I keep opting out of safemove and still get charged the $14 fee. They did this to us two weeks ago on another rental and I don't understand what the point of opting out when you're booking online, if they're just going to still charge when you pick up the rental. We have coverage through our insurance so don't need it and my husband told the lady he didn't want it since we know they charged us last time for itJOSIAH C.

Horrible experience! The clerk arrived at 8:03 am and rudely said you need to wait while I open the store. He answered the phone while waiting on us and was rude to the people on the phone. He told us he didn't have a utility dolly we reserved with the truck and I told him that was unacceptable so he went to look for one and gave us one that had Track treads that were broken and would have torn up our stairs. I went and found a decent dolly in the back of another uhaul and traded it out myself. I called the manager and left her a message and here we are 4 days later and no return call. Although I got through my online check in, it was not an easy process, and I needed to wait in line at the counter to complete. It would be more helpful with a bit more attention paid to the process of online check in, to facilitate a more frictionless customer experience.Scott J.
I had to return the 1st truck because the transmission felt like it was slipping. The second truck had a similar issue, but I believe it was actually the spark plugs which would explain why I lost so much gas. Very disappointed.ADRIENNE P.

People and location great. I would not want to rent another new cargo van. Huge key fob kept stopping my knee transferring from accelerator to brake without adjusting the plastic fob angle and I had to fight to get the key into the ignition one time even after adjusting steering wheel lock position.Martin L.

The trailer was a piece of shit. And to advertise a 6ft trailer when the gate is way smaller is a joke. We didn't even use it. And upon return the staff just shrugged their shoulders. I thought just maybe they would work something out to make it right. Not a chance. The kids that loaded and unloaded it were great tho. Nice kids. Screw the rest of them...never again.ROB J.

The check in was very easy and the individual that waited on me was very pleasant to deal with. The lady that hooked up the trailer, Rhonda, was very professional and did a great job to make sure everything was properly connected. When I arrived to drop it off, someone met me as I was pulling up and directed me to the back of the building. We were quickly able to unhook everything. He was also very pleasant to deal with. This location is very poorly run. The employee here gave my rental away, then altered my account information in an attempt to cover his tracks, I am still getting charged monthly for a rental that never occurred! I would avoid this location at all costs! Worthless service!Hector W.

Your people need to know what they are doing. The woman working the counter made it known to everyone it was her first week. I rented the truck for 6 hours from 4pm to 10pm. I returned the truck right around 650PM. I couldn't even get all my things out of the truck without being harassed by both employees to give them the keys. I told them multiple times i would check it in online, yet they persisted on getting the keys from me without checking the unit back in online with photo confirmation. They continued to pester me until i told them to back off and that i had the truck until 10pm and would give them the keys once i completed my check in. Just because they were closing at 7pm doesn't mean you badger the customer over and over againChris K.
What I reserved wasn't available, although there was a guarantee it would be available. I could've rented at the location closest to me that had the same equipment. Very inconvenient to say the least! To top it off, I asked about the van when I walked in and the representative began to laugh as if the missing equipment was a joke. The individual (Rhonda) with the employee ID that had the tag displayed as owner had a nasty attitude. I will not give this location my business any longer because of the service and convenience. It has been fixed but this delayed me from being able to keep my move out schedule and thus incur another months rent. Rhonda Holliday is incredible. She understood immediately that I was under stress from the winter storm damage to my home, the packer, and movers coming all at once, and the last thing I had to do so I could rest after 2 days of not much sleep, and having not eaten or showers in 2 days. The staff and facility were good as always, which is why I continue to return to this location. It the Mobile application that is horrid. It was very irritating for the mobile check out not to work. I spent at least 30 minutes trying to check out. Also, the mobile check-in did not work either. I ended up having to go inside which defeats the purpose of using Mobile. So now I may be charged an extra $20 because I couldn't submit proof of check out. Quincy was so helpful! I am thankful for his assistance. However, office hours at this location aren't to my liking. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and needed someone to assist me with entering my unit as I had lost my key card. The door was locked and no one would come to the door to assist me. I was told through the closed door that yes they are still open but the lock the door and shut down the system 10 minutes before closing. There was one young man that was out side that I asked if he could assist me and he tried to get the door open to the units but could not. I was grateful for him but the other guy in the actual office was complete unhelpful and rather rude. He could have at least unlocked the door to tell me their procedures.
