The staff were always rude and too busy to help you. I had this storage for a few years. The staff were consistently rude for each time I had to deal with them. I was supposed to drop off at Horizon car rental near the ATL airport. However, upon returning, their lot was locked. I tried calling the number 4 times and left a voicemail. Also, I attempted to call uhaul and was on hold for 30 mins and finally gave up. I tried to find 3 other uhauls to return to as I had to fly back home. I tried to find 3 other uhauls using the map app and 2 of them did not exist. Finally I found this one and the gentleman was great. Also, I booked a uhaul storage in Ocala, and upon arrival the they did not have a storage unit even though I booked on. This has been the worst experience with Uhaul I have ever had (and yes, I have rented more than once).TAMMI N.

My experience with the Old National staff was excellent. The staff, Mr. Tyrone Thompson, Sequayah (please forgive me if I spell your name wrong) was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I had a situation where a storage company had made a reservation for me. I call to check on my reservation before going to the location to find out that the reservation was made for a space that wasn't available at the time I needed it. Now I'm sitting in the Uhaul trucking wondering where am I going to put 3 bedrooms of furniture? I was able to keep the truck another day because the person who'd scheduled it after me did not show up. Whew!. They gave me a great experience during 3 days of a very frustrating move. Also, the young men that handle the check in and check out of the trucks were just a friendly, courteous and accommodating as well. Hat's off to the staff at 5400 Old National Uhaul!TERESA L.

Very poor customer service and employee gave false information on my behalfJORDAN T.
Pickup time was 8pm. Got there 930pm. Could not get the link on app to start process to get uhaul. Finally at 1145pm got a representative on the phone. She had to send another link refreshed to access vehicle pickup. After midnight I was able to access correct link on app. Wrong location for vehicle, then the lockbox was with key had the wrong keys in it. Getting the uhaul was Horrible! Took four hours to drive off lot. When had uhaul no problems and the drop there were no issues. I recommend picking up when they are open not closed. Still had to pay full price even though the representative was on the phone from 930 until after 1 so she knew ALL the issues not fault of mine but uhaul and still had to pay full price or not even a sirry.Allison S.

The storage unit was fine however some of the staff should not be in the front taking care of guest if they do not know how to treat nor talk to people. One sales person on particular told not only me but another guests “she’ll just cancel our reservation”, I’ve never known that to be the first resort anywhere especially when you’re spending money on storage units, trucks, and items in the store. I paid for a dolly and had to go to another location and get one which cost me and extra $10 plus a deposit of 60! It's not fair to be charge for a dolly with the truck when a dolly was not available at the location I got the uhaul truck. I'm do a refund for equipment not used but charged for. Your after hour charges was on call for. I'm not happy at all. I was been cheated. I tried to go on line before drop off but I don't know what went wrong. And I was charged. I attempted to use services at this location previously, and I was happy with the services and equipment. However, after returning I must convey the service, on yesterday was horrible and insulting. The front office person, who wore a name tag as (Owner) was very rude and confrontational to my surprise. I must say I believe, had I said anything outside what he expected of me he would not have rented me the truck ðŸšš. He placed me in a compromising situation as he was well aware that I was depending renting the truck, because I needed it. Most of people that rely on U-haul rentals also, rely on ðŸ‘ good customer relations service to come along with it (paralleled). The gentleman that check me in treated total unwelcomed, and was totally unapologetic. At the return of the truck ðŸšš, I was met a a guy who also was non caring in terms of whether how or if I would be returning simply,"We're closing I have a wife". He did however, after making rounds came back to ok ok I'll check you in he also, wore a (Owners badge)??? Seems like there are several owners, neither of which can offer a pleasant experience, nor overall Great customer service. "I personally will never ever visit this location for anything" (I'd hire someone off Craigslist,first). Horrible!!!CHARLES R.

Uhaul is famous for the first month free but I was charged for the first month eventhough I rented the truck. Even after appealing to the manager he refused to honor that policy, I will tell everyone I encounter DO NOT GO TO UHAUL ON OLD NATIONAL HIGHWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A REAL UHAUL. I’m very upset with the service I received from the old national location. Even with the COVID situation they didn’t try to help with assistance with some of us who was infected by COVID. I was constantly harass even after I told them the truth and even tried to pay reduced payment to hold my storage. Every company out here has giving people assistance until they got back right from the COVID. Uhaul didn’t care about the customer and sold my stuff even when I wanted to try pay something.
