I watched a news report on the cleanliness of some of the vehicles available for rent at other facilities(these were in relation to New York outlets). I wanted to say, I rent these vehicles on a fairly often occasion for my job to haul items. I have never witness any dirty vehicles and they are always clean and I honestly feel safe renting from this facility. During this Pandemic, it is a trying time for everyone, and I want to state that I will continue to use this facility and feel safe that they are taking the proper precautions to provide a safe experience for all clients. A++++
I in general just would not recommend uhaul. I will say the return process went smother than pick up.
Internet connection would be the only improvement for that store. Everything else was 100 percent the best experience I've dealt with any customer satisfaction
Check-in was a little different because several people were returning at the same time so the agent didn't have time to "clear me" in person, but they e-mailed me my receipt and there were no unexpected charges, so it turned out OK.
Fix your app so customers cans get receipts when they return equipment not an hour or so later on line
I would maybe have a neon sign in the front saying (open ) because I had a hard time figuring out if the place was open. Overall a pleasant experience knowing what kind of work I was about to get myself into. Very easy and hassle free.
The woman working there was super friendly and made the entire process pleasant.
The representative at the location did not know to tell me that the fender on the AT could be moved down to allow opening and closing of the driver side door of the car being transported. This resulted in me driving back to the location to return the AT I thought was unusable, only to be told by another employee that the fender could be moved. I suspect that the employees are not being trained on the use of uhaul equipment.
The only thing is I wondered if u had an extra dolly on the truck when we returned it. And why do you advertise one price and then add a second price on the bill.? That is misleading!
Since the location has no cell reception free wifi would be nice. You can not do vehicle inspection before you leave.

Main U-haul computer system was down for almost an hour. Not the location's fault.
THERE IS NO CELL/DATA SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN WHEN I WAS THEIR. I COULD NOT DO A PRE TRIP INSPECTION BECAUSE I COULD NOT OPEN THE APP IN THE PARKING LOT
Overcharged me for 11 days on a 5x8 local trailer rental by charging my credit card on 4 separate occasions. On 10/5/20 $29.10 which was only suppose to be a hold when I rented the trailer on 10/2. On 10/6/20 another charge of $174.64 which shouldn't have been charged because I only extended trailer rental, I didn't turn in. On 10/7/20 $29.11 was charged as another deposit I had no idea why I was charged another deposit especially since deposits are suppose to be a hold not a charge. On 10/12/20 $261.96 when I turned in the trailer rental. When I went back to the Uhaul office on 10/13/20 I was told I was to send proof of the charges when they could only see the 3 charges of $29.10, $29.11 & $261.96. The representative Kelly Klunk could not explain why I was charged 2 deposits in the first place. She said that she would reach out to their credit department to have them initiate an investigation. So I asked if I could reach out to the credit department directly and I was told I couldn't. I don't think these types of bank records should be handled by a minimum wage employee.
Only one person working at the time of return, there were three people returning at one time......I had to lift the trailer off myself, no tongue jack. Again not impressed
I found it very interesting that you charge twice. Not sure how legal that is. You have an advertised rate (in my case, $29.99), but also a mileage fee, which is interesting since I had to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. The $.79 per mile is not advertised, and appears as a required charge. A little false advertisement? It definitely has caused me to re-evaluate ever using U-Haul again for moving. I would MUCH rather deal with a company that is up front with their charges, even if it is more expensive. Sorry you have taken up such unethical practices.

Very easy to rent a trailer from. Kelly made sure that I was hooked up correctly. Everything went according to plan without any equipment hic ups.

I had trouble with the mobile pickup but went inside and was taken care of with fast and friendly service.
