You advertise renting uhaul on any mobile device but the bottom line it's only to hold the uhaul as an deposit and charge again on your pickup date.... Without refunding the deposit

When we picked up I showed them my reservation, the person checking n was nervous and the guy believe he was a manager was mean to her in front of us regardless if she was right or wrong. The guy was also not nice to me, he was rude and said it was my mistake even though I had the reservation and tried to show him. In the end I will NEVER rent from them and Never recommend. I feel as though they didn’t like women. you Could tell the girl had been crying, I wouldn’t work there just because of the way he treated her.

This place was a madhouse. I had no clue where to park my truck, there was a huge line of cars and trucks everywhere. The parking lot was crazy along with inside of the store. I just ended up parking the truck randomly hoping it was right because there were no directions. The area where people were cleaning uhauls was blocking the way to get around the building. It was an awful experience. I will NEVER recommend a person to use this facility as a drop off location.

Renee Bad customer service very unhelpful. Was charge a convenience fee even the truck was dropped earlier before the original drop off time. Staff are not well trained. Fix your staff they need more training of fire them!!!!

I left my key locked inside the truck. We call the road side assistance and the stated that within 45 minutes the person would arrive. This third party who took the call should be investigated. Not only did he arrived long after the 45 minutes, when he arrived he asked that I pay him $50.00. I responded to him that the services was covered by road side assistance. When I went to sign I asked to see what I was signing and he stated “do you really want to read what you’re signing?” Then he asked me if I was a U-Haul employee.

Due to heavy rain and a leak in the roof there was some water damage to some of my things. I filed a claim but the employees at U-Haul was great about the situation

one of the female employees told me I could not rent the tow dolly, that it would not process the request and suggested I needed a car transporter! I filled it out online and the tow dolly was allowed, I called the call center and the customer service agent process the tow dolly as well. I own a huge truck! I was not too thrill that the female employee tried to convince me that only a car transporter was rated for my needs.

The process to pick up something you already online is far too long. Whether you wait for a person or do it online there are just too many steps. Same for the return process.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee with no explanation and I know the truck was clean when it was returned. I won’t be returning using Uhaul again. A week earlier I was charged $43 extra dollars for a fee that shouldn’t have been charged. My truck was returned with the right level of fuel and it took two days to refund the money. Not happy and I feel Uhaul takes advantage of their customers.

Don't expect a customer to travel 15 miles to pick up a truck reserved for a location that is a 2 mile drive. Don't change the pick up time multiple times. Don't tell the customer you've been trying to call them when there is no record of any missed calls on the customer's phone. There's a male employee named Terry who deserves a rating of 5; however, overall, i was not impressed with the service that should have been provided but wasn't provided by other employees. My reservation was to pick up equipment at a specific location. Don't expect me or any other customer to drive/travel 15 miles to get half of the reserved equipment. That is a job for a Uhaul employee. When i finally got to pick up the equipment, there was a customer on the phone complaining speaking loudly enough for all to hear. When she got off the phone, the employee should have apologized to the woman in my opinion. Instead the employee seemed unconcerned about the woman's complaint/dissatisfaction/concerns.

I was overcharged for fuel and the refueling fee. At the time of pickup, I was told to return the equipment with the same fuel amount as I received the equipment, which was 1/4 tank. I returned the equipment with slightly more than 1/4 tank, but was charged an additional $43. When I called an hour after returning the equipment to dispute the charge I was told it could not be corrected until the next day. Very unhappy with this charge.

Everyone was extremely nice, especially the guy who helped out hooking the trailer up for me. Super nice, helpful, polite, and welcoming. Definitely a positive asset to your store. His name slips my mind right now, but hands down one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. The restaurants in the area should take lessons from the staff at this location! Kudos!

I cannot remember the girls name who helped me but she was great to deal with. She was very friendly and professional and her knowledge of the computer system was great. When it came to hooking the trailer up she really impressed me and she made sure there were no issues with the transporter. Two thumbs up from this guy.

First, you need to make sure all equipment is properly working before renting it out. I had no taillights or working turn signals. Then I returned the truck and the guy did not even check it in and I kept getting text messages that I needed to turn the truck in. Please train your staff for the sake of your customers!

