I was expecting someone to be at the location at 7am to help obtain my truck. No one was there and I had to do it via my phone. This was not what I signed up for so it took me longer to get going. It needs to be clear if someone is not going to be assisting you.Daniel P.

Normally I would do it no problem but the last experience had some negative elements. There may be a problem with the mileage (I have to verify). The biggest problem I have is I got a major case of poison ivy from the bed of the truck. I'm not overly mad but it is disappointing that this happened and now I have to deal with this. A good solid cleaning of the truck bed would of avoided me going thru this.John P.

When I was closing my storage I had somethings that had to be removed the staff told me they were going to remove it and because they couldn’t removed everything they threatened me with the police I just felt it could of been handled different but I have my lawyer on speed dial and also have the text when they said they tried to remove everything I will never use that storage again because of that I paid 180 for a whole year. Brakes were really bad and truck was old. I called customer service to find out if the box trucks tank was fuel or gasoline no one responded. I couldn't get my tank filled to 1/2 bc I had no time to drop the truck to u haul. So I had to drop it off without buying any gas or fuel. I was charged 38$ for that. For only 28 miles. Truck rented was not clean in the cabin, full of a lot of dog hair. Location did not convey earlier than pickup time that they did not have dollies available that I requested for online. I had to spend time after looking for dollies when I could have been instead packing. I contacted an employee about returning the truck possibly after hours, he stated I could not but then gave in and tried to accommodate after I got frustrated about not being able to drop off the vehicle in the morning. The facility did not have furniture blankets reserved. The 10' truck had a faulty tire pressure sensor that gave false low pressure warnings. There was droning noise in the front suspension at normal highway speeds. A better inspection of equipment and advise to customer in advance of unavailable requested support products.William M.

My unit got a bad mold infestation and a lot of it had to be trashed there was a hole in the ceiling insulation but to be fair i moved out of state and rarely had time to check it and didn’t mention it to the staff so no harm no fowl could’ve been remedied they are super laid back though would rent againalexis n. | Overall Experience

The vehicle was 1/4 full of gas. When I went to put gas in before using, I was not aware of the size of the tank and put much more than I needed to for my use, in order to bring it back 1/4/ full. Because of this I spent significantly more on gas than I needed to.FRANK P.

Dashboard would turn on and off. Received the truck with 1/8th of a tank of gas. Returned it with a little less than a 1/4 of a tank. Dashboard was off when employee was checking the truck after being returned. So the Fuel level read empty.
