Everything but the long wait to checkout of the unit was great. You don’t have enough help in the office. I waited 20 mins for the one person to complete a phone call for me to complete a 20 sec transaction!

Interior lights in the trailers would be extremely helpful. Also, the line for pickup was somewhat long and had to wait for 1/2 hour. More checkout personnel would speed things up.

The 4x8 trailer that I rented from this location was I terrible condition and should not have been provided to a customer. The bald tires and poor electrical system made for a long, stressful journey across country. Please reference my account and see the multiple times I contacted roadside because of faulty equipment.

I felt your employee to be rude and dickish. He did not explain your new Covid process. He did not explain the process works though the email sent through the phone. I would not employ such a person myself.

It was a six hour rental, scheduled at 2pm, I was not informed of the after hours dropoff fee. Not happy about an additional fee of almost 40% of the rental without notice. I am moving in two weeks and will go another way.

When I was renting the vehicle I was renting for 2 days Thursday and Friday......they didn't appear to like that cause it was the first of month and people are moving so my question or way I took it is why is there money any better then mine.....may want to think about ways things are perceived because I was moving and I have just as much right to rent it as next person

Web site is glitchy - I tried to reserve my rental on the web site but was unable to complete the transaction. The customer service Gentlemen (at the location) were top notch and extremely helpful throughout the process.

I ordered a 15' truck and got a 10' instead. Ordered it in Blaine, when I got there they said I had to go to Coon rapids 20 minutes Out of the way. Also was to supposed to get a dolly and never got one and was charged for it. I asked them for for a discount on the extra mileage from Blaine to Coon Rapids and to take off the $7.00 rental for the dolly...never happened. I only ask for the additional mileage taken off and the refund for the dolly I was supposed to have.

The agent at pickup was very helpful and professional. She made an extra effort to make sure we had everything we need. The agent at drop off was rude and unprofessional. He was calling his coworkers names in front of me and my son. He continued to bad mouth the employee in the store with his other coworkers. He was frustrated that we thought we could return bags of pads that weren't opened or used.

I missed it in the description but I think it's totally bullcrap that you have a 6' x 12' trailer with only a 57" access ramp. Piss poor design. Ramp could have easily been designed for the full width.

I did not like the virtual check in process. It was very disjointed. You request they confirm the location but it was difficult to find the barcode. I suggest putting barcode next to key box at rental building. Then person has to jump back in the truck to take pictures of fuel and odometer. I suggest you have people do this before they have to get out of truck to look for barcode. Then take pictures of truck. Then scan barcode of location. The process stalled a few times. I arrived 15 minutes early but the process took 24 minutes. Like I said it was difficult to find barcode.

Way too short staffed. The billing process is a mess. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed. We were overcharged twice. The price was wrong when we picked it up. Took 1/2 hour to get it fixed. They were trying to charge us for 3 days instead of two. Then when we dropped the trailer off, the guy said that for some reason our paperwork got crossed with someone else's and he needed to fix it. He said that he would just email the receipt as he had another customer to help. When we received the emailed receipt there was an "After hour service fee" incorrectly charged, as we were just there during regular hours dropping it off. Called and the "service center" just took our information and said that we would receive a call in 48-72 hours. NICE! If you want to be over charged just go to U-Haul. We aren't the only ones with this problem. When we were there picking up the trailer, there was another person there trying to get their bill corrected.

Trailer's right tire on rear axle was damaged and not holding air, caused vibration while driving because of badly damaged/uneven tread and required me to stop a few times to fill with air. Trailer also had marker light out on right side. Wheel straps had badly frayed ends.

There was a difference between the miles showing in the truck and what was showing on the computer and was printed. The attendees agree to adjust the problem relative to my charge upon return of the tuck. I will return the truck after hours and could not complete the return because of the miles issue, I left the key in the drop off. I was charge for 2 days of rental and late return. I was at the shop and I was told because I did not call the after hours number, they can not reverse the fee but they admit of the problem with miles issue between what in the computer and what actually showing in the truck which happen to be cause of not able to complete the return on my phone. That was a bad customer service and don't intend to go to that store again.

Front D-ring was frozen down on the trailer and that made hooking up a motorcycle take an extra 20 or 30 minutes. I shouldn't have to bring tools to utilize the trailer, location was good employees were great

Picked up our truck in Duluth in an alley. No one around to help with paperwork. Finally talked to a fellow named Justin that took my information over the phone. He was so patient. Bless his heart. But the pickup place was a bit strange.

Very clean! First time getting a tour at U-Haul for storage so that was nice! Would recommend wipes to wipe down carts between guests! The only negative thing I have to say is I always choose insurance but wasn’t happy they added “$5 safe move” without asking me! When it was mentioned there really wasn’t much they said. They asked if I did it online by mistake and I said no, your employee did it and she verified it came up automatically. It’s $5 but unethical

I used this storage to store family pictures and heirlooms after my elderly father moved out of his house into an apartment. I live near Dallas, TX so it was important for me to have a place to safely store these items until such time that I'd be able to transport all of the items to my home in Texas. It was really nice to have the peace of mind that my items were safe and in a temperature controlled facility. The easy online payment was nice too!

1st night was a horrific experience with people trying to get in. Second night again but not so bad but very hard to feel comfortable using 24 hour access when people are parking cars by loading and unloading area. However the staff was there with comforting words and police too!

The alarm system didnt work properly. I had a guy come out yell at me about swiping my card which I did and then came and got my card and never returned. Also waited 25 minutes twice for help.

I would never rent from UHaul again. A 5x10 unit costs $110 per month with the required insurance! Plus 1 month in fees cost me $80. Just crazy! Now paying $40 for similar unit at locally owned place
