I called and extended my rental no problem till they showed up the day i was taking it back and towed it back they showed up around noon i wasnt supose to have it back till 445 i didn't even get to put gas in it so they charged me extra for that when they are trying to make me pay the part they already charged me for im beyond mad

Worker did not go over everything with us just told us drop off the keys and the amount we paid would be it. Ended up with extra charges on my card that I was not aware of also was never told my card would be kept on file.

Came in last minute to get a truck at like 745pm. The gentleman (forgot his name)working was not perturbed at all and was waiting for me when I got there(called ahead). Very quick very nice very professional. Easy transaction.

I’ve usually had good experiences with this location however when I picked up the rental I was under the impression I had paid in full only to have an additional charge added when I returned of 200 dollars. When I sent in a question about it to U-Haul instead of contacting me to discuss it I was charged anyway. I don’t believe I’ll be using U-Haul in the future

Very friendly customer service! I want a day early to ensure my vehicle would hook up to the 6x12 trailer, even though I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing the staff checked out my truck and was very friendly.

I hate how if you pay for a two day rental. You can’t return it early and get some sort of refund. And the guy in there said when I walked in said “hey what’s up”. Unprofessional and really scruffy looking

Honor your reservation form. We pre booked a trailer. When we picked it up we had to go through the process as if we had just drove in. Fill out rental request, run credit card, copy drivers license. This was all done on on the form. It's a waste of time to do everything twice. Very disappointed in today's service.

I called a day prior to picking up a truck and asked if cash was acceptable and the employee told me yes. We arrived to pick up the truck with dolly and pads and THEN we were told there would be a 100 dollar fee for paying cash. We had a card on file, which didn't make sense why we would have to pay an extra 100 refundable fee and it should have been disclosed when I called the day prior. The dolly bar was broken and the truck had something spilled all over the console.

Our first truck, the AC didn't work. Fortunately they had a 2nd truck available that was the same size. I'd recommend checking the AC before the customer arrives. The guy who switched us out was very kind and helpful.

Hire competent staff that when say they are going to make sure equipment rented is in trailer or vehicle they should do so, and not let customers drive off and waste an hour having to return to store for equipment staff said was there.

I would have liked the register employee to take us to the truck and do a walk around to check for damages to the truck. When we got to our location we got out of the truck and noticed there was a dent in the side we didn’t see when we picked it up. However we didn’t have any problems turning it back in.

OLD steel trailer, staff was very slow to help (let me hook and unhook alone cause it was hot outside and they were in the A/C. Trailer was rusted out, very heavy, drum brakes drug, and the tires were so out of round they almost shook the rear off end apart on my truck.

I rented a dolly to bring from AZ to NJ, I was on military orders to move. During the move our needs changed and we had to get an enclosed trailer, and we were advised that we would get no type of refund (tow dolly From AZ to NM would have been significantly cheaper). It is a shame that U Haul does not try to help people that are Active Duty Military members, instead I feel like I was taken advantage of.

There was not much lightning upstairs and there was no pulley system or elevator for upstairs so it made it very hard to move things.
