The online check in/check out doesn't work very good. It struggled to allow me to take 2 pictures of the cleanliness of the truck. It would let me take one and then when I took the second it wouldn't move on in the process.it would freeze at that point with the progress bar showing 100 percent but wouldn't move on to the next step. I would have to refresh it and then it would lose the picture I already took. Repeated this process like 6 times before it finally worked. It also wouldn't let me move on in the Check in process because it asked for my phone number, and when I put it in, it said that phone number was already in use, which of course it was because it was my number that I had already put in when I set up the reservation.Robert S.

I'm extremely frustrated with this facility. The truck i rented was difficult as the key would not turn in the ignition... the agent showed me how to get the key to turn, but it was definitely a pain. The ac didn't work well either. Lastly I rented blankets and dolly which were not provided in the bed of the truck. Upon returning the vehicle on the same evening of rental, I made a comment in the return box used for self return indicating they needed to refund me for the blankets/dolly. The next day i received a voicemail from britnay asking where my blankets/dolly were. I called back to customer service, was on hold for 40 minutes. Upon finally speaking with the agent, I contacted the GM of the store who said they'd credit my bill. I just received my receipt with the dolly and blankets still being charged. This isn't difficult and a customer shouldn't have to contact someone 3-4 times to get this resolved. I've also just emailed the GM. Very frustrated!SHEREE R.

The vehicle was extremely smoky, for sure you need to do something about the smell before it is rented to the next customer. This was not our original location, We were notified the day before our move that the vehicle was not available we were, then moved to another location our of our way and told we could use the lock box. When we arrive there was no lock box so, we were routed to yet another location. The final location was closer to our home so, i am not sure why were rerouted to Waleska.. Very stressful on an already stress filled day! We were pleased the Marietta st location had a vehicle for us. Should have been placed there to begin with.JAMES S.

Customer service representatives were nearly impossible to reach, would constantly get transferred after waiting 30+ minutes only for the call to get dropped after I was "transferred". Once I finally got ahold of someone, they would give me the run-around never providing a definite plan or schedule, and was told they would call me back. Of course, they never called back. The only positive side of my Uhaul experience has been the drivers. All of the drivers I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I will be avoiding this Uhaul site in the future.Tyler B.

Service was below the level I experienced at 2 locations in Marietta. Returning the vehicle took too long to review and produce the receipt. Then they tried to tell me that I had scratches which they could not identify. It was a $300 cost but as I had insurance it wouldn't cost anything. I had the truck for just 6 hours from the Uhaul place to the storage place back to Canton then to the UHaul. No one parked near the truck the whole time. We've already told several friends who were. going to rent to be vary cautious. These vehicles are not maintained and almost cost me my life due to faulty ABS and a tire blowing out. You need to thoroughly check your vehicles. I was stranded for several hours and then had to burn many more hours hunting for a replacement vehicle and unloading/reloading into a new truck. The staff was great. My issue is with the area where I stored my camper. The gravel is not graded evenly. The bus parked next to me cannot park all the way back in his spot. This is due to the giant HOLE in the ground. The area was difficult to move around in as well. This is way to much money for such a badly maintained and sized area. I moved here only because my existing place is doing construction and I cannot stay there anymore. All other areas I tried were full. I will be moving out of here asap. My experience was very good and I would especially like to recognize Cody for his exceptional customer service. The only thing preventing me from giving perfect scores across the board would be the location and placement of parking signs and space barriers that sometimes were difficult to navigate around as we parked our rig. We have a very large (42’) RV and need as much wiggle room as possible to park and store it. But that’s it.
