I deliberately rented an enclosed 5x8 trailer to protect a solid oak octagon game table with matching chairs that was $1,300 plus tax. After driving from Murfreesboro, TN to Blacklick, Ohio we discovered that the trailer leaked badly. The blankets we used to protect were soaked as well as the table and chairs I'm not happy at all about that

Place is in a bad spot for traffic, the truck had issues with the gas cover was broken and kept staying open. Engine had a small misfire of something it was ruff in low rpm's.

The Midgard site (3450 Glenside Ct) didn't have my truck and I was sent to Memorial. The site at Midgard was terrible! Didn't know what was going on. Memorial had a truck but it took a VERY long time to check it out even after I had done everything on line. Very slow process. Lots of people waiting. Figure out how to do things faster if you are going to have us do online check ins. It would help everyone.

It was fast and easy. The two salespeople I'll talk to what's real friendly, in professional. I would definitely recommend this location. And we will be returning to this location for any future jobs, then I need to rent a trailer or are you off for. I was very pleased. I will give them a tin star if it would go up that high.

The parking situation is always crowded there. But that is because they are busy. This location is in a good spot, but land locked so parking expansion looks impossible. But it would make this location absolutely perfect.

No Improvement. Check in was seamless. Great customer service and the truck was ready at the door when I completed the check in. The storage unit was clean and just as I told it would be. Awesome job guys and Gals! I noticed the customers that were there were getting the same great service.

We reserved a pickup and a furniture dolly. When we arrived there were no furniture dollies available, but we were given the option to rent an appliance dolly for the furniture dolly price. A $3 difference. It was a nice gesture to account for the piece of equipment we reserved not being available when we came for pick up. We used the truck, moved our furniture, and brought it back hours later. We parked in the area that says to bring returned equipment. There was no other signage there to say to stay for an attendant, so we assumed we had to go inside to speak with someone at the desk to settle up. As we waited in line, a man came from outside shouting “does someone here have a return?” As I heard that, I got out of line and started his way. He yelled this a few more times, getting more unfriendly and agitated as I hurried his way and was replying, yes…that's us! When we made it to him, he had a look of disgust that he had to come in to get us because we didn't stay with the vehicle. He mentioned three times during our checkout that he had to wait for the keys in order to put in the mileage. When he rang it up, we mentioned the discount for the appliance dolly. I explained the previous person put in the notes when we rented it that there would be a $3 discount for the inconvenience of not having the reserved equipment available when we arrived. He barked back “yeah. I saw the notes. Tell me again why we are only charging you $7 for a $10 dolly?”. After explaining again, this was offered due to the reserved product not being available at our check in. He begrudgingly applied the whopping $3 discount. He then handed us the paperwork, slammed the truck door and sped away. This experience ranks top 5 of the rudest customer services experiences I have encountered and I still have 0 idea what he was so angry about. Needless to say, we will not be using this location for any future endeavors. I don't want to risk having to interact with this individual.

The call line to check availability is way to hard when you're calling the location directly and you end up with a switchboard operator in another call center or state!!! Please make this process easier!

Have dedicated people just for rental reservations. I stood in line to pick up I had a reservation but had to wait at least 45 min till everyone who was buying boxes or trying to rent without a reservation went in front of me. It's quite annoying

Only two workers available to assist pickups. I checked in online to speed up the process and it still took 30 minutes to get the vehicle. Vehicle was not clean nor was it well maintained. It had almost 100k miles on the odometer, steering was very loose, poor gas mileage.

These guys were excellent and very professional. Checked out the cargo trailer and explained the what , why and how of the inspection . They inspected the tires and found found the tread was missing chunks and the wear was uneven. This tire could have been a HUGE problem if it had blown or separated during my 750 mile trip. I'm glad they were replacing it with a new one for the next customer . It showed they care and their commitment to safety for the customer.These guys were thorough and I will only rent from the places that take pride and care in the UHaul name and products . I feel everything on their lot has been inspected and safe to use , not just checked-in and checked back out.

Had to use the storage unit at 1. Then drive all the way across town to drop the truck off at another location made no sense. Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

I will never rent with them. This is a scam. After talking to someone to set up a move out day and pay a settlement offer because I was effected by Covid. They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.
