Worst experience ever. Gross negligence of maintenance of truck caused me to call roadside assistance. The mechanic found bad leak of grease on drive system - hub or axle, four badly dry rotted tires, and rims that were badly corroded. He said he could not repair and the truck would not have made it out of TN without wheels seizing up and potential catastrophic accident. I would expect nothing less than a Senior Manager calling me and an attempt at partial or full refund. We had to get entire load transferred to a new truck which set our move behind schedule with significant associated cost of missed work and move plans.Bradford P.

This facility was well lit but incredibly overflowing with trailers and trucks with no clear signage for dropping trailers. I managed to squeeze the trailer into a spot big enough for the drop-off. The after-hours drop-off app needs some serious work. It was very unclear. Then when I got to the "Share My Location" button, the screen just froze and I could do nothing further. I had no idea if the system had logged the trailer in and recorded it as dropped off or not. Having driven 40 min to get there, I wasn't going to haul the trailer away just to bring it back in the morning. So, I left it there and called back at 8:00 am the next day. Was told that the trailer had been checked in and "You're all good." That auto drop-off app is certainly not what I'd call "user friendly" and seems far more complicated than it needs to be.daniel G.

Being a Saturday morning when we scheduled pick up, that is obviously a busy time of day as most people want to move/rent items on saturdays. We spent an *hour and a half* waiting in line and at the counter trying to rent our trailer. That was a whole hour and a half that we lost for loading up our items. Obviously more people need to be scheduled to work Saturday mornings. When we got back to return it, there were loads of people working on returning items. I needed to change pick up times and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I ordered packing blankets and was charged for them but did not receive them. One person I talked to told me that they were not even available at this location and that is why I did not receive them. The truck leaked- towards the front by the cab. Several of our items/furniture/boxes were soiled and caused damage. I made the guy aware when dropping off the truck. We could rarely find a place to park at the unloading zone to load and unload or load items. Most spaces were blocked by Uhaul trucks and a couple of cars that had rented trucks, but were not actively unloading or loading and needing the dock. On several different occasions we asked that someone please move a UHaul vehicle so we could pull up to the large loading dock (it fits about 8-10 vehicles, all spaces blocked) and they would not. They were never busy, so it was not a staffing issue. One time, they witnessed us struggling to get things to our vehicle (if not pulled to the dock it is hard to get to. your car) and one guy just kept using a week blower on the drive when we had begged them to move a truck so we could unload easily. Will NEVER go back to that location. STAY AWAY if you need access to your indoor storage facility!Pamela B. | Overall Experience

The only issue I had was with the A/C. My unit was on the 3rd floor and last summer the AC broke. It was out for a few weeks, I believe, and I was told they were trying to fix it. I don’t Know exactly how long it was broken, but I was concerned about my items. Fortunately nothing got ruined. Absolutely wonderful experience. The price was competitive, but what really drew me in was the facility itself. It was neat and well equipped. Unloading the truck and bringing my belongings into my storage unit was so easy here, as the facility had every cart I could possibly need. It took only a handful of trips for a full 3 bedroom apartment. I could not have asked for a better experience.
