I've use U-Haul couple of time...I got to say this was the worse service every this day...when arriving to drop the truck 10 mins before close they wouldn't check the truck they informed me to live it now I am looking at this crazy charges on my account... because team felt to do there job...my name is Johnnie Mae wiggins I've new rent from U-Haul again I whether go ti budget next... U haul y'all felt as moving company y'all should just stick storage ppl thing...

I made reservation for an open trailer (4×7) which was not available and was forced to take a higher priced trailer (5×8). My orginal reservation was supposed to be guaranteed. I should gave been offered the lower price fir the larger trailer. I wasn't my fault that the one i wanted was defective and not able to be rented. Next time u-haul should consider this suggestion.

Advertised prices are deceptive. Pricing should be clear so people aren't mislead into thinking they can get a rental for $19.95 as the actual charges were closer to $19.95/hour. All the extra fees that could potentially be incurred should be disclosed as well to make it easier to compare costs to other companies such as Budget, Enterprise, etc.

I do not recommend picking up early through the website. It took me an hour to log in on my cellphone. Come to find out, you must open website in chrome on your Android phone.

When I picked up the U-Haul truck it was pretty much empty I was told that if I bring it back over a fourth of a tank that I would receive money back that didn't happen which I will never use a U-Haul from that location again

Local traffic makes this location is difficult to get in and out of. The trailer that I rented had trash and debree that the attendant removed before I pulled away. The attendant who processed the paperwork could have taken a little more time the first go around to explain things rather than me having to ask him to slow down and explain the agreements better.

Originally I was contracted to drop off in Fairburn, GA at Compass Self Storage. The lady there would not let me leave the trailer and wasn't very pleasant about it. She was willing to let her other customers be inconvenienced by me sitting in her driveway while she was on the phone to uhaul traffic. I expected to be able to drop the trailer where I asked to drop the trailer. As it was I had to pull it another 10 miles or so out of my way. Not happy about that! However when I got to the College Park location, the owner Mr. Tyrone Thompson was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated that very much. Overall it was a good experience with no problems other than the glitch at the drop off.

When I checked in the miles and fuel did not match what was in the vehicle and the attendant marked it on the doc...but when I returned the assistant manager told me that the document was wrong and did not match the truck I was in and they charged me extra miles and fuel

Your rates should be a lot lower for local rentals, we only had the truck for 3 hours and had to pau over $100, that is outrageous!

The phone customer service staff need to ensure they explain how payment processing works; they explained it as just having a card on file that isn't charged until the truck is returned; when really they should've explicitly stated that the full amount is held on your card until drop off, at which time you can change the form of payment.

I was concerned about the restraint initially placed on my time of use for the vehicle. I was diverted to this location when the vehicle I was to pick up was no longer available and I was promised it for the entire day. Mr. Thompson extended my time til 3 pm for their vehicle. When it became evident I was unable to return it at said time I kept it till about 7 p.m. . I was not charged for the additional time and felt accommodated by his staff. They made a very stressful day a little easier, thank you
