I allowed my things to be stored at U-haul for a month while I found a new residence in Georgia. Upon unpacking my items, I stumbled upon an infestation of ants in 3 of the 5 U-boxes. I was under the impression the U-boxes would be stored in a safe location. I called U-haul and was told I would receive a call back about the ants and I am still waiting on that call. The ants are in my house and I will now need to pay pest control to fix the issue. I has lots of pictures.Andrew W.

This location appears to be understaffed. The two people working were extremely busy, but lines were too long. I made reservations online, but check-in to get my truck took about 20 minutes. Drop-off should have been a 5-minute deal, but I had 6 people in front of me. Like I said, get more people.David C.

I had to extend my rental by one day and stopped in to let them know and my wife got a lippy response with a attitude that it wouldn't work that the truck was already reserved that night. So I let the young man know then, the trucks loaded go right ahead and send it out. The last thing a person what's your deal with after loading a truck all day is problems from your rental company. I felt nothing close to being the customer. I was treated like I made his life miserable and he was going to have to move things around in his computer. That is the reason for my responses above. I have been coming to that location for 10 plus years. Use it about once a year for work to move my office to the next project. Attitude that I had to deal with this time would have second thoughts of going back.dale Z.

Installed Trailer wires. Several months later, they quit working BUT the manager at that time saw it was installed improperly. A couple weeks shy of 2 years, they quit again. The technician said it was installed all wrong. The current manager said it was out of warranty (even though it was not installed right 2 times). But, I needed the wiring. I called in and got central scheduling. They set up a time of 11am and they knew I was driving far so I needed to have it done while I wait. I got there on time and they said they just started a full install for another person so I'd have to wait 2 hours and then 2 hours to install. I refused and cancelled the deal. They are unprofessional and did not care. I didn't feel good about the whole store. The manager blamed it on central scheduling (even though the scheduler said he worked for that specific store). For the first time in 20 years, U-Haul has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. Their techs are inconstant (poorly trained). At a minimum, avoid this store.James L.

First off, my card was declined due to possible fraud and I immediately responded to my banks text and the money was quickly removed from my acct by uhaul. Didnt think anything of it until we find out that because it was decline (and then money taken less than 30 mins later) my box was not going to be delivered on time. Had to wait an extra day when I was planning to leave out of state so that was delayed. Next after I moved 3000 miles out of state I recieved notification that the box was in my state and would be delivered on X day. Well two days before I never heard from uhaul so I called and found out that because my next pmt was declinied (due to possible fraud and I overrided it immediately) my box was taken off the delivery route. NEVER ONCE did anyone call and tell me this. If I hadnt of called uhaul for an update I would have never known. And the soonest it could get back on the delivery route was July 18th more than a month away. My only option was to rent a uhaul truck and take the box to my new place on my own. Which i did the next day bc they didnt have any trucks available on the day that I went down to uhaul. I will never use a ubox from uhaul again. Be wary!Kris R.

The AC was not working. i had to get somone to come fix it. I was billed for 8 gallons of gas when I only drove 19 miles and I put 2.5 gallons in it. when i called customer service they just refered to the text they sent me to verify informatoin. i was not tols to look for link or what t was for. i thought it was just a text saying somthing like thank you for renting like the othe 10 text i received. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I WILL NEVER!!!!! USE UHAUL AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER USE UHAUL. I won't go into everything just say this was a mess. Containers booked but not booked so they show up late and Byron treats you like it's your fault. No one seems to know what is happening at any time at all. In one purchase I had my items damaged by the team UHaul suggested to help me with a crate they said I wouldn't need. I had the crates not get scheduled for drop off at my new home because the service agents don't know how the system works and I had the delivery agent tell me they may have brought the wrong forklift to get them off the truck. Then getting them picked up I was told they would be picked up only to have someone call the following day to ask if I wanted them picked up. This process is horrible I'm happy to talk to anyone about how bad it was feel free to call me. You won't though because you'll forget, like every other part of the process to get my things here. I honestly think this part of the business should be removed from UHaul your not capable of organizing this type of logistics and it's bad for your brand. Thanks for the headaches. I'll use an actual pod company next time.John L.

Stored my RV under your shelter for 4 years. Complained on numerous times about the mud that kept washing in causing 2 inches of mud around my RV. I had valuable items destroyed at this storage and was treated badly when I brought it to the attention of the Manger there. I spent a lot of money there. All to be treated as if I was out to scam the company. Last straw was when I went to clean out my storage they had a company lock on my door and I asked if I owe the lady at the desk stated I do not but she nor the manger could explain why the had locked my unit out. The staff was great. My issue is with the area where I stored my camper. The gravel is not graded evenly. The bus parked next to me cannot park all the way back in his spot. This is due to the giant HOLE in the ground. The area was difficult to move around in as well. This is way to much money for such a badly maintained and sized area. I moved here only because my existing place is doing construction and I cannot stay there anymore. All other areas I tried were full. I will be moving out of here asap. My experience was very good and I would especially like to recognize Cody for his exceptional customer service. The only thing preventing me from giving perfect scores across the board would be the location and placement of parking signs and space barriers that sometimes were difficult to navigate around as we parked our rig. We have a very large (42’) RV and need as much wiggle room as possible to park and store it. But that’s it.
