We rented a Uhaul because we needed last minute moving option for our move. We rented the Uhaul, drove to our 1st location, loaded and then to our 2nd location. We were accused of damaging or denting the vehicle when there was absolutely nothing in the area that the truck would have hit. The truck was damaged in the upper corner on the passenger side of the box. The Uhaul employee was very rude and they stated that they visualized the damage after we drove it into the lot. The damage they viewed, was not caused by us. Just to get out of there and stop the inconsiderate employee from badgering us, we paid the fee and left. Next time we will go somewhere else. Additionally, where there was damage, the dent included purple paint markings. Noting that was caused by us.

I had to leave my car while using the truck. Parking lot was not easy to maneuver. Hadnâ€™t been plowed well and customer parking was way in the back. The personnel were friendly and helpful. They got me in and out quickly.

Everything was great. The only issue is the online pickup would not let us take a picture of the driver. Otherwise everything was perfect and super affordable

Everything was fine with the truck that I rented. But I was told that I would be refunded my original charge and then charged the final amount when I returned I was charged $97 the first time and then $170 at the end of the day I was charged both times and never refunded the $97

Was charged additional fees on top of 19.99 rate and mileage. Was also charged for gas AFTER putting gas back in the tank. Fuel level was just below half when picked up and filled for 20 miles worth. A joke I was charged more and will be complaining and writing poor reviews. Ended up paying $65 for using a truck 2 hours and drove a total of 20 miles.

The app would not accept the starting mileage and wanted to charge me $44,000+ when I turn in the truck after business hours. Customer service could not fix it so I had to come back the next day .While the rep was fixing my problem, he asked me to wait so he could help the next person in line. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE online, on the phone, and in person, Your employee training programs needs to be better.

The after hours check in procedure is confusing and irritating, especially in a Minnesota winter. getting into the proper part of the system for returning was not good. Taking the photos of the dash .was difficult. I really did not like the attempt to charge me for 10,000 miles that I did not put on the truck. Finally, not everybody (believe it or not) has a smart phone. However, the people in the store did a good job.

We live in the snow country and after freezing rain and snow the trailer was covered and the light harness was plugged with ice and had to go to a second trailer to get all items to work. Then pulled the trailer to my first stop and the sliding door latch was frozen shut so had to use a screwdriver to break the latch loose. Fortunately the store has a screw driver on hand. I had called to reserve the trailer the day before and would have been nice to have the trailer prepped and ready to go.

It wouldâ€™ve been nice to know UP FRONT that if my license tabs were expired you wouldnâ€™t let me take the trailer even though I had valid license and insurance. It caused me a HUGE hassle and inconvenience with the plans I had. Very disappointing.

You should be more clear about the procedure for dropping off equipment after hours. I was not told about any charges but then was forced to pay a $20 convenience fee for not reading the fine print.
