It moved so slow... that was only after I put 10 more in after putting 15... $25.00 worth of gas at 3.84/gal should have moved it to more than 1/4 of a tank at least and the meter stayed in the same spot for the whole trip. Have no way of knowing what gas was used or the proper amount in tank after putting gas in.

Deborah G.I reserved a $7 dolly they didn't have any because people has been stealing them so I got a 10 dollar dolly which the representative said U-Haul should reimburse me because I reserved it and the online services should have mentioned said that and I could have went to another location so I called the customer service and asked her about everything because the total was $92 and some change and come to find out I was charged gas I put gas in the truck before I pulled to U-Haul location and I have my bank statements to prove it the person who took the call was very rude and nasty she asked if I have a receipt and hung up in my face to this experience by far the worst and I knew I should have went with my first mind go to home Depot smh

Thaysha B.First of all I did not receive back the 97 dollars that was held on my card incase I did not return the truck,second they charged me for 2 days instead of one.third ,they charged me 86 dollars for my mileage when it should of been 43 dollars.because it was supposed to of been .40 cents a mile...my total bill was 197 dollars .43 dollars ,plus 19.95 for the rental ,plus 10 for insurance is all it should of been.. RIP OFF...

The thin guy outside who supposedly cleans the vehicle is one if the rudest and unprofessional people i have ever encountered. The vehicle was dirty inside and it smell horrible. I tell him and he didn't care and was not gone clean it. Then, he said me move my car to from one place to the handicap. He told me you can't park there. I asked why and he said because your leaving your vehicle and you need to go park next door at Strship. I told him I can walk that far cant you see im handicap? He speaking so rude with a nasty tone. He said, “I TOLD YOU NOT TO PARK THEREâ€! I told him yes I am!!! ASK YOU CAN SEE MY CAR iS MARKED HANDICAP!! AND I AM HANDICAP!! Uhaul need to send him to training. I started to record him and send it the ADA, BBB and the community neighborhood app!! He is going to get UHAUL SUED!! He obviously don't know the LAW! He better watch what he say and how he say it to people. yes the Napoleon syndrome.

Jacqueline H. | Overall Experience6. Would you recommend this U-Haul storage facility to a friend? No, not this particular one. Your female staff was very rude. In particular, a female that worked the Saturday morning shift on January 8th, 2022. I was late to picking up my rental truck - as most people are. I know I 'm not the first. This particular woman actually called to ask if I was still coming for the rental. I told her I was; as I was trying to explain my lateness, she hung up on me. She didn't care - which is not professional customer service U-Haul prides itself on. The woman never stated: "if I don't come at XYZ time, you will lose your rental". But apparently, because I did not come when she thought I should have arrived, she (staff) canceled my reservation. I came maybe 30 mins -45 mins after her call. I thought with her calling to ask if I still wanted the rental (which I was grateful for) was an understanding that I was still coming. But if U-Haul is just looking to make money and not have satisfied customer service, I should not have been surprised. Disgruntled staff that don't like their job shouldn't take it out on customers. People expect better when you service people in your community. Let's see what happens with this review. I'll wait. Harlen
HARLEN E. | Overall ExperienceI took out insurance for the unit, unfortunately it had a hole in the top which ruined all my towels, sheets, several pairs of shoes, a coat and several pairs of pants and blouses. I told this to one of the employees as I was getting my stuff from the unit. I took pictures and a video as I was moving my stuff out. I was later told by one of the employees that they had to take the pictures not me and therefore I couldn't put in a claim. I will NEVER use U-Haul storage again, nor will I recommend it ( especially this location) to anyone.

One sales person on particular told not only me but another guests “she’ll just cancel our reservation”, I’ve never known that to be the first resort anywhere especially when you’re spending money on storage units, trucks, and items in the store. Due to her attitude I canceled my unit as well as my truck and took my business elsewhere.

Even with the COVID situation they didn’t try to help with assistance with some of us who was infected by COVID. I was constantly harass even after I told them the truth and even tried to pay reduced payment to hold my storage. Every company out here has giving people assistance until they got back right from the COVID. Uhaul didn’t care about the customer and sold my stuff even when I wanted to try pay something. I’m very upset I lost a lot things my Grandmother had before she pass this year in June.