I ordered a 10ft truck without realizing it did not have a ramp. When I picked truck up it was raining and I did not realize that even after putting a utility hand truck into the back that I prefer ordered. I drove truck 4.5 miles to my house when I realized there was no ramp. I called the uhaul store to let them know it situation. They said I can switch out for a 15 ft truck as long as I got back to store by 6:57 since they close at 7pm, which I did. They failed to tell me that Tim would be charged for the entire order of the first truck plus the new truck until I got back. I only drove the truck 9 miles in total, and not the 25 that I said I was going to drive for the entire move (which included driving back to uhaul). Also when they gave me the 2nd truck it was parked pretty close in between 2 other trucks. I asked if someone could take it out for me and both employee men said "you can do it".and I replied yes but without someone spotting me I might hit another truck, in which I believe his name was justin said, "that's fine". I then said, "sure u say that cuz I have to pay for any damage". The older worker then came out and spotted me so that I would not hit another truck. It was a very overall poor experience. I just feel that I should not have had to be charged for the first order except for gas, since I called them within 10 minutes of leaving when I noticed I didnt have a ramp. I did rent the 15ft truck. It wasnt like I was trying to be fraudulent.

Customers service is lacking at this location. Very unorganized. When returning truck the man was just rude. I was told that I had interrupted his lunch and I had parked the truck in the wrong place.. also the internet was down.

Love uhaul! The only improvement is that the trucks are not made for short people to drive. This should be stated when you set up reservation so the customer can be prepared to bring a pillow??! One other improvement is the v computer system???????!! TERRY was amazing??, he explained everything!! Even an Elementry student could understand. Terry actually explained some things to me that I wasn’t aware of and I’ve rented with uhaul several times. Great company and AWESOME employees

I reserved an auto transport trailer more than a week in advance of my date of pickup at this site. I called to confirm my arrival time and reservation 45 minutes ahead of my visit and was assured my trailer was on site and available.Upon my arrival I was the second person in line at the customer service counter. I provided a screenshot of my emailed reservation to the counter personnel. There was confusion by multiple personnel at the counter either with their reservation and/or computer system so due to that , I was unable to leave with my reserved trailer for 1 and 1/4 hours. This was ridiculous and unacceptable!

When I picked up my trailer there was a customer in front of me who had a bad attitude but the staff member handled him very professionally. On the contrary, when I returned the trailer, a staffer who had just been sitting around asked if I folded the pads and said there was a charge, acting like a real jerk. I never folded pads before. The primary staffer taking care of us just told us to ignore him.

We ordered a 26' truck and got a 20' truck. Clerk on duty had a terrible attitude toward my husband and another customer on the phone. They had 26' trucks but my husband was told that they were one-way only. My suggestion is that you re-train your clerk and that you don't accept reservations that you can't/won't fulfill.

I’d really like to talk to someone from U-Haul about my experience. My rental was supposed to be with another location (8 Lowe Ave NW, Concord, NC). The truck was confirmed and I received an email with the info. I showed up at the scheduled time and there was no truck and the lady at the register said that my rental had been moved. I asked about the reservation guarantee and that I should be given $50 because my rental was relocated without me being told and she had no idea what I was taking about. I went to the next location 15 minutes in the opposite direction and my truck wasn’t ready and had very little oil in it! The oil pressure light came on and I asked to have it looked at. Luckily I was persistent because they said to drive away. They did add oil, but overall I was 1-1/2 hour late in receiving my truck. I’m an extremely disappointed and frustrated customer who got the run-around and never got the “U-Haul Reservation Guarantee” which would have at least softened the troubles I experienced. I didn’t have the energy to fight after being delayed so long.

I used to work at this exact uhaul. the service has gone way down hill. two employees were using prphanity as they were talkning to me and one employee asked out another employee in the midle of checking me out. all of this while the GM was standing beside them..

The safety chain from the rear of the trailer too connect to the car being hauled was broken. I had to go and buy a chain and hardware. Customer service at location was freindly and kind.

I was not shown the dashboard steering wheel operation. The tow/ haul light was on, I thought that was the normal default setting and ended up paying way to much for gas used! Very poor custumer srvice and will not be back.
