I rented a 26 ft. Uhaul it was a bit pricey but well worth it! Unfortunately we parked the uhaul in a parking lot at a grocery store after unloading everything to the new spot...went home to get some rest came back to the uhaual to drop it off and it was GONE! STORY SHORT it was towed and I got the uhaul back late and they didn't even charge me. I appreciate it cause the tow bill was outrageous! Dont leave the uhaul unattended people lol! Check in was great. Fast and friendly. Returning was a disappointment. We sat outside as directed for 20 mins. I had to call the store to ask if someone was coming out soon. Lady who checked us in, while not rude, was not friendly.Jennifer K.

I trusted them to check in my truck when I returned it. They waited 3.5 hours to check it in and charged me for it. They did not have a furniture dolly available, I had to go to another location to get one. They kept the clock running and charged me for the mileage as well. All in all they overcharged me $35.26. I had the truck from 11:07 to approximately 15:10 and that includes the time spent doing their job for them. Do not trust this location to be honest, make sure they take care of everything and close the contract before you walk out the door.MATTHEW N.

We reserved two dollies that were not available or a furniture dolly. We were charged for them and 50 furniture pads that we never requested. We had to hook up our own tow dolly. The vehicle had less than an 1/8 of tank and we were supposed to get a credit on that as well and still not be refunded.Shauna H.

My experience was terrible! First the truck I rented wouldn't open to load. The guy working WAS NOT WEARING A MASK AT ALL!! He provided a different truck, but made us go out and find it and didn't even make sure it would open. It was covered in snow that WE had to brush off ourselves. He also allowed random children run around in the indoor storage area for hours unsupervised. Truly terrible customer service.Saralyn F.

Online check in is supposed to make it so I don't have to wait in store to do it. When I went in to get the keys I had to wait 8 minutes while another customer was going over their rental and contract. Also, we rented for 2 hours because we were just moving a couch but were late picking up. When we picked up it said we would still have to have the truck back by the original time. They had probably 50 other options on the lot for people to use, and probably 7 of the truck style we used, two hours should start from pick up as long as I'm there within the hour of my designated time. The truck was also not found where it was shown online to be. We had to look all over for it. We would use this service again but definitely have to give more time for things to not go as planned. Y'all really do get every pennies worth though triple charging people....pay for the truck, pay per mile, fill it back up when you're done. So insane to me to pay three different ways for the same service. I guess when you have no competition you can do what you want though!Kevin P.

I made a reservation online to rent a cargo trailer , 2 furniture dollies, and moving pads. When we got there to pick up trailer Was told only have one furniture dolly but they could give me appliance dolly in place for same price. They put appliance dolly in trailer. However when we got to where we were going there was no furniture dolly or pads. I had to request a refund. Is there not some way on your site to only show what is actually available and guarantee it is checked out to you. I thought that was purpose of reserving.Peggy F.

When I pick up the truck it had 47 miles to empty on the digital gas gauge. I brought it back with 80ish miles to empty. The stupid worker said I didn't bring it back with enough full that it had. After telling her it has more she said she was going to charge me $30 extra because of it and they don't go by the digital gauge. So I got the keys and put over half a tank of gas in around (150 miles to empty). Took it back to her and said now it has over half a tank and I'm charging her $60, she laughed, but I wasn't joking. I'm about to call my bank and claim this as a fraud transaction. She didn't give me any credit towards the fule that i put in that was well over the 47 miles to empty that it started with.EDDIE B.

Packers hired did not deliver pod or help unload it. We still got charged and are currently disputing it. I then had to hire another party to deliver the pod, which cost on top of the money already paid, an additional $100. I also had to pay the unloader an additional $100. I overpaid and was totally over charged for this service!! I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone and will continue to leave and reviews. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this corporation!Enrique C.

The truck I rented ran horribly and had roaches hiding in it, a few of them got on our stuff in the process of moving and now we've started finding roaches in our new place. Our old place has never had any issues with roaches (and still doesn't) and the new place had been inspected already, but we killed a couple of them in the truck while loading and unloading it our new furniture into it, so it's the only place they could have come from.Brian L.

When he noticed the weight of the vehicle I was to be trailering (It's an old museum piece, nearly 2.5 tons) he recommended a stronger hitch in case the welds on my existing hitch failed.
