I recently rented a U-Haul truck and was surprised when the representative called my emergency contact without informing me. While I understand the need for verification, not explaining this step in advance made the process intrusive and uncomfortable. Clear communication is essential for a positive customer experience. Simply notifying customers that their emergency contact will be called—and explaining the reason for this—would make the process more transparent, respectful, and professional. I hope U-Haul reviews this policy to ensure that future customers feel informed and valued.

I had to go back into the office twice because I was first assigned the wrong vehicle type than what I asked for. Then I was assigned the correct vehicle but it was between two other vehicles and I could not remove it. Then I was assigned another vehicle that was again the wrong vehicle type. But I did not want to go back inside and get in that line again so I took it. It was a 2 hour experience that should have taken a few minutes.

Sad to say .. my neighborhood U-Haul … the staff is so horrible.. on arrival I came into the store and no one even acknowledged me .. I had to ask if someone can help Me and everyone was so mad cause I ask that questions.. I would never ever go back there and refer someone… I am a new business and would need more rental , but definitely never again .. even when I return the van ,, the employee that assisted me didn’t even speak to me .. he was using sign language like he was drunk .. seriously please in cooperate need to look into these asshole .. fire and hire new people .. never never again

Barrington & Jason did a great job helping me with this specific rental. They went above and beyond after I had to wait almost 2 hours because a truck that was scheduled to return decided to extend their rental. Upon return Jason expedited my check in and it helped me get to my next appointment on time.

Been in storage for almost 3yrs because I couldn't get an apartment to move to finally yesterday I took my things out everything was there jus as I how I put them well kept I would definitely recommend uhaul to anyone as the best storage to put there things

The truck that I picked up to the prior location was faulty. I wasn’t aware if this until I went to pick up the trailer from this location. The staff caught it when doing a thorough safety check and had to swap out trucks for me. They were thorough and efficient.

Everything was fine from pick up to drop off. Shonda had excellent customer service skills and explain each process along the way. She worked exceptionally well during our interaction. I had not rented from this location since moving out of state, but it was refreshing to know this location gets a 10 from me.

Over charged me for millage, overcharged me for gas when I brought it back with 3/4 of the tank like when I received the truck. Just a very bad experience. Telling me I drove 85 miles in 2 days and I never left town. SCAM!!
