Hell no I would not recommend this location to my enemy. When we pull up there was a truck in the unloading zone that was being cleaned. There were lots of guys working but no one actually working. Someone came out to greet us and said someone will be with you in a minute which after 45 mins never happened. The guy-heavy set black guy- eventually came out but chose to help the customer behind us who came in much later. My husband and I both are disabled and were forced to unhook the trailer ourselves due to lazy paid UHaul employees. This, I'm sure, violates The ADA. I also hurt my back as a result if having this extremely equiptment.

The truck seemed as if it needed a little work picked up speed super slow also the service was slow and workers kept asking the same question over and over took me at least 45 mins after we had a reservation

I strongly recommend getting more staff to support the clients. Two people on duty on a Saturday just isn't a good idea.



i have rented from this location before, however, additional fees were applied once i requested a second day rental, without even been informed about it. I did my reservation with SafeMove option & it was $14.00 ( per the duration of the rental); by the time i returned the truck, the safemove doubled up & no warning nor advised about this fee. I don't mind to pay for something, as longer I am aware up front about it, but what i don't like is the undercover fees that hits you at the end & then some sorry explanations was given by management, just to avoid a refund. I didn't even keep the truck for the full additional 24hrs requested. I guess my business wasn't as important as i though. Sincerely, Nidia Kirkland This really gave me a bitter/sweet taste. Uhaul team members, needs to give consumers, all info necessary at time of pick up & in the event of additional request, give additional info as well, not just tell the client " is part of the deal".

To be honest, I expected to have a horrible experience. The staff was surprisingly courteous and professional. The truck was clean and ran great. The check-out and check-in procedures were seamless. But best of all the restroom was the cleanest that I have seen!

I think U-haul should offer shorter terms for rentals with non refundable access fees (fee paid to access to storage units). It really hurts the customer to have to pay for a full month when you only need storage for a week.

I made my reservation over the phone after calling three times. The first call a lady place me on hold for about 4 minutes then hung up. The second call the same lady answered and asked me to call back. The third call I got a different lady that took care of my reservation however it was rushed. Got to the location and the clerk was nice.I was never told I was going to need a deposit until I arrived to pick up the truck. I expressed to him my frustration about not being advised I would need a deposit. His reply was "well you didn't talk to me".

Excellent service.



I was in line forever. My reservation time was 11am. I got there at 10:45 and I didn't walk out until 11:20. The clerk handling the line had no sense of urgency at all. There were only 3 people before me and I was waiting 35 minutes. Ridiculous!

Fix your computer systems. I ordered two boxes online, to pick up at the store along with my U-Haul truck, and the system did not log the purchase. I had to show the manager my bank account, where the money was debited, in order to receive the boxes. Over $5.46? Even Target believes its customers. Other than that, nice people and nice store.

At this location the guy was able to give me the credit. I called the other store and they wanted me to call back on Monday whenever the manger came in. But Jorris was able to charge it back to the Cobb Pkwy location.
