parking. She did not respond). Other than that experience, my rental experience was good. There was a little issue with the autopay not working on your end. I'd get a notification we were past due, that autopay had failed. I could manually pay using the card I had set up for autopay, but it would not work under autopay. When having to call the store, or to call the store back, the phone tag was horrendous. Staff was on occasion unhelpful and unavailable mainly due to under staffing and a lack of knowledge/policy. Some individuals were sometime rude. But if I was patient and asked for a manager the problem was usually solved mostly to my satisfaction. Sometime earlier access hours would have been convenient but this was not a big issue. One thing that was an issue is when I rented this spot was it was implied coveres were being installed for sun and element protection but that never occurred. Overall a fairly positive experience at a reasonable price which is why I stayed for several year. I have moved and at the price of gas, this lot became too costly.DUANE P. | Overall Experience

The billing thru this company is utterly dreadful. Every time i deal w uhual my bank account ends up being overdrawn due to being charged 7-8times for the same service. This time they had almost $700 tied up and now my account is still overdrawn due to the last move. Then when you call to speak to customer service they basically tell you to go f yourself.
