AMAZING. 5 ⭐️s all the way. Used the app and had 0 issues. GM was great and so was the staff. I was very pleased with the interactions with them. The facility was clean and no homeless like other storage places. Great job keeping this facility top notch. Restroom was clean and had toilet paper and towels to dry my hands. Like WOW. How do you keep a remote location so clean and customer friendly?? Everything was great about this for me. If I ever need storage again, this is where I am going. Great job to the GM and her staff.

When someone rents a storage unit please advise them of the lock,I did not see the courtesy lock that supposedly wasprovided and had to buy a lock.,also the entrance location is not great you can't make a turn when coming from main uhaul office on Jefferson.

Nothing is worse than having to wait in line and take 20 to 30 minutes to complete a transaction. This is not one of those times. It took me less than 2 minutes, using the U-Haul app, to rent pay for and get access to a storage unit. Amazing just how far technology has come. I did the transaction while waiting on my food at Jack in the Box. Literally ordered my food, opened the app, rented the unit, got a text with the code and how to access my unit and then I got my food. They didn’t have the lowest price for a unit but the ease in which I was able to complete the rental is worth the little extra I pay. When I arrived at the location to move in, the facility is nice and clean. There’s not homeless people everywhere. Even the restroom was clean. Paper towels were stocked. I am truly impressed with how this location is ran.

Edgar was super helpful when it came to helping me locate my key and access card since I hadn’t been to my storage unit for YEARS. He even called to make sure I was able to get everything out safely. Customer service was excellent. Only thing was the dirt and debris that was in my unit. I was surprised to see how it wasn’t well insulated and how much dirt had accumulated. Also the price for a small unit kept increasing so it was time I took my belongings elsewhere.

I have a record of moving out on the first I have a U-Haul truck that was rented on the first. I have the pictures of the new storage facility that I went to on the first my place was empty. That storage unit from you was empty on the first you’re showing that I moved out on the fourth I actually went in last month to your U-Haul place and said what do I need to do to move out? She goes just move out. We’ll have it logged on the day you moved out well you guys are lying you’ve stole $319 from me because you took another months rental from me on the first so I don’t know what I have to do if I have to go to a small claims court or whatever but you took money from me and I was already out of the unit. I tried to call and they we don’t have any record of you. We don’t have any record of you having a storage unit so what is going on? I have pictures. I have rental agreement from a truck and I have four witnesses that moved me out and into my new unit

When I went to clean out my storage, I had a lot of spiderwebs on my stuff and a little moisture other than that it was OK and I feel like if you’re already in a unit and you guys have new prices that should not affect the people that are already in a contract with you

Iam very very unhappy that I made a reservation and even called back to assure my reservation, when we arrived to move in was told that they gave the unit we reserved away and didn’t have another drive up unit at that location. Iam super disappointed. I showed them my reservation and even told them I called back to ensure it and all I was told was sorry afford no discount or explanation on why they gave our unit to someone else.

Carolina saved the day for my family. I rented a trailer and then I needed a big truck and she took care of us and mentioned that storage was available and gave me the options which I decided later to go with plus helped me get insurance for everything too. Then she came through almost instantly when I needed to move everything in and made the reservation as fast as possible and helped my family in a huge way. So happy to have her and the UHaul team in my town!

The staff at both ends of our truck rental were phenomenal! The self storage was an extra surprise. They made it very easy and convenient for us to move right into a unit. After a hard 2 days loading the truck, then an 11 hour drive, the unloading and truck return couldn't have gone better.

Carolina was the most helpful. 3/11/24 One man worker was saying rude things about another customer after they walked out the door while I was standing there. Before the customer left the same worker interupted the other guy helping me thinking he knew how to handle the situation even though he made it worse- know it all kind of guy. I wish I could get a discount because I took over this unit from my deceased father while being a new customer and didn't get a month free or anything ($242/month x5 + $200 locksmith), and drove 2+ hours to cut open the lock because 2 days in a row there was nobody available to open it, and also the key and lock provided by u-haul broke inside the lock. I would be open to discussing this further, thank you.

Gate usually broken. Poor drainage so you better pack your stuff in plastic bins. They raise the rates continuously and provide no real added value.

No lighting inside the broom closet, no one on the property, had to go out of my way to find an office causing more mileage on the truck, offered a free lock that I have to pay for!

