I wanted the smallest trailer. It wasn’t available at that location. I was given the next size up at $14.95, the cost of the little 4’ trailer. That was substitution was acceptable. I appreciate the reduced price since the smaller one was preferred for my quick trip and small load. Thanks. All the U Haul employees were great.

We had used our rental for 3 1/2 hours and were charged for 2 days, as well as our rental had 1/4 tank and we returned it with the same amount- while being charged $30 "convenience fee" and to fill $15 to put 3.16 gallons into the tank. We called customer service to ask why we had been billed, the rental location was contacted and they said there would be no refunds. I don't mind being charged for what I use, and if I were to bring the rental back, but treating RETURNING customers in this fashion will force our hand to go elsewhere next time.

Have a completely full tank of gas. 7/8 of a tank seems to me as a way of uhaul to get an extra couple of gallons out of every customer. Who is going to take the chance at bringing it back low and getting charged uhaul gas prices.

My only issue was the gas, fill the tank up so there is no misinterpretation in how much gas is in the vehicle. The worker said there was 3/8's of a tank it was barely above a quarter tank I put more than what I got in there because of your insane gas pricing policy

Gave me a truck with 1/4 tank of gas. No way to make sure I brought it back with the same amount. I was not refunded the difference

I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot filling out the online parking cypress check-in. Then it said I had to go inside and and no line for me. Go to the side of the desk and show them my phone and they will get the keys for me. I stood there, they ignored me, then they said I can help whoever is next. That next person was not me because everyone thought I was skipping the line. So I had to wait for people to fill out what I already did in the parking lot. Finally I said “excuse me, I have an express check-in and I just need a key”. The U-Haul employee said “ I will take care of as soon as I am done here”. Well I was next in line anyway. When they finally took the 10 seconds to get the key for me I said, “well there wasn’t anything express about this” and the lady employee said, “ sir when have been having problems with the computers”. I did express check-in, it had nothing to do with computers. If they were actually having problems with the computers they should have wanted to take the 10 seconds to get me the key and send me on my way. They were rude and ignorant.

I rented a cargo trailer(6x12) to finish up my move to Chippewa. The staff was very nice and check in went smoothly. I would definitely use uhaul for future moving needs.

My beef isn't with this location or the staff. My frustration is with U-Haul customer service. If I was rating U-Haul reservations, my rating would be a ZERO! When a reservation is made for a specific location, have the flippin' vehicle available at that location.

I suggest the leadership team read the comments associated with my several calls to your inept customer service team. The local rep, Mike, was excellent when I picked up the truck and, after numerous calls to customer service and having No One take ownership of my issue, Mike reassured me by phone the next morning that I would not be charged the $20 fee.

No internet service, could not print receipt due to computer issues along with lack of internet service. Never received receipt when told it would be emailed. Customer agents never used the u-haul app, could not provide assistance.

So I disputed the start milage and at return (using mobile) I requested contact to discuss. Never received a call and had to call Customer Service after receiving an incorrect final invoice. Also, there is some confusion on the ”Reservation Guarantee” and what it actually covers. I made a reservation online at my local third party UHaul location (about 3 miles from my house) for a pickup truck and everything went through. About 2 hours later, I received a call from UHaul saying that location didn't carry pickups and the only location was a Corp store 30 miles (one way) from my house. When I mentioned the guarantee, Customer Service became agitated and said it didn't cover it. A few days later when I spoke with Customer Service the story changed and I was told the guarantee is actually a ”booking” guarantee and not reservation. I was told it only applied after a truck was booked at a location and if I were to go there and the truck wasn't ready at the place and time I wanted then I would get the guarantee. Per the policy on U-Haul site, that is not true. I made a reservation for the truck I needed, time I needed, and at the location I wanted. Online allowed me to submit with my payment info so that's a reservation. To me that's bait and switch. Not very customer friendly.

Michael made an agreement with me. He was not there when I went to get my rental. Maverick and Miss Trish honored that agreement. To me this shows great teamwork and customer service. Time and time again the staff goes above and beyond. Undercover boss needs to visit this location to make all other locations as good as this one.

I rented a 15ft truck & a new climate control 5x10 storage unit. Very satisfied the service & help I received. Everything was explained in detail. Truck & storage unit clean and worked well.

At the time of this review the facility was still under construction and did not have the access hours available as per the website, but the customer service was excellent.

Was disappointed that I could not pick up the equipment at my first choice of locations (Beaver Valley mall). The website initially indicated that equipment was available at this location. Had to drive 10 miles further to pick up the truck. The agent at the Beaver Falls location had difficulties checking me in. The process took longer than expected as she seemed to have several problems with the computer system and had to restart the entire process.

The Chippewa location was great, however my original reservation was for Monaca. Very upset that I had to wait over 6 hours for a truck because they didn’t have one. My 24 hour moving experience went to 48Rd because I had no crew lined up for that time frame. Very disappointed.

They made my reservation for the wrong day (too early). Then they cancelled my reservation without calling me (again, they made it too early hence why I didn't show up). Truck size I wanted wasn't available because they had rented it out. Charged me the safe drive when I never requested it. And when I asked if I would get charged 2 days they said no and I see that I got charged two days. Unacceptable.

The lady working was absolutely amazing. Apon arrival i noticed her assisting customers in the parking lot with a trailer rental. Assisting them with trailer set up. Very friendly and welcoming. The drop off location assured me that my pick up location was just a bad apple in the business. I really hope you guys read this before serious damages to the company happen.

The only thing I told Maverick Davis about the truck I rented was that the passenger side mirror needed tightened up (when adjusted, it just fell back down). Other than that, the truck ran smoothly (as smoothly as it can over all the fine Pennsylvania roads ??), the customer service and prices were excellent!
