Kenneth was outstanding. He provided phenomenal customer service. Very attentive, helpful, clear and accommodating. I have been to a couple of U-Haul's in the past given that I travel for work and am often moving, and kenneth along with the overall location exceeded my expectations. The store is small, doesn't look like much from the outside, but they are mighty in there. Looks can certainly be deceiving in this case. The owners or the individuals who hired/supervise this store and it's employees should be proud. They are outstanding, hardworking men. Keep up the great work.DEREK J.

The truck had mechanical issues. It was a terrible experience. It would not accelerate and would jump forward when you were trying to break. It was terrifying. I recommend servicing these trucks more often. We could have been in a bad accident.KATRINA D.

The service was horrible I was sent to a location and they told me they didn't have a reservation for me and the place was closed. I had to call uhal and wait for 25 mins to get a representative then get sent to another location. I had to drive 17 extra miles out my way just to get a truck. The person on the phone that took my reservation told me something about helping hand moving company that was paired with uhal I paid them to move my belongings called them after I had paid in advance because u have to pay before they come out. I was told they didn't have no appointment on the day of my move so I was the only one and they arrived to me after 6pm on and I paid at 12noon in which delayed my intire move the overall service was horrible I almost couldn't move in my place due to the timing I would never use you guys again this was so unprofessionalEDWARD L.

They really need to talk explain everything more clear on how to return earlier. Where to return and dnt lie about 24hrs because I end up bringing back before because y'all didn't open at 7am on Sunday and I couldn't stop off at 7am Monday morning. They rush thru every thingJESSICA L.

This is by far my favorite locationLEA W.
got a call 2 hours before my reservation asking if we were going to be there for our reservation. He told me how in demand the trucks are and wanted to make sure he didn't need to give away my truck. Then, I got there at noon, my scheduled time. I was then told my uhaul wouldn't be back until 2:30. No mention of this on the phone. He made it sound like he would do us a favor and come back at 2:30 so we could pick up our truck late. We had to drive around for 2 and a half hours waiting since we were coming from out of state and supposed to pick up my furniture from a storage unit. We got back at 2:30 and the guy told us the person who had the truck wouldn't return now until 3:15 and now he was over it so he made us drive 15 miles farther north to retrieve the truck. We got there, waited until 3:30 and picked up the rental. MWe had to reschedule the movers we booked through uhaul. We asked them to be at our house at 7pm. The movers had to change their schedule. They ended up getting to our house at 8:30pm and by then we had unloaded most of the truck. They carried three pieces of furniture upstairs which took 20 minutes. Needless to say we will never rent from uhaul again. It was a horrible experience and we still haven't received any sort of credit including the $50 they promised to give us. We've not heard from anyone even after filing a complaint through the 800 number. Worst experience ever.DAVID G.

My original reservation was at the union city location. The day before I was to pickup the van, I received an email stating that my reservation was moved to the old national location and to call to verify. I spoke with a manager who said he had my van. Once I arrived to pickup my van. They did not have a van available. Really, after speaking to you about it. The young man then called the godby road location and they had several vans available.
