The rails on the interior of the box were not usable in a number of places because they were not fastened to the inside wall of the box body. I was also charged $7 for a dolly that I did not use.Joe U.
Make sure your equipment is in working condition. The passenger side blinker on the closed trailer wasn't working and they sent me down the road knowing that. Might want to look into the people working there. Cause obviously the wire was bad and they didn't care. Unprofessional and uncaring about people's safety. And this is where we're supposed to go to for moving. I'll question going there again.Michael F.

The female at the front desk is extremely rude! This is the second time we used this location in the last month, and both times it felt like we were bothering her! The lady that helped had a disgusting attitude she was rude never gave direction to even take pictures of the truck before driving off equipment was not in the truck she sent me to the wrong truck for pick up then the truck was not ready at the time of pick up when it was finally ready I asked if my time would be extended since my reservation was a hour late she said no with no accommodations I will never rent from this place again absolutely worse experience ever on top of that never got my full refund back after replacing gas and truck on timetiara L.

I rented a U-Haul yesterday because I had to make an emergency move because I was attacked by my uncle. Already being hurt going into U-Haul I not only had to wait two or three times while he helped do other things that I think could have waited just for a second. He was quick talking, he didn't answer questions really, he gave me some paperwork I don't know if I was supposed to sign them and leave them or bring them with me. I had to ask his assistant. He came in handed me the keys, said "trucks right there" he did not show me how to adjust the seat he didn't tell me anything about the truck. I asked the guy outside that was cleaning the trucks if he can show me how to move the seat up. He said "I can it's a little stuck, you have to pull it hard". He was nice about that. I've been through a lot of mean things done to me in my life but every time I come to this location and rent a truck I never have a problem. I've never been treated like this before. The reasons for this rating are as follows: 1. The unit which I was sold was down a narrow hallway at the end of a maze of hallways, with lights hanging below the top of the unit from the ceiling so that exiting the unit became difficult on the rolling stairs provided. The hallway was also choked by metal panels sticking out of the wall, making access even more difficult. The rolling stairs had trouble turning which was a problem getting them through the labyrinth of hallways. 2. At some point, 1 month ago, I received an unexpected email stating "This email is to notify you that your storage unit 1445 is vaccant. Please contact us and confirm your storage unit status as moved out to avoid unwanted billing charges for the upcoming billing cycle. Thank you!". I tried to reply to the email 3 times, then tried to call the number at the bottom of the email. The phone number did not allow me to connect due to an issue with the automated service. When I investigated, I found that my unit was not empty. This seems to be a problem in that no one at the U-Haul location communicated that there was a mistake, and that I had to go to the location to find out that there was nothing to worry about. No working phone number or email means that if someone who had left their belongings in a storage unit, had been making payments, and was told falsely that their belongings had been removed from the storage facility, they could have a much longer trip to have to find out the truth. We talked about this with an employee and they had no answer as to why that email was sent.Bonnie B. | Overall Experience

Good Morning, if we broke this rental into the following categories : check in process - excellent. Check out process - poor. I returned the truck, I am used to the personal come over and ask how the xperience was take the mileage and give a receipt. The young lady that was in the golf cart, just sat there for a good 15 minutes, came to the truck got in, and I was expecting her to come out and give me the receipt after she checked the mileage. I am standing by the truck driver side door, she opens the door and asks what do you want, I said the receipt, you have to go inside, like that is general knowledge. I mentioned this rude behavior to the personnel inside, I doubt if anything will be done. If you need to speak to me further, it would be my pleasure. Thanks RickyRICKY B.

The truck we rented showed some wear and tear. For example, the sun shade clip was missing on the driver side. Not a big deal for a local move and I'm not sure how much control the local location has over this. I've rented twice from this location and will go there again. It is a big help that this is truly a UHaul location rather than another business renting the trucks. The staff has been helpful and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone.Travis N.
