Everyone at this facility goes above the standards of all other rental and storage facilities! Everywhere from the lobby to the units and the trucks are kept super clean and well organized. Everyone was so professional and helpful in every aspect. Absolutely the best experiences I've encountered in a very long time as far as customer service and equipment performing as it is expected. SCOTT W | Overall ExperienceThe young man that was helping me ran off in the middle of the transaction like he had maybe some sort of rented tantrum very unprofessional then I had to figure out how to get in and out of the storage unit that was labeled with someone’s else’s name I won’t be using this any more and apparently they have rats there was a rat trap In the unit. On a happier note the 2 agent that we’re not helping me were very delightful and when I pulled when they were closed those still helped while the other ran to lock the door I won’t say his name but he knows who he is.