I was kind of upset every time I would open my unit because all of my things were covered in dirt and water spots I’m assuming it was from matienence rinsing off the concrete. I don’t know if my unit wasn’t sealed properly or if all the units are like that. There was also a ton of spider eggs all over & in my things. I can handle a few spiders but they were everywhere.

The only reason why I would NOT recommend, is because UHaul constantly raised the rents within months of each other and WAY more experience then other facilities. Glad I'm out of there.

Stated off paying 18.00 a month and insurance of 6 a month. Kept raising price every 6 month till it was over 75.00 a month. Then add the insurance that is around 12.00 a month. This was over a 10 year period +/- a year. Just way to much for a outside 4x4 sized storage unit.

The sign says 24-hr access but we drove 20+ minutes and was not able to gain entrance after 11pm. I understand safety, but please update the sign. Carolina was amazing & efficient! Please allow her to assist in training your future staff. P.s. please tell Carolina that I made it to work on time and with a few minutes to spare. Thanks again!

Never used this facility. It was too far from where we’re moving to and we quite frankly got a lot of runaround on our reservation and we had no idea what we had reserved because it changed daily. Not comfortable if or not secured because of the way the calls were coming in that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff there.

Worst place i have ever rented from the manager was rude and was constantly watching to see who stayed longer than 30 min and would tell me to leave and told me that I had been warned. Homeless inside facility all night longer , Manager ran it like a prison camp harassing the paying tenants if they stayed there longer than 30 min , she would lie and say tenants were complaining about me but when talked to every tenant they said had not complained and she had told them the same thing and was giving them a hard time to / somebody at the top her boss needs to look into her behavior with the paying tenants / anyway I would never rent there again .

We made a reservation for a unit months in advance to store things in while we looked for a new apartment. Only to find out that the size unit we reserved was no longer available because they "prioritize walk-ins over reservations." So what is even the point of making a reservation?? When we asked what the options were, they offered us the next size up... Which would have been a perfectly reasonable solution assuming they honored the previously quoted price of our reserved unit. However they refused to give us that price, and offered no discount or sympathy whatsoever after a day of moving here from Arizona. So not only was our reserved unit not available, but we had to pay full price for a larger unit. Definitely would not recommend using this storage facility. The staff was very rude and unhelpful during this encounter

2 pieces of furniture, a couch and mattress were damaged with rain. I want to clarify that my furniture was transferred from storage unit to a new one, same location by old management as old units were being eliminated. I didn’t notice the damage occurred until this weekend when I pulled all of it out. New units are clean and safe. Staff was professional and helpful on all my questions.

I have never, ever had such a positive experience like the one I had with this U-Haul Truck and Storage location. Their Owner and Staff, especially Terry at the Main Office were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful!! I can tell they value their customers and this is not "just business", but personal as well. I loved the ease of use of a swipe card instead of a code to enter and leave the facility! My Unit was clean and even being freshly painted. My free lock was inside the unit as promised!! No muss and absolutely no fuss! A seamless transition!!! I would recommend this location to all my family and friends for their next local or cross country move! Thank you for your assistance and may God's blessings and favor continue to be with you!!

I needed a 10' x 15' to store my household items until I found an apartment. This facility was perfect - a great location just off the 15. I got everything worked out online and only needed to drop by office for a key card. The unit was just as advertised!

U-haul is amazing but this particular storage facility is a little sketchy. Customers often leave the contents of their storage unit in the middle of the driveway and there is no one really there on the property except after hours there is a person riding a bike around that is supposed to be security.

Everyone I worked with was really helpful and did a great job with my trailer rental and storage. I was in a pinch and it turned out great. The manager was amazing and saved me money and a bunch of time. I've always had great experiences at this store and will come back again for sure in the near future to rent again or another storage unit.

In the many years that i used the facility since it was family owned until you took over it I had nothing but good experiences. Upon vacating the site I was disappointed that the your office in Murrieta failed to prorate the use of the space and did not return more than half of the charge. I had been told by an employee that the use would be prorated. I will look into challenging the charge through my credit card

Drew and his staff at the Jefferson location were super friendly and accommodating. It was a little frustrating not having anyone at the Kalmia/Cal Oaks location. But overall everything was great. Very thankful to have been helped by Drew.
