At this location this is the second time when i pick up the equipment the mileage is different from on the truck than in the computer. I rent often and this is a practice of mine along with walking the truck for damage. Being the second time tells me it is a practice at this location. I only wish to pay for the service that a use. Mr. Wilson Hart was so rude when i brought this to his attention. He said that you are arguing about $1.75. He embarrassed me in front other customers. Mr. Wilson went outside with that customer came back to continue to be rude. He then refunded the equipment back to me. I asked why did you do that because that is not what i want or was saying. He never answered me. But instead said your refund will be posted back to your account in 3-4 business days. I left the building. In short Mr. Wilson was very rude.MARROW H.

I will NEVER use Uhaul again. When I place my Ubox order online, I entered my starting address and my ending address. With that information it gave me the nearest Uhaul for both cities. Picking up and loading the boxes went pretty smoothly besides some technical issues but that was easily resolved. Then surprisingly, we get notified that our boxes came in earlier than expected. What a pleasant surprise. The next day I called the Uhaul location to schedule a delivery of the boxes to my new home. This is included in the price. The location I spoke to (Canton) said their delivery driver was out having surgery so he wasn't sure when it could be delivered but he would try to figure it out. I didn't hear back from him that day so the next day I called the 800#. I spent THREE HOURS on the phone being transferred around and around to only be told that Uhaul doesn't deliver to my home area and in order to get my boxes I would have to get them myself or HIRE A MOVING COMPANY. My boxes (5 of them) were an hour and 15 minutes from my house and we would've had to spend over 10 hours of drive time and way too much gas to get our stuff so we had to hire the moving company. I had to spend another THOUSAND DOLLARS to get my boxes. And the real kicker is that the moving company I used had to rent a Uhaul truck to use which I had to pay 225.00 for. How ironic. I will be calling and asking for a refund of these additional expenses. This is ridiculous.Constance E.
I had valuable items destroyed at this storage and was treated badly when I brought it to the attention of the Manger there. I spent a lot of money there. All to be treated as if I was out to scam the company. Last straw was when I went to clean out my storage they had a company lock on my door and I asked if I owe the lady at the desk stated I do not but she nor the manger could explain why the had locked my unit out. I closed out the unit and the manger called me to tell me he will not rent to me anymore. Wow!! Is all I can say.LINDA W. | Overall Experience

My initial rental vehicle was changed due to it having a flat tire and then the option they offered over the phone was rented out before I got there. So I ended up with a much larger vehicle and much higher gas costs than anticipated. The staff were extremely helpful but the costs were higher due to such a large vehicle variance.EDWARD C.

Negative Battery terminal came loose while using the truck. Luckily I was at home when it failed and had tools to be able to fix it. If I was less experienced, I would have been stranded. Kody was awesome to work with.JASON S.

Make the sure the Haunted House (next door) patrons don't park in the U-Haul drop off area as it's almost impossible to return vehicles/trailers when the parking lot is slap full of people parked there for the Haunted House. The Manager was outstanding. When there was a problem with the rental trailer. He found a large truck as a replacement which was very hard to located and spend at least 45 mins on the phone with Corporate. The vehicle was dirty and not well maintained. The vehicle when fully loaded was so slow it took double the time to drive 12 miles down the road causing delays which is why we had to extent the rental twice. Than we had issues with it starting on a couple of occasion due to loose terminal on battery (after an hour of messing with it to figure out the issue in an area of no cell reception to call for help).JOSEPH P.

The online check in/check out doesn't work very good. It struggled to allow me to take 2 pictures of the cleanliness of the truck. It would let me take one and then when I took the second it wouldn't move on in the process.it would freeze at that point with the progress bar showing 100 percent but wouldn't move on to the next step. I would have to refresh it and then it would lose the picture I already took. Repeated this process like 6 times before it finally worked. It also wouldn't let me move on in the Check in process because it asked for my phone number, and when I put it in, it said that phone number was already in use, which of course it was because it was my number that I had already put in when I set up the reservation.Robert S.

The truck was great, but the appliance dolly was hard to push on its own but add in a refrigerator and it's near impossible.Jeremy L.
I'm extremely frustrated with this facility. The truck i rented was difficult as the key would not turn in the ignition... the agent showed me how to get the key to turn, but it was definitely a pain. The ac didn't work well either. Lastly I rented blankets and dolly which were not provided in the bed of the truck. Upon returning the vehicle on the same evening of rental, I made a comment in the return box used for self return indicating they needed to refund me for the blankets/dolly. The next day i received a voicemail from britnay asking where my blankets/dolly were. I called back to customer service, was on hold for 40 minutes. Upon finally speaking with the agent, I contacted the GM of the store who said they'd credit my bill. I just received my receipt with the dolly and blankets still being charged. This isn't difficult and a customer shouldn't have to contact someone 3-4 times to get this resolved. I've also just emailed the GM. Very frustrated!SHEREE R.

Took 20-30 minutes just to pickup a reserved truck! Truck had been smoked in! The rental pricing method encourages reckless behavior to keep cost down, have ALL costs CLEARLY displayed and available for review before reserving process.JOSIAH H.

I put several items on the loading dock because i was denied acess and had to pick up my handicapped 5 year old, when i went back a couple hours later everything was gone.
