I rented a 15ft truck & a new climate control 5x10 storage unit. Very satisfied the service & help I received. Everything was explained in detail. Truck & storage unit clean and worked well.

At the time of this review the facility was still under construction and did not have the access hours available as per the website, but the customer service was excellent.

Was disappointed that I could not pick up the equipment at my first choice of locations (Beaver Valley mall). The website initially indicated that equipment was available at this location. Had to drive 10 miles further to pick up the truck. The agent at the Beaver Falls location had difficulties checking me in. The process took longer than expected as she seemed to have several problems with the computer system and had to restart the entire process.

The Chippewa location was great, however my original reservation was for Monaca. Very upset that I had to wait over 6 hours for a truck because they didn’t have one. My 24 hour moving experience went to 48Rd because I had no crew lined up for that time frame. Very disappointed.

They made my reservation for the wrong day (too early). Then they cancelled my reservation without calling me (again, they made it too early hence why I didn't show up). Truck size I wanted wasn't available because they had rented it out. Charged me the safe drive when I never requested it. And when I asked if I would get charged 2 days they said no and I see that I got charged two days. Unacceptable.

The lady working was absolutely amazing. Apon arrival i noticed her assisting customers in the parking lot with a trailer rental. Assisting them with trailer set up. Very friendly and welcoming. The drop off location assured me that my pick up location was just a bad apple in the business. I really hope you guys read this before serious damages to the company happen.

The only thing I told Maverick Davis about the truck I rented was that the passenger side mirror needed tightened up (when adjusted, it just fell back down). Other than that, the truck ran smoothly (as smoothly as it can over all the fine Pennsylvania roads ??), the customer service and prices were excellent!

The uhaul had some leaves in the bed. The fuel was marked at a half tank, but was more like 3/8. Additionally, the employees didn’t seem able to answer questions with any certainty or detail. When asking about mileage overage charges, the only info they were able to provide was “it’s not too expensive if you go over, they just charge per mile,” and we’re unable to provide rates or to look them up.

Dispite the fact I scheduled a 26' truck 6 weeks in advance, I was informed the day before that I had to drive 50 miles from Pittsburgh to Beaver Falls to retrieve the truck. This wasted considerable time and money for my move.

It seemed the truck needed the suspension fixed. I felt every bump in the road. I rented a 26' before on 3/27 and it was much smoother.

Clean the inside of the truck prior to renting it. Smelled like cigarettes. Gas level was lower than initially quoted.

Took an hour to pick up truck. Back of drivers license photo was rejected six times. Tried calling customer service, was on hold for 25 minutes never actually spoke to anyone. Customer service rep on the app (Tierra) refused to give me her direct line and said the server went down AFTER I had spent 45 minutes try to reserve through the app. Very disappointing

I was given the wrong trailer. Found that after I had it loaded. Couldn't "officially" rent me the trailer I had loaded because it was supposedly a local. Then wanted me to pay one-way each direction (PA to Mississippi) to bring it back to PA. I refused and left it in MS. And this was due to their mistake of hooking me up to the wrong trailer. I was not a happy camper. It is a new service location. Maybe better with more experience.

Rental was quick and efficient. Matt and Maverick got me hooked up lights checked and on my way. Return was equally efficient, Matt met me at my vehicle (in the rain) and checked me in and disconnected the trailer. Nice place

The rental process seemed long and drawn out and repetitive. Obtaining info at reservation time should make pick up a quicker experience.

Make sure that windshield wipers are not old and deteriorated and washer fluid is full. I was driving in a little bit of snow and had to pull off the highway 3 separate times to clean the windshield.

The customer service woman (think her name was Trish?) had absolutely no computer skills. She used the keyboard with 1 finger and everytime she made a mistake, it was another few minutes for her to correct it. A friendly coworker came and helped her with a few things but it put my husband and I way off schedule. It took 23 minutes to get the keys. Once we arrived back to return the truck, we noticed that she gave us the wrong truck. The mileage was not the same as the one recorded on our papers. SO, Trish couldnt figure out how to make the correction in the computer and sent us out the door with no idea of our cost & said that somebody will contact us in an hour with our total cost. It was ridiculous. The woman was friendly but absolutely lacked the skills that are required for her job position. She wasnt even at the desk when we walked in to return. We waited. Bad service.

You only had 1 person working this location the day I picked up the rental. Your employee, Patricia Jones , did a very good job, even though she was swamped. Get the girl some help!

Local usage prices are a bit high. U-haul is a household name, I really didn't consider going 1/8th of a mile to check prices at Pensky, but I will next time. I needed a trailer, you had one...so I didn't balk at the price, I needed to be more prepared. Since; this was only a very small part of what will be a three house move...price will mean much more to me in the coming months. Oh, and the people were good. A little disappointed that when I asked to pay with cash, it seemed as if the clerk that was handling me, didn't know how or was not authorized to take cash...so I ended up paying with my card instead for times sake.
