The fact that i was told 24hr acces to my storage and this facility only had till 10pm access was disappointed at 8:30pm no access to my storage room was not accessable for me to use. I had to have a refund and i was charged for a vehicle and miliage that 13 miles from my house 4 times back and forth to your facility i was charged. Extremely disappointed and still charged $108 for the vehicle. Next time stop advertising one thing and the next day its another story. They never had told me anything.
