We dropped off after hours the parking lot was very difficult to manuever with the trailer and not clear on how or where to leave it. The app is helpful only when it works properly I spend about 20 minutes reentering data. Aside from the the location looked professional and felt safe.Harry M.

The customer service agent in Colonie New York on Central Avenue was very rude and disgusting this bastard didn't even try to help us after the trailer and disconnected it was improperly installed and I'm suing you off I almost got into an accident and also on top of that the wait times for the phone service emergency department took over two hours and we were stranded on the highway this is the worst U-Haul service I have ever received in my entire life and this company overall has a very bad reputation I'm going to Penske and not only that I'm also going to post my prayers is on Facebook Twitter and Instagram about that customer service agent who refused to provide us any assistancePHAROAHOSIRIS E.

The vechiles steering maintenance, I was concerned it was definitely In Need of an alignment but I feel like valid concerns I had experienced and expressed to clerk at desk once explained were kinda shrugged off cause it was a time issue but I sorry when I'm doing 40 in a 55 with hazards on it's a issue my life and other customers are worth it I as pent almost 100.00 today on a truck that was a 1/4the way full outta a 20ft truck that POOR Maintenance l!!!! I wish I almost didnt rent it that's how bad and I'm disable I had to climb in the passenger side seat to get I to rental cause out side lock was not operational CAN YOU SAY SAFTEY PROBLEMS!!!! I would definitely like to wss peak with someone cause I feel my rental wasnt worth the price I paid and the great concern for my SAFETY aswell as other clients,William F.

The trailer I rented was just the right size for the job and worked well ! It tracks well behind the tow vehicle ! Having only one axle makes it difficult to back up ! The fold down ramp makes loading equipment easier !James M.

Guys at that location should better watch their personal hygiene: appearance -filthy, not neat either clean, hair way off, fingernails are filthy and long. Vehicles rented in the past all are not disinfected. Only once as rented brain new with only 5000 miles on odometer. Otherwise, every vehicle not even vacuumed or whipped off. Store is clean enough. Guys have plenty off time to keep vehicles in perfect shape mechanically wise and clean actually. Friendly team but they mistaking my message via mail to KS about treating neighbors the way you like be treated...customers are not neighbors, they come first. Dear Uhaul, you do remember christian ashes and 1000 too as well as you towed a vehicle on purpose. Stop playing games with me and get groomed, trim nails, appearance in general. You wearing and representing Uhaul unless location under franchise rules and in period of ramadan when personal hygiene is second and spiritual cleaning comes firstðŸ˜€ðŸ˜€ðŸ˜€. There were a few things I didn't like. When you call your local Uhaul office number, no one ever answers. You have to drive to the place to talk to someone there. The gate remote I was given was broken and no longer opened the gate. To access my unit after the office closed was not an option because I now needed a code. I eventually got a code and was able to access my unit at my convenience. Whenever I was in the store to rent a truck etc. the staff was always nice and friendly. My only other issue was online payment. For some reason my balance did not show up until the day it was due and after. I paid my first payment late because of that. The store manager was nice enough to waive the late fees and help me. Aside from not wanting to pay $130/month for my unit anymore, my stay was nice enough. I had great experience with the guys at that location but customer service lady named Ashley who was nasty on the phone last Monday i would refer to extra customer loyalty program classes or just give another task to do like housekeeping or cleaning instead. But an attitude in conversation to value customer like me just tells me that she will be poorly skilled in cleaning either. The gate access code was never updated to the code of my choice. Instead I was told I could use a different code that didn't have my name associated. When I had trouble with the gate code, I unfortunately called and was transferred to a central operator who said she'd message the local office.
