I was scheduled to pick up at 6:30am. The error for location unavailable continuously popped up. I was unable to access keys for the truck until an employee arrived to help. I lost almost a 1/2 of rental time as well as almost missing my daughters college graduation. I was told this is a common occurrence and corporate is aware of the situation but does nothing to correct it.MICHAEL Y.

I received my final rental from this location and they had what I needed and I received a good, clean vehicle with only a moderate wait. This was after my original reservation could not be fulfilled because no one showed up to open the storage location where I was renting and no key was available. I lost 3 hours trying to get it sorted out after waiting a very long time on hold with UHaul customer service and having to deal with a representative who said "I'm sorry you're upset but there's nothing I can do for you." Online chat wasn't much better. I understand staffing is tight right now. It was also a Sunday so I understand delays. But I was dealing with a problem caused by a UHaul location. This should have elevated the urgency above a standard call. The Colmar location receives 5 stars. 4 Storage in Montgomeryville, PA receives zero.MARIANNE S.

When I entered the building, I notices that none of the employees working, had on mask. I was greeted by the only female working that day age this location. When I approached the counter, I stayed about 6-8 feet away from the desk. The female staff member said "come on up". I replied "You don't have a mask on". She said " I'm fully vaccinated" I then replied, "You can still transmit the virus" she then replied "well, I don't know who is going to help you" she then looked around her station and found a mask. While she was assisting me her coworker to the left of her said "It's illegal to ask someone if they have been vaccinated" I said "excuse me?" The female employee tried to speak over him as he said "You seem like a nice person but it is illegal to ask someone if they have been vaccines. I then started to explain that I never asked if sher was vaccines, she offered that information and I am also vaccines but take care of a high risk person who has not been fully vaccinated. As I was explaining this the man walked out of the facility. His hostility was very unprofessional and showed a total disregard for me, through customer.LaTreeshia H.

Improve customer service. I was given a truck with 1/4 tank of gas. When I indicated 1/4 is not an acceptable amount, the rep behind the counter said you get whatever the last person brought it back with. Then why are people being charged a ridiculous amount when they don't fill the truck? Is the location not supposed to take that no net collected and fill up the truck? When I asked to speak to a manager, the rep said the manager would t do anything, when I mentioned the corporate office, the rep said that corporate does not care either. Does this persons remarks represent how Uhal does business? It is unreasonable to ask a customer to fill up a truck when they pick it up before moving. Thank youLeonardo C.

I originally booked my reservation with the Horsham Pa. location. Absolutely pathetic worst customer service I've ever experienced. Can't do anything online nobody answers the phones. I was charged for my first month of storage with my unit, when my UHaul truck rental was supposed to come with a free month of storage rental. I originally arrived to the Colmar Storage with a reservation, but I could not access the unit, and it was still listed as TBD. I called UHaul and was told to book a second storage reservation so that I could gain access, and that the reservations would be combined to give this unit as my free unit. The other unit was cancelled, however, the new unit was never moved to be my free monthly unit. This process took me 2 1/2 sitting outside the storage gate at UHaul in Colmar.Luke H. | Online Move In
