I had a reservation for 2/8/2021 at 7am. When I arrive at the location, the office was not opened. It was not until 7:15 that the doors were opened. The vehicle I reserved was not cleaned and free of snow. I had the clean the vehicle myself and eventually choose another vehicle as the size I reserved was completed iced over. There was absolutely no one available to clean/clear the ice from the vehicle. There was no defrost in the vehicle which caused another problem. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

The person inside Was nice, the dude that check the return was an Ass.H*** I put gas on the truck before I turn it in ..they dude es like we charging you $6.00 for gas !! I was like why ..he wen and said is not the same ,I look I was yes it is , so I took it across the street to gas station I put another $1.15 I wen over that's how much gas it needed that it wen over the mark ... such pitty
The location is conveniently located but the staff is rude. Customer service training is needed. If I the customer am speaking respectful why am I being met with smart remarks. The staff needs to understand that they are representing more than themself but are representing an organization

The rental process was smooth, the staff was courteous and helpful. The return process was conveniently done.
I signed up for mobile pick up, and wasted 20 minutes attempting to check in. Site kept deleting my info and giving error messages. Unfortunately, this forced me to see an agent. He was highly disengaged, seems like I kept interrupting whatever movie on his phone. At one point, I had to remind him I responded to the mobile prompt because he was caught up in his entertainment rather than anticipating the information that he just asked me to submit. He continuously spoke low and did not adjust all the 20x I asked him to repeat his thoughts. As if he can't see we're speaking thru a mask, shield, and social distance. Even my colleague was confused why the man would speak in such a way. Pay attention to the next customer and use social cues. There are too many other options these days.
Most of the staff showed customer courtesy and was very professional but one may need a little more customer courtesy training.
Passenger seat belt was not working. Vehicle is in need of alignment.

More service agents needed. Vehicle was very clean and when I returned vehicle it was immediately sanitized. So safety measures are taken seriously which is comforting.
very disappointed with U haul i was charge additional $132.78 for fuel charge. before i returned the vehicle i put gas back in the truck. I'm very upset this company and will never used it again.
