Cameron HI received excellent customer service. I was in and out with the truck and trailer I needed in under 15 minutes, and everything was clearly explained before I left. Drop‑off was just as smooth, and I received prompt receipts after each step of the process.

Shawn RTruck didn't have working a/c, which was less than ideal on a 90 degree day. The estimated amount was taken from my account at the time of pickup, and I returned the truck early, with less miles than estimate, and with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up. 3 days later I received a transaction receipt for 3x the amount, stating I returned the truck 3 DAYS LATER even though I handed the keys directly to an employee when I returned. The receipt also stated I elected the more expensive insurance, which I did not. I will be stopping in the store to attempt to make this right, since a phone call proved ineffective.

Dave FPickup was okay. Rude employees behind the counter. They weren’t rude to me but they were rude to the lady before me and I couldn’t seem to figure out why
Samantha WPoor instructions were given picking up the trailer. Trailer tongue does not have a kickstand to crank above the ball hitch. Without being told that I spent a lot of unnecessary time waiting on hold with the after hours call center. The online chat didn't even respond to my questions and just left me hanging indefinitely. Nice. After about a half hour I finally found a call center rep and was told to just lift this heavy trailer off the ball joint and just lay it on the ground. So weird. Could have avoided that whole ordeal if I was just told that at the time I picked it up. Parking lot is cratered with huge pot holes and hard to maneuver in a small space. Price is reasonable.
